本发明涉及一种连接大型钻机导向座和底座的快速拆卸销轴结构,包括底座、螺杆轴和连接导向座的公座,所述的公座位于底座的内部,所述的螺杆轴横向穿过底座和公座的内孔,所述的公座两侧的底座内孔中安装有母接头轴套,所述的公座的内孔中安装有公接头轴套,所述的螺杆轴的两端外圆面上布置有方向相反的螺纹且通过螺纹对称连接有外侧与母接头轴套以及公接头轴套紧贴的螺母轴套,所述的螺母轴套的外侧壁上呈圆锥形,所述的母接头轴套和公接头轴套的内圆面上布置有与螺母轴套相配的圆锥面。本发明结构合理巧妙,利用斜面进行锁紧,拆卸方便,不容易生锈。

技术领域
本发明涉及工程机械连接结构领域,特别是涉及一种连接大型钻机导向座和底座的快速拆卸销轴结构。
背景技术
目前大口径工程钻机的导向架与底座的连接是通过一个销轴来实现的,但是这个轴因为工程钻机的工作特点,只有在拆卸钻杆时才转动,在转场时才拆卸,由于钻机转场的间隔多为一个月,因此转动几率较少,容易锈蚀,在拆卸时很困难,给钻机的拆卸带来困难,有时因为拆卸不下来轴,只能把轴切断,重新安装新轴,浪费了大量的时间,而且容易产生危险。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种连接大型钻机导向座和底座的快速拆卸销轴结构,结构合理巧妙,利用斜面进行锁紧,拆卸方便,不容易生锈。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:提供一种连接大型钻机导向座和底座的快速拆卸销轴结构,包括底座、螺杆轴和连接导向座的公座,所述的公座位于底座的内部,所述的螺杆轴横向穿过底座和公座的内孔,所述的公座两侧的底座内孔中安装有母接头轴套,所述的公座的内孔中安装有公接头轴套,所述的螺杆轴的两端外圆面上布置有方向相反的螺纹且通过螺纹对称连接有外侧与母接头轴套以及公接头轴套紧贴的螺母轴套,所述的螺母轴套的外侧壁上呈圆锥形,所述的母接头轴套和公接头轴套的内圆面上布置有与螺母轴套相配的圆锥面。
作为本发明的一种补充,所述的螺杆轴的内部开有贯通两端的多边形通孔。
作为进一步的补充,所述的多边形通孔为正六边形通孔。
作为对本发明所述的技术方案的一种补充,所述的螺杆轴的中部外圆面上布置有一圈外侧与公接头轴套内圆面相接触的支撑圆台。
进一步的,所述的螺母轴套的外侧壁呈外侧端直径大、内侧端直径小的圆锥形。
进一步的,所述的螺杆轴两端的螺纹为梯形螺纹或者锯齿形螺纹。
有益效果
本发明涉及一种连接大型钻机导向座和底座的快速拆卸销轴结构,结构合理巧妙,利用相反的螺纹使螺母轴套轴向移动,并利用斜面进行锁紧,只要在螺杆轴与螺母轴套加足润滑油,定期转动螺杆轴,整个销轴总成就不会因不动而锈蚀,拆卸销轴就很方便,大大提高了钻机转场的效率。

如图1所示,本发明的实施方式涉及一种连接大型钻机导向座和底座的快速拆卸销轴结构,包括底座8、螺杆轴1和连接导向座的公座5,所述的公座5位于底座8的内部,所述的螺杆轴1横向穿过底座8和公座5的内孔,所述的公座5两侧的底座8内孔中安装有母接头轴套6,所述的公座5的内孔中安装有公接头轴套4,所述的螺杆轴1的两端外圆面上布置有方向相反的螺纹且通过螺纹对称连接有外侧与母接头轴套6以及公接头轴套4紧贴的螺母轴套2,所述的螺母轴套2的外侧壁上呈圆锥形,所述的母接头轴套6和公接头轴套4的内圆面上布置有与螺母轴套2相配的圆锥面。
作为本发明的一种实施例,使用的时候当正向转动螺杆轴1时就可以使其两端的螺母轴套2向内轴向移动,由于圆锥面的作用,螺母轴套2与母接头轴套6以及公接头轴套4之间的就会产生挤压力,并产生很大的摩擦力,实现了公座5和底座8的相对固定。
当反向转动螺杆轴1时,可以使其两端的螺母轴套2向外轴向移动,螺母轴套2与母接头轴套6以及公接头轴套4分离松开,这样就可以将整个螺杆轴1和螺母轴套2一起取出来。
作为本发明的一种补充,所述的螺杆轴1的内部开有贯通两端的多边形通孔3,方便利用现有的工具使螺杆轴1进行转动。
作为进一步的补充,所述的多边形通孔3为正六边形通孔,可以采用常用的六角扳手插入到多边形通孔3对螺杆轴1进行转动。
作为对本发明所述的技术方案的一种补充,所述的螺杆轴1的中部外圆面上布置有一圈外侧与公接头轴套4内圆面相接触的支撑圆台7,启到支撑作用,提高螺杆轴1转动的稳定性。
进一步的,所述的螺母轴套2的外侧壁呈外侧端直径大、内侧端直径小的圆锥形。
进一步的,所述的螺杆轴1两端的螺纹为梯形螺纹或者锯齿形螺纹,梯形螺纹或者锯齿形螺纹具有比较大的传递力,能提高销轴结构的锁紧力。
本发明所述的销轴结构合理巧妙,利用相反的螺纹使螺母轴套轴向移动,并利用斜面进行锁紧,只要在螺杆轴与螺母轴套加足润滑油,定期转动螺杆轴,整个销轴总成就不会因不动而锈蚀,拆卸销轴就很方便,大大提高了钻机转场的效率。

1.一种连接大型钻机导向座和底座的快速拆卸销轴结构,包括底座(8)、螺杆轴(1)和连接导向座的公座(5),其特征在于,所述的公座(5)位于底座(8)的内部,所述的螺杆轴(1)横向穿过底座(8)和公座(5)的内孔,所述的公座(5)两侧的底座(8)内孔中安装有母接头轴套(6),所述的公座(5)的内孔中安装有公接头轴套(4),所述的螺杆轴(1)的两端外圆面上布置有方向相反的螺纹且通过螺纹对称连接有外侧与母接头轴套(6)以及公接头轴套(4)紧贴的螺母轴套(2),所述的螺母轴套(2)的外侧壁上呈圆锥形,所述的母接头轴套(6)和公接头轴套(4)的内圆面上布置有与螺母轴套(2)相配的圆锥面。
2.根据权利要求1所述的连接大型钻机导向座和底座的快速拆卸销轴结构,其特征在于:所述的螺杆轴(1)的内部开有贯通两端的多边形通孔(3)。
