Abstract
本发明涉及一种大尺寸水平铰链上翻式气密防火层门,包括门体、随动撑杆、启门油缸、顶部铰链、铰链座,门体顶部通过顶部铰链与舱壁门框顶部上的铰链座连接;门体两侧分别通过启门油缸连接舱壁门框的边框,且启门油缸与门体和舱壁门框的边框之间均采用铰接方式连接;门体两侧与舱壁门框的边框之间还连接有随动撑杆,随动撑杆一端通过导向轴与门体侧面上的导向滑槽配合滑动连接,另一端与舱壁门框的边框铰接,且门体背面装有液压锁销。本发明能应用到船舶升降机用防火层门,可提高整个通道及舱室的耐火完整性、隔热性。阻燃橡皮条压缩范围大,且在门体上位置可现场调节,非常便于上船安装。层门开启到位后由自带的随行撑杆锁定。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种水面船舶舱防火层门,尤其是一种上翻式气密防火层门。
背景技术
目前水面船舶舱内货物等的垂直转运主要依靠船用升降机及升降平台实现,在每层甲板处设置层门,主要用于防护升降通道,防止人员跌落。对于某些有防火需求的层门,往往在门框和门体之间设置一道防火绳。防火绳的压缩量小,现场安装困难,当层门尺寸较大时,容易出现防火绳压条未压到防火绳或者过压现象,要么没有起到防火作用,要么防火绳容易压溃,需要经常更换。而且层门开启到位后,需要在舱壁设置锁定座,将层门保持开启到位状态。层门关闭后锁定座占用通道空间。
发明内容
本发明是要提供一种大尺寸水平铰链上翻式船用气密防火层门,层门上的密封橡皮为可调式,使层门密封橡皮与门框的压缩量保持一致,从而保证了层门的气密性和防火性能。层门自带的随行撑杆作为开启到位的锁定座,不占用通道空间,布置灵活。
为实现上述目的,本发明的技术方案是:一种大尺寸水平铰链上翻式气密防火层门,包括门体、随动撑杆、启门油缸、顶部铰链、铰链座,所述门体顶部通过顶部铰链与舱壁门框顶部上的铰链座连接;所述门体两侧分别通过启门油缸连接舱壁门框的边框,且启门油缸与门体和舱壁门框的边框之间均采用铰接方式连接;所述门体两侧与舱壁门框的边框之间还连接有随动撑杆,所述随动撑杆一端通过导向轴与门体侧面上的导向滑槽配合滑动连接,另一端与舱壁门框的边框铰接,且门体背面装有液压锁销。
进一步,所述门体两侧与舱壁门框的边框之间还设有导向固定机构;所述导向固定机构包括固定在门体侧面上部的导向柱、下部的导向块,以及固定在舱壁门框的边框上对应导向柱的导向柱槽和对应导向块的导向块槽。
进一步,当门体关闭后,所述导向块卡入导向块槽内,所述导向柱卡入导向柱槽,所述层门上的液压锁销插入舱壁门框中。
进一步,当门体开启至°后,所述层门上的液压锁销插入随动撑杆锁定孔中。
进一步,所述层门背面上敷设陶瓷纤维毯,用于降低层门整体以及密封橡皮处的温度,使密封橡皮不具备自燃条件。
进一步,所述层门四周设置阻燃橡皮条、密封橡皮与压条,用于实现层门的气密,保证可燃性气体不挥发出来,从而使防火等级到达“A-60”级。
本发明的有益效果是:
本发明能应用到船舶升降机用防火层门,可提高整个通道及舱室的耐火完整性、隔热性。阻燃橡皮条压缩范围大,且在门体上位置可现场调节,非常便于上船安装。层门开启到位后由自带的随行撑杆锁定。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图与实施例对本发明作进一步说明。
如图1至图5所示,一种大尺寸水平铰链上翻式气密防火层门,包括门体1、导向块2、导向柱3、阻燃橡皮条4、密封橡皮5、陶瓷纤维毯6、液压锁销7、压条8、随动撑杆9、启门油缸10、导向块槽11、导向柱槽12、顶部铰链13、铰链座14等。
门体1顶部通过顶部铰链13与舱壁门框顶部上的铰链座14连接,门体1可通过顶部铰链13向上翻起。门体1两侧分别通过启门油缸10连接舱壁门框的边框,且启门油缸10与门体1和舱壁门框的边框之间均采用铰接方式连接。门体1两侧与舱壁门框的边框之间还连接有随动撑杆9。随动撑杆9一端通过导向轴与门体1侧面上的导向滑槽配合滑动连接,另一端与舱壁门框的边框铰接,且门体1背面装有液压锁销7,用于层门1关闭后锁死在舱壁门框上,以及门体1开启至90°后通过液压锁销7插入随动撑杆9的锁定孔中。门体1两侧与舱壁门框的边框之间还设有导向固定机构,导向固定机构包括固定在门体1侧面上部的导向柱3、下部的导向块2,以及固定在舱壁门框的边框上对应导向柱3的导向柱槽12和对应导向块2的导向块槽11。
层门1采用上翻式,开启过程中采用双边驱动启门油缸10顶升,直至向上开启至90°,层门1通过液压锁销7插入随动撑杆9锁定孔中,在平时不使用时,层门1通过液压锁销7锁死在舱壁门框上。
层门1本体结构上通过敷设陶瓷纤维毯6以降低结构整体以及橡皮处的温度,使橡皮不具备自燃条件,层门1四周通过阻燃橡皮条4、密封橡皮5与压条8实现层门1的气密,保证可燃性气体不挥发出来,从而防火等级到达“A-60”级。
层门开启过程:启门油缸10开始顶升时,顶部铰链13向上转动,带动门体1逐渐脱离门框,门体1上的导向柱3尚未脱离导向柱槽12,门体1运动可控。直到铰链与铰链座14上的限位块接触,导向柱3脱离导向槽12,门体1在油缸的驱动下开启至90°,层门通过液压锁销7插入随动撑杆9锁定孔中。
层门关闭过程:启门油缸10开始收回时,顶部铰链13与铰链座14一直保持接触,直到门体1上的导向柱3进入导向柱槽12,顶部铰链13与铰链座14脱离,门体1在油缸的驱动下继续关闭,导向块2进入导向块槽11,使阻燃橡皮条4和密封橡皮5均具有一定压缩量,保证气密,最后层门通过液压锁销7插入舱壁门框中。
层门本体1结构上通过敷设一定厚度的陶瓷纤维毯6以降低结构整体以及密封橡皮5处的温度,使密封橡皮5不具备自燃条件,层门四周再通过密封橡皮和阻燃橡皮条橡皮与压条8实现层门的气密,保证可燃性气体不挥发出来,从而防火等级到达“A-60”级,即耐火隔热性60min,耐火完整性60min。

1.一种大尺寸水平铰链上翻式气密防火层门,包括门体、随动撑杆、启门油缸、顶部铰链、铰链座,其特征在于:所述门体顶部通过顶部铰链与舱壁门框顶部上的铰链座连接;所述门体两侧分别通过启门油缸连接舱壁门框的边框,且启门油缸与门体和舱壁门框的边框之间均采用铰接方式连接;所述门体两侧与舱壁门框的边框之间还连接有随动撑杆,所述随动撑杆一端通过导向轴与门体侧面上的导向滑槽配合滑动连接,另一端与舱壁门框的边框铰接,且门体背面装有液压锁销。
2.根据权利要求1所述的大尺寸水平铰链上翻式气密防火层门,其特征在于:所述门体两侧与舱壁门框的边框之间还设有导向固定机构;所述导向固定机构包括固定在门体侧面上部的导向柱、下部的导向块,以及固定在舱壁门框的边框上对应导向柱的导向柱槽和对应导向块的导向块槽。
3.根据权利要求2所述的大尺寸水平铰链上翻式气密防火层门,其特征在于:当门体关闭后,所述导向块卡入导向块槽内,所述导向柱卡入导向柱槽,所述层门上的液压锁销插入舱壁门框中。
4.根据权利要求1所述的大尺寸水平铰链上翻式气密防火层门,其特征在于:当门体开启至°后,所述层门上的液压锁销插入随动撑杆锁定孔中。
5.根据权利要求1所述的大尺寸水平铰链上翻式气密防火层门,其特征在于:所述层门背面上敷设陶瓷纤维毯,用于降低层门整体以及密封橡皮处的温度,使密封橡皮不具备自燃条件。
6.根据权利要求1所述的大尺寸水平铰链上翻式气密防火层门,其特征在于:所述层门四周设置阻燃橡皮条、密封橡皮与压条,用于实现层门的气密,保证可燃性气体不挥发出来,从而使防火等级到达“A-60”级。
