Abstract

本发明公开了一种用于聚烯烃热塑性弹性体产品中的辊涂工艺方法,包括:首先,将带有PP泡棉TPO材料输送至传动钢辊与第一钢辊之间,且PP泡棉面朝向所述第一钢辊和第二钢辊;然后,根据热熔胶涂布的厚度调节第一钢辊和第二钢辊之间的间距,第一钢辊和第二钢辊内设有红外加热装置,固体热熔胶通过双辊开炼机熔融,流入加热后的第一钢辊和第二钢辊之间,将熔融的热熔胶涂布于PP泡棉的表面;最后,通过传动钢辊将辊涂后的TPO成品自动输送出去。本发明用辊涂工艺代替了传统的喷涂溶剂型胶黏剂工艺,减少了TPO背面印刷PU背漆的工序,减少喷涂PP骨架胶黏剂工序,降低汽车VOC,保护生产者健康,减少空气污染,提高生产效率。

Description

一种用于聚烯烃热塑性弹性体产品中的辊涂方法
技术领域
本发明涉及汽车配饰材料生产领域,具体涉及一种用于聚烯烃热塑性弹性体产品中的辊涂方法。
背景技术
在高档汽车内饰设计中,通常会在聚丙烯(PP)塑料门板或者仪表盘骨架上附着一层聚烯烃热塑性弹性体(TPO)片材,TPO片材和PP泡棉热压在一起,同时将热压辊的花纹转移到TPO表面,复合带PP海绵TPO表皮的塑料门板或者仪表板零件具有柔软的手感,各种花纹效果,并且能够通过调节TPO色粉类型,提供多种汽车内饰设计方法,满足客户对汽车内饰的需求。
通常,在PP门板或者仪表板骨架喷涂聚氨酯胶黏剂后,将有微孔的骨架放置在模具里面,同时把TPO表皮加热软化,然后通过真空吸附,使得PP骨架和TPO表皮牢牢粘结在一起。现在常用的聚氨酯(PU)胶黏剂以有机溶剂为主,使用者需要佩戴防毒面具,在通风橱中将PU胶黏剂喷涂在PP骨架上,并且还要确保胶水在有效期内。同时,在TPO表皮背面的PP泡棉上提前涂一层PU背漆,增大PP泡棉的表面张力,同时作为PP泡棉和PU胶水的粘结剂,并且在生产过程中,需要用喷枪对骨架逐个喷涂PU胶黏剂,效率低。
因此,传统的生产聚烯烃热塑性弹性体产品喷涂溶剂型胶黏剂工序存在以下缺陷:1.有机溶剂气味大、易燃、易挥发、污染空气,对使用者具有毒性,同时,有机成分的PU胶黏剂会增加汽车中的有机挥发物;2.PU胶黏剂粘结功能为化学固化原理,有效使用期比较短,开封后保存条件要求高,如果超过有效期,胶水容易浑浊,失去活性反应基团,容易报废;3.印刷TPO表皮背后PP泡棉上的PU背漆,增加工序,增加了成本;4.需要增加喷涂PU胶黏剂工序,效率低,不适合快速自动化生产。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服现有技术存在的以上问题,提供一种用于聚烯烃热塑性弹性体产品中的辊涂工艺方法,本发明用辊涂工艺代替了传统的喷涂溶剂型胶黏剂工艺,将溶剂型胶黏剂替换为固体环保聚烯烃热熔胶,在TPO背后的PP泡棉上辊涂热熔胶,减少了TPO背面印刷PU背漆的工序,减少喷涂PP骨架胶黏剂工序,降低汽车VOC,保护生产者健康,减少空气污染,延长胶黏剂的有效使用时间,提高生产效率。
为实现上述技术目的,达到上述技术效果,本发明通过以下技术方案实现:
一种用于聚烯烃热塑性弹性体产品中的辊涂工艺方法,辊涂工艺方法基于辊涂装置,辊涂装置至少包括:一个由驱动装置驱动的传动钢辊、设置在所述传动钢辊下方的第一钢辊、设置在所述第一钢辊一侧的第二钢辊,所述传动钢辊与第一钢辊之间相切,所述第一钢辊与第二钢辊之间相切,带有PP泡棉TPO材料穿过所述传动钢辊与第一钢辊之间,固体热熔胶熔融后从所述第一钢辊和第二钢辊之间流过用于涂布;
所述辊涂工艺方法包括以下步骤:
首先,将带有PP泡棉TPO材料输送至所述传动钢辊与所述第一钢辊之间,且PP泡棉面朝向所述第一钢辊和第二钢辊;
然后,根据热熔胶涂布的厚度调节所述第一钢辊和第二钢辊之间的间距,所述第一钢辊和第二钢辊内设有红外加热装置,固体热熔胶通过双辊开炼机熔融,流入加热后的所述第一钢辊和第二钢辊之间,将熔融的热熔胶涂布于PP泡棉的表面;
最后,通过所述传动钢辊将辊涂后的TPO成品自动输送出去。
在本发明的一个较佳实施例中,进一步包括,所述固体热熔胶是以聚烯烃为基础的100%固体,所述固体热熔胶在200℃时,为熔化状液体,粘度为25000mPas。
在本发明的一个较佳实施例中,进一步包括,所述第一钢辊、第二钢辊加热至200℃。
在本发明的一个较佳实施例中,进一步包括,所述第一钢辊和第二钢辊转动的方向相向。
在本发明的一个较佳实施例中,进一步包括,所述第一钢辊、第二钢辊与所述传动钢辊同速。
本发明的有益效果是:
其一、将溶剂型胶黏剂替换为固体环保聚烯烃热熔胶,解决了有机溶剂气味大、易燃、易挥发、污染空气的问题,保护生产者的健康安全,并且降低了汽车内VOC,是一种环境友好工艺。
其二、本发明的工艺使用简单的辊涂设备,将传统的手动喷胶PP骨架转化为自动化涂布TPO产品,达到自动化生产,提高了生产效率,减少人工投入,相对降低生产成本。
其三、本发使用的热熔胶、PP泡棉、PP骨架主要成分都是聚烯烃,它们的极性接近,减少TPO背面PP泡棉印刷PU背漆工序,简化了生产工艺,提高了效率。
其四、本发明的工艺方法主要基于固体热熔胶的物理固化机理,使得胶水有效期能够长达数月,减少了胶水报废,节约了材料资源。

具体实施方式
下面将结合本发明实施例中的附图,对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本发明中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有作出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本发明保护的范围。
实施例1
如图1所示,本实施例公开了一种辊涂装置,该装置用于向聚烯烃热塑性弹性体产品上辊涂热熔胶,辊涂装置至少包括:一个由驱动装置驱动的传动钢辊1、设置在上述传动钢辊下方的第一钢辊2、设置在上述第一钢辊2一侧的第二钢辊3,上述传动钢辊1与第一钢辊2之间上下相切,上述第一钢辊2与第二钢辊3之间左右相切,带有PP泡棉TPO材料4穿过上述传动钢辊1与第一钢辊2之间,固体热熔胶熔融后从上述第一钢辊1和第二钢辊3之间流过用于涂布。
上述辊涂装置应用在聚烯烃热塑性弹性体产品上辊涂热熔胶工艺中,将传统的手动喷胶PP骨架转化为自动化涂布TPO产品,达到自动化生产,提高了生产效率,减少人工投入,相对降低生产成本。
具体的,本实施例中的辊涂工艺方法包括以下步骤:
首先,将带有PP泡棉TPO材料4输送至上述传动钢辊1与上述第一钢辊2之间,且PP泡棉面朝向上述第一钢辊2和第二钢辊3。
然后,根据热熔胶5涂布的厚度调节上述第一钢辊2和第二钢辊3之间的间距,上述第一钢辊2和第二钢辊3内设有红外加热装置,将第一钢辊2和第二钢辊3加热至200℃左右,固体热熔胶通过双辊开炼机熔融,流入加热后的上述第一钢辊2和第二钢辊3之间,在上述传动钢辊1的传动作用下,带动上述带有PP泡棉TPO材料前进,将熔融的热熔胶5涂布于PP泡棉的表面。
最后,通过上述传动钢辊1将辊涂后的TPO成品自动输送出去。
在本实施例中,为了保证上述传动钢辊1、第一钢辊2和第二钢辊3之间传动、送料、涂覆等工序的稳定性能,将上述第一钢辊2、第二钢辊3与上述传动钢辊1调节到同速。并且,上述第一钢辊2和第二钢辊3转动的方向相向。
在本实施例中,上述固体热熔胶是以聚烯烃为基础的100%固体,上述固体热熔胶在200℃时,为熔化状液体,粘度为25000mPas。使用热熔胶替代了传统的溶剂型胶黏剂,解决了有机溶剂气味大、易燃、易挥发、污染空气的问题,保护生产者的健康安全,并且降低了汽车内VOC,是一种环境友好工艺。
并且,上述热熔胶5采用了固体热熔胶的物理固化机理,使得胶水有效期能够长达数月,减少了胶水报废,节约了材料资源。
本实施例中用的热熔胶、PP泡棉、PP骨架主要成分都是聚烯烃,它们的极性接近,减少TPO背面PP泡棉印刷PU背漆工序,简化了生产工艺,提高了效率。

Claims (5)

1.一种用于聚烯烃热塑性弹性体产品中的辊涂工艺方法,辊涂工艺方法基于辊涂装置,辊涂装置至少包括:一个由驱动装置驱动的传动钢辊、设置在所述传动钢辊下方的第一钢辊、设置在所述第一钢辊一侧的第二钢辊,所述传动钢辊与第一钢辊之间相切,所述第一钢辊与第二钢辊之间相切,带有PP泡棉TPO材料穿过所述传动钢辊与第一钢辊之间,固体热熔胶熔融后从所述第一钢辊和第二钢辊之间流过用于涂布;
其特征在于,所述辊涂工艺方法包括以下步骤:
首先,将带有PP泡棉TPO材料输送至所述传动钢辊与所述第一钢辊之间,且PP泡棉面朝向所述第一钢辊和第二钢辊;
然后,根据热熔胶涂布的厚度调节所述第一钢辊和第二钢辊之间的间距,所述第一钢辊和第二钢辊内设有红外加热装置,固体热熔胶通过双辊开炼机熔融,流入加热后的所述第一钢辊和第二钢辊之间,将熔融的热熔胶涂布于PP泡棉的表面;
最后,通过所述传动钢辊将辊涂后的TPO成品自动输送出去。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种用于聚烯烃热塑性弹性体产品中的辊涂工艺方法,所述固体热熔胶是以聚烯烃为基础的100%固体,所述固体热熔胶在200℃时,为熔化状液体,粘度为25000mPas。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种用于聚烯烃热塑性弹性体产品中的辊涂工艺方法,其特征在于,所述第一钢辊、第二钢辊加热至200℃。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种用于聚烯烃热塑性弹性体产品中的辊涂工艺方法,其特征在于,所述第一钢辊和第二钢辊转动的方向相向。
5.根据权利要求4所述的一种用于聚烯烃热塑性弹性体产品中的辊涂工艺方法,其特征在于,所述第一钢辊、第二钢辊与所述传动钢辊同速。
