本发明涉及电池加工技术领域,具体是涉及一种用于薄膜电池制绒工艺的触发剂的制备方法。
背景技术
在现有的薄膜电池的加工过程中,首先将电池基片放置于等离子体处理腔室内,然后对基片的表面蚀刻和侧壁保护以形成绒面。但是,该加工方法主要存在绒面的均匀一致性较差,主要原因是未添加或喷洒触发剂。
发明内容
针对现有技术中存在的技术问题,本发明的目的在于提供一种用于薄膜电池制绒工艺的触发剂的制备方法,为实现上述目的,本发明采用了以下技术方案:
一种用于薄膜电池制绒工艺的触发剂的制备方法,首先向容器中加入10份二乙醇胺、6份乙酸乙酯和30份水,搅拌5分钟;接着缓慢加入1份黄酮甙和10份二甲基苯磺酸钠,边加边搅拌,添加完毕后搅拌5分钟;最后一次性加入5份氯化钾和30份水,搅拌15分钟。
本发明的有益效果表现在:
1)、制绒工艺中使用的触发剂,其配方设计合理、新颖,特别是添加了少量的黄酮甙,可以显著提高触发剂的处理效率。通过触发剂的配合使用,使经过表面蚀刻和侧壁保护后的电池基片的绒面均匀性显著提高。
2)、触发剂的制备方法,通过逐步添加的方法,不仅能够提高各物质之间的溶解性能,还能避免颗粒团聚的可能,使触发剂的预处理能力得到显著的提升。
3)、用于薄膜电池制绒工艺的触发剂的制备方法,操作工艺简洁,重点在于先在表面蚀刻前向基片上喷洒触发剂,然后对基片的表面蚀刻和侧壁保护以形成绒面的步骤,同时,通过合理设计触发剂的配方以及触发剂的制备方法,从而使后续的表面蚀刻和侧壁保护步骤能够完成的更好。

首先向容器中加入10份二乙醇胺、6份乙酸乙酯和30份水,搅拌5分钟;接着缓慢加入1份黄酮甙和10份二甲基苯磺酸钠,边加边搅拌,添加完毕后搅拌5分钟;最后一次性加入5份氯化钾和30份水,搅拌15分钟。
三、用于薄膜电池制绒工艺的触发剂的制备方法,步骤如下:
首先在表面蚀刻前向薄膜电池基片上喷洒了触发剂,然后将基片放置于等离子体处理腔室内,然后对基片的表面蚀刻和侧壁保护以形成绒面,蚀刻采用硫酸-双氧水蚀刻体系。
