一种有凸台的大规格异形陶瓷板及配方工艺,大规格异形陶瓷板由坯体层、凸台和釉面层构成,坯体层为上下均为平面的平板长方形结构,凸台在坯体层上面的四周边沿并与坯体层为一体结构的陶瓷坯体,凸台与坯体层的结合处和凸台的拐角处均为圆滑状,坯体层的规格至少为900mm×1800mm,厚度不大于6mm,凸台的高度不小于18mm,釉面层均匀覆盖在坯体层和凸台的表面,釉面层的厚度至少0.3mm;配方包括坯体层配方、釉面层配方,工艺流程中的干呀成型的压力为250Mpa,干燥温度为110℃~346℃,干燥周期为112min,烧成温度为上温1206℃,下温1204℃,烧成周期为138min。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种陶瓷板及配方工艺,特别涉及一种有凸台的大规格异形陶瓷板及配方工艺,属陶瓷工业技术领域。
背景技术
在现代的化验室、生物接种室,电子产品、钟表装配车间等涉及试剂、微小零部件的工作环境,都要涉及工作平台,这些特定的工作平台根据作业对向的不同对工作平台的要求也不同。但是耐酸碱、耐腐蚀、耐化学性、易清洁和防止台面的液体流延和物品撒落是这些环境对工作平台要求的共同特点。对于这些工作平台传统的方法是采用硬质塑料板或不锈钢板制作,这样的传统平台存在着诸如有接缝、死角或造价高等弊端。
发明内容
为了解决上述特定环境工作平台的技术缺陷,本发明提供一种有凸台的大规格异形陶瓷板及配方工艺。
本发明所采用的技术方案是:一种有凸台的大规格异形陶瓷板及配方工艺,由坯体层、凸台和釉面层构成,坯体层为上下均为平面的平板长方形结构,凸台在坯体层上面的四周边沿并与坯体层为一体结构的陶瓷坯体,凸台与坯体层的结合处和凸台的拐角处均为圆滑状,坯体层的规格至少为900mm×1800mm,厚度不大于6mm,凸台的高度不小于18mm,釉面层均匀覆盖在坯体层和凸台的表面,釉面层的厚度至少0.3mm;配方包括坯体层配方、釉面层配方,工艺流程中的干呀成型的压力为250Mpa,干燥温度为110℃~346℃,干燥周期为112min,烧成温度为上温1206℃,下温1204℃,烧成周期为138min。
坯体层配方按重量百分比包括龙海长石14%,大坪石米14%,漳浦灰土14%,漳平风化石13.47%,永安钠长石12.4%,漳平长石块8%,江东水洗土8%,大南白土5%,透辉石4%,水洗高岭土3%,宜春黑滑石2%,膨润土1%,腐植酸钠0.41%,硅酸钠0.41%,凹凸棒土0.3%,甲基纤维素0.01%。
釉面层配方分为底釉配方和面釉配方,按重量百分比底釉配方包括硅石38.1%,星子高岭土13.27%,龙岩钠长石13.09%,龙海钾长石9.86%,硅酸锆8.06%,方解石5.8%,吉马球土4.4%,滑石3.4%,煅烧高岭土1.8%,氧化锌1.8%,三聚磷酸钠0.36%,甲基纤维素0.06%;面釉配方包括锻烧高岭土25.6%,硅石20.1%,龙海钾长石16.73%,龙岩钠长石16.35%,烧滑石7.66%,钒钛黑6.07%,吉马球土5.23%,氧化铝1.77%,三聚磷酸钠0.43%,甲基纤维素0.06%。
本发明的有益效果是:釉面层覆盖整个坯体层和凸台表面,能有效抵御强酸碱的腐蚀和化学品的侵袭,表面光洁易清洁;陶瓷板的四周边有凸台而且结合处均为圆滑状,可有效防止台面的液体流延和物品撒落,没有死角便于清洁和清理。

具体实施方式
在图1的实施例中,一种有凸台的大规格异形陶瓷板及配方工艺,由坯体层1、凸台2和釉面层3构成,坯体层1为上下均为平面的平板长方形结构,凸台2在坯体层1上面的四周边沿并与坯体层1为一体结构的陶瓷坯体,凸台2与坯体层1的结合处和凸台2的拐角处均为圆滑状,坯体层1的规格至少为900mm×1800mm,厚度不大于6mm,凸台2的高度不小于18mm,釉面层3均匀覆盖在坯体层1和凸台2的表面,釉面层3的厚度至少0.3mm;配方包括坯体层1配方、釉面层3配方,工艺流程中的干呀成型的压力为250Mpa,干燥温度为110℃~346℃,干燥周期为112min,烧成温度为上温1206℃,下温1204℃,烧成周期为138min。

实施例:首先按比例将原料配备好,再将原料加水投入到球磨机磨成高细度的泥浆,泥浆磨好后经过过筛除铁后送入粉料干燥塔进行喷雾干燥,将干燥后的粉料通过大型油压机在模具上干压成型,成型后包括坯体层1和凸台2的陶瓷坯体送入烘干窑烘干;对达到一定干燥程度的陶瓷坯体进行施涂底釉后进行喷墨印花,再施涂面釉。最后将完成前期工艺的陶瓷坯体送入辊道窑烧制成包括坯体层1、凸台2和釉面层3在内的大规格异形陶瓷板,再经磨边分选打包后即可作为成品入库。

1.一种有凸台的大规格异形陶瓷板及配方工艺,其特征是:大规格异形陶瓷板由坯体层、凸台和釉面层构成,坯体层为上下均为平面的平板长方形结构,凸台在坯体层上面的四周边沿并与坯体层为一体结构的陶瓷坯体,凸台与坯体层的结合处和凸台的拐角处均为圆滑状,坯体层的规格至少为900mm×1800mm,厚度不大于6mm,凸台的高度不小于18mm,釉面层均匀覆盖在坯体层和凸台的表面,釉面层的厚度至少0.3mm;配方包括坯体层配方、釉面层配方,工艺流程中的干呀成型的压力为250Mpa,干燥温度为110℃~346℃,干燥周期为112min,烧成温度为上温1206℃,下温1204℃,烧成周期为138min。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种有凸台的大规格异形陶瓷板及配方工艺,其特征是:所述的坯体层配方按重量百分比包括龙海长石14%,大坪石米14%,漳浦灰土14%,漳平风化石13.47%,永安钠长石12.4%,漳平长石块8%,江东水洗土8%,大南白土5%,透辉石4%,水洗高岭土3%,宜春黑滑石2%,膨润土1%,腐植酸钠0.41%,硅酸钠0.41%,凹凸棒土0.3%,甲基纤维素0.01%。
