本发明所以化妆品领域，公开了一种天然保湿护肤组合物，由下述重量份的中药提取制备而成：落地生根20份、马尾连18份、绒毛鸭脚木20份、绣线菊16份、排草香20份、丹参18份、益母草15份、甘草5份，能保湿护肤。

一种天然保湿护肤组合物及其在化妆品中的应用
技术领域
本发明涉及化妆品领域，尤其涉及一种天然保湿护肤组合物及其在化妆品中的应用。
背景技术
所谓皮肤保湿即通过防止皮肤内水分流失及吸收外界环境水分以达到保持皮肤一定含水率的目的。当前，保湿类化妆品正受到越来越多的消费者尤其是女性的亲睐，保湿类化妆品主要通过保湿剂来发挥保湿功效，保湿剂可模拟人体皮肤中的油、水、NMF(天然保湿因子)组成的天然保湿系统，作用在于延缓水分流失，增加真皮、表皮水分渗透，减少皮肤损伤，促进皮肤修复过程。目前皮肤保湿的产品效果都不太好，因此急需一种天然保湿护肤的产品。
发明内容
发明目的：本发明的目的在于提供一种天然保湿护肤组合物及其在化妆品中的应用。
技术方案：一种天然保湿护肤组合物，由下述重量份的中药提取制备而成：落地生根20份、马尾连18份、绒毛鸭脚木20份、绣线菊16份、排草香20份、丹参18份、益母草15份、甘草5份。
所述天然保湿护肤组合物，制备方法：取上述中药，加水煎煮2次，每次加药材重量10倍量的水，每次煎煮2小时，合并煎液，浓缩到摄氏65度时相对密度为1.1，加乙醇至醇浓度为65％，静止48小时，过滤，浓缩到摄氏65度时相对密度为1.2，喷雾干燥，得浸膏粉；将凡士林50份和橄榄油60份混合加热至80-90℃，加入浸膏粉，制成软膏。
所述一种天然保湿护肤组合物在制备化妆品中的应用。
落地生根为景天科落地生根属植物落地生根Kalanchoepinnatum(L.)Pers.，以全草入药。全年可采，多鲜用。解毒消肿，活血止痛，拔毒生肌。外用治痈疮肿毒，乳腺炎，丹毒，瘭疽，外伤出血，跌打损伤，骨折，烧烫伤，中耳炎。
马尾连为毛茛科唐松草属植物多叶唐松草ThalictrumfoliolosumDC.，以根部入药。春、秋季将根挖出，剪去地上茎叶，洗去泥土，晒干。多叶唐松草：多年生草本，植株全部无毛。地下有横走根状茎，生许多条细长的根，均黄色，上部有长分枝。茎中部叶为三回三出或近羽状复叶；叶片长达28厘米。花序圆锥状，多分枝。瘦果纺锤形，长3毫米。清热燥湿，泻火解毒。用于肠炎，痢疾，黄疸，目赤肿痛。
绒毛鸭脚木为五加科植物穗序鹅掌柴Agalmadelavayi(Franch.)Hutch.，以根入药。全年可采，切片晒干。祛风活络，补肝肾，强筋骨。用于骨折，扭挫伤，腰肌劳损，风湿关节痛，肾虚腰痛，跌打损伤恢复期。
绣线菊属蔷薇目、蔷薇科直立灌木，拉丁学名SpiraeaSalicifoliaL.，绣线菊花、叶、根都可作药用，能清热解毒。用于目赤肿痛，头痛，牙痛，肺热咳嗽；外用治创伤出血。本发明以绣线菊花入药。
排草香为报春花科排草属植物细梗排草LysimachiacapillipesHemsl.的全草。夏秋采集，阴干。祛风，止咳，调经。用于感冒咳嗽，气管炎，哮喘，月经不调，神经衰弱。其他中药为药典品种。
有益效果：皮肤干燥从中医的角度多归于阴虚，治疗以滋阴润燥。本发明落地生根、马尾连清热解毒、清热利湿为君药，绒毛鸭脚木、绣线菊、排草香、丹参、益母草疏风散热、活血化瘀为臣药，甘草为佐使药，全方治疗皮肤干燥，效果良好。
具体实施方式
实施例1：取落地生根20g、马尾连18g、绒毛鸭脚木20g、绣线菊16g、排草香20g、丹参18g、益母草15g、甘草5g，加水煎煮2次，每次加药材重量10倍量的水，每次煎煮2小时，合并煎液，浓缩到摄氏65度时相对密度为1.1，加乙醇至醇浓度为65％，静止48小时，过滤，浓缩到摄氏65度时相对密度为1.2，喷雾干燥，得浸膏粉；将凡士林50g和橄榄油60g混合加热至80-90℃，加入浸膏粉，制成软膏。
实施例2：本发明临床效能实验及保湿效果评估
选用30名志愿受试者，年龄30～40岁，女性，以腕屈侧区适当面积作为测试区；皮肤水分测定仪器：CorneometerCM825测试仪。
(1)短期使用实验
取应用实施例1软膏适量以1.25μL/cm3涂敷密度均匀涂敷于测试区；测定保湿化妆品涂敷后即时、20、40、60、80、100、120、140分钟后的角质层水分含量；各测试区的角质层水分含量取5次测定值的平均值；然后将所有志愿者测定值取平均值；表1为不同时间皮肤水合度变化率表，由表1可以看出，本发明对皮肤的水合度有一定的提高，特别是在使用后0～40min的时间范围内，随着时间的延长，保湿效果有所降低，但在测试时间范围内皮肤水合度仍有明显的提高，证明本发明具有较好的保湿效果。

(2)长时间使用实验
于每日早晚洁面后，取应用实施例1软膏适量以1.25μL/cm3涂敷密度均匀涂敷于测试区；涂抹时间为6周；分别测定化妆品涂敷前、涂敷后l周、2周、3周、4周、5周和6周的角质层水分含量；各测试区的角质层水分含量取5次测定值得平均值；然后将所有志愿者测定值取平均值；表2为不同时间皮肤水合度变化率表，由表2可以看出，本发明对皮肤的水合度有一定的提高，最终提高皮肤的水合度达35％，且在测试时间范围内皮肤水合度一直处于增加状态，证明本发明具有较好的保湿效果。

Claims (3)

1.一种天然保湿护肤组合物，其特征在于，由下述重量份的中药提取制备而成：落地生根20份、马尾连18份、绒毛鸭脚木20份、绣线菊16份、排草香20份、丹参18份、益母草15份、甘草5份。
2.如权利要求1所述天然保湿护肤组合物，其特征在于，制备方法：取上述中药，加水煎煮2次，每次加药材重量10倍量的水，每次煎煮2小时，合并煎液，浓缩到摄氏65度时相对密度为1.1，加乙醇至醇浓度为65％，静止48小时，过滤，浓缩到摄氏65度时相对密度为1.2，喷雾干燥，得浸膏粉；将凡士林50份和橄榄油60份混合加热至80-90℃，加入浸膏粉，制成软膏。
