Abstract

本发明涉及一种水平铰链上翻式船用防火层门，层门本体顶部通过水平双耳铰链与舱壁铰接，形成上翻式层门，层门本体与舱壁之间连接有驱动油缸，通过驱动油缸顶升，使层门本体向上开启至90°，层门本体四周设置阻燃橡皮，舱壁上设置陶瓷纤维绳和压条，当层门关闭后，层门本体通过陶瓷纤维绳、阻燃橡皮、压条实现层门的气密，保证可燃性气体不挥发出来，层门本体的内壁结构上敷设陶瓷纤维毯，用于降低层门结构整体以及阻燃橡皮处的温度，从而防火等级到达“A-60”级。本发明无需自带门框，可上下开启和关闭，解决层门防火及与舱壁结构的干涉问题。本发明能应用到船舶升降机用防火层门，可提高整个通道及舱室的耐火完整性、隔热性以及安全性。

Description

水平铰链上翻式船用防火层门
技术领域
本发明涉及一种用于船舶升降机的移动层门，尤其是一种防火层门。
背景技术
目前水面船舶舱内货物等的垂直转运主要依靠船用升降机及升降平台实现，在每层甲板处设置一个或两个自带门框的水平移动层门，主要用于防护升降通道，防止人员跌落，某些层门往往还要求具有防火功能；但某些船舶特殊要求需将层门直接布置在防火分隔舱壁上，根部不需要设置配套门框，并且防火等级要达到“A-60”等级，确保通道的防火状态；同时由于层门直接设置在舱壁上，其周围的结构往往影响水平移动层门的运动空间。现有水平移动层门不能同时满足以上各方面的要求。
发明内容
本发明是要提供一种水平铰链上翻式船用防火层门，该层门无需自带门框，可上下开启和关闭，解决层门防火及与舱壁结构的干涉问题。
为实现上述目的，本发明的技术方案是：一种水平铰链上翻式船用防火层门，包括水平双耳铰链、层门本体、阻燃橡皮、驱动油缸、压条、陶瓷纤维绳、陶瓷纤维毯，其特点是：所述层门本体顶部通过水平双耳铰链与舱壁铰接，形成上翻式层门，所述层门本体与舱壁之间连接有驱动油缸，用于通过驱动油缸顶升，使层门本体向上开启至90°，层门本体四周设置阻燃橡皮，舱壁上设置陶瓷纤维绳和压条，当层门关闭后，层门本体通过陶瓷纤维绳、阻燃橡皮、压条实现层门的气密，保证可燃性气体不挥发出来，层门本体的内壁结构上敷设陶瓷纤维毯，用于降低层门结构整体以及阻燃橡皮处的温度，使阻燃橡皮不具备自燃条件，从而防火等级到达“A-60”级，即耐火隔热性60min，耐火完整性60min。
当层门本体向上开启至90°后，所述层门本体上的液压插销插入舱顶固定座，使层门本体固定。
在平时不使用时，所述层门本体通过液压插销锁死在舱壁固定座上。
本发明的有益效果是：
本发明无需自带门框，可上下开启和关闭，解决层门防火及与舱壁结构的干涉问题。
层门本体结构上通过敷设陶瓷纤维毯以降低结构整体以及橡皮处的温度，使橡皮不具备自燃条件，层门四周通过陶瓷纤维绳、橡皮与压条实现层门的气密，保证可燃性气体不挥发出来，从而防火等级到达“A-60”级。
本发明能应用到船舶升降机用防火层门，可提高整个通道及舱室的耐火完整性、隔热性以及安全性。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图与实施例对本发明作进一步说明。
如图1至图4所示，一种水平铰链上翻式船用防火层门，包括水平双耳铰链4、液压插销2、层门本体1、底部压紧锲座9、支撑块8）、导向块6、阻燃橡皮3、驱动油缸7、压条5、陶瓷纤维绳10、陶瓷纤维毯11等。
层门本体1顶部通过水平双耳铰链4与舱壁铰接，形成上翻式层门，层门本体1与舱壁之间连接有驱动油缸7。层门本体1采用水平双耳铰链4上翻式，开启过程中依靠驱动油缸7顶升，直至向上开启至90°，然后通过液压插销2插入舱顶固定座固定，防止由于油缸意外失压导致层门跌落；在平时不使用时，层门通过液压插销2锁死在舱壁固定座上，处于关闭、防火状态。驱动油缸7可以根据舱壁布局需要左置或右置，提高了层门布置的灵活性。
层门本体1四周设置阻燃橡皮3，舱壁上设置陶瓷纤维绳10和压条5。层门本体1内壁结构上通过敷设一定厚度的陶瓷纤维毯11以降低结构整体以及阻燃橡皮3处的温度，使阻燃橡皮3不具备自燃条件，层门四周通过陶瓷纤维绳10、阻燃橡皮3与压条5实现层门的气密，保证可燃性气体不挥发出来，从而防火等级到达“A-60”级，即耐火隔热性60min，耐火完整性60min。

Claims (3)

1.一种水平铰链上翻式船用防火层门，包括水平双耳铰链（4）、层门本体（1）、阻燃橡皮（3）、驱动油缸（7）、压条（5）、陶瓷纤维绳（10）、陶瓷纤维毯（11），其特征在于：所述层门本体（1）顶部通过水平双耳铰链（4）与舱壁铰接，形成上翻式层门，所述层门本体（1）与舱壁之间连接有驱动油缸（7），用于通过驱动油缸顶升，使层门本体（1）向上开启至90°；所述层门本体（1）四周设置阻燃橡皮（3），舱壁上设置陶瓷纤维绳（10）和压条（5），当层门关闭后，层门本体（1）通过陶瓷纤维绳（10）、阻燃橡皮（3）、压条（5）实现层门的气密，保证可燃性气体不挥发出来，层门本体（1）的内壁结构上敷设陶瓷纤维毯（11），用于降低层门结构整体以及阻燃橡皮（3）处的温度，使阻燃橡皮（3）不具备自燃条件，从而防火等级到达“A-60”级，即耐火隔热性60min，耐火完整性60min。
2.根据权利要求1所述的水平铰链上翻式船用防火层门，其特征在于：当层门本体（1）向上开启至90°后，所述层门本体（1）上的液压插销（2）插入舱顶固定座，使层门本体（1）固定。
3.根据权利要求1所述的水平铰链上翻式船用防火层门，其特征在于：在平时不使用时，所述层门本体（1）通过液压插销（2）锁死在舱壁固定座上。
