背景技术
肝肾综合征（HRS）是慢性肝病患者出现进展性肝衰竭和门静脉高压时，以肾功能不全、内源性血管活性物质异常和动脉循环血液动力学改变为特征的一组临床综合征。该综合征在急性肝衰竭患者也可发生 。肝肾综合征的肾功能衰竭是一种功能性病变。肝肾综合征是重症肝病的严重并发症，常见于各种类型的失代偿肝硬化（特别是肝炎后肝硬化、酒精性肝硬化等），也可见于其他严重肝病，如暴发性肝功能衰竭、重症病毒性肝炎、原发性和继发性肝癌等。

姜黄【来源】本品为姜科植物姜黄Curcuma longa 的干燥根茎。冬季茎叶枯萎时采挖，洗净，煮或蒸至透心，晒干，除去须根。【功能主治】破血行气，通经止痛。用于胸胁剌痛，闭经，症瘕，风湿肩臂疼痛，跌扑肿痛。
绞股蓝【来源】多年生宿根植物，性寒、味甘，有益气，安神，降血压之功效，主要有效成分为多糖类、黄酮类、皂苷类及微量元素类。【功能主治】促进人体脂肪类物质代谢、营养人体细胞，同时具有解毒消炎作用。
玄参【来源】为玄参科植物玄参和北玄参的根，含玄参素，环烯醚萜甙类；还含挥发油、生物碱等；其性寒，味甘、苦。【功能主治】滋阴降火，凉血解毒，适用于热病烦渴，发斑，骨蒸劳热，夜寐不宁，自汗盗汗，伤津便秘及咽喉肿痛等症。

蛤蚧【来源】该品呈扁片状，头颈部及躯干部长9～18cm，头颈部约占三分之一，身密被圆形或多角形微有光泽的细鳞，气腥，味微咸。【功能主治】补肺益肾，纳气平喘，助阳益精。治疗肺虚咳嗽，肾虚作喘，虚劳喘咳。

本发明旨在提供一种治疗肝肾综合征的中药，通过选择合适的药材及其配比，达到安全有效治愈肝肾综合征的目的。

一种治疗肝肾综合征的中药，其特征在于，由以下重量配比的药材制备而成：姜黄12份、绞股蓝6份、玄参8份、罗布麻8份、地龙4份、番红花4份、雪莲7份、半边莲7份、川芎7份、玉竹12份、何首乌12份、杜仲6份、蛤蚧8份。
下面结合临床实验数据说明本发明的有益效果：
1、一般资料
发明人2009年11月-2011年9月间共收集85例肝肾综合征的门诊患者，随机分为：治疗组60例，空白组25例。两组年龄、病情等资料无显著性差异，具有可比性。
2、试验方法
2.1治疗组口服本发明按照具体实施例1制得的胶囊，早晚各一次。疗程30天。
2.2空白组口服安慰剂胶囊，早晚各一次。疗程30天。
3、疗效标准与治疗结果
3.1疗效标准
痊愈：临床症状全部消失，试验室检查正常。好转：临床症状减轻，病情得到控制，实验室检查改善或正常。无效：临床症状无明显好转或加重。

具体实施例1
称取：姜黄12克、绞股蓝6克、玄参8克、罗布麻8克、地龙4克、番红花4克、雪莲7克、半边莲7克、川芎7克、玉竹12克、何首乌12克、杜仲6克、蛤蚧8克，加8倍量水，煎煮1.5小时，过滤；滤渣加6倍量水，煎煮1小时，过滤；合并滤液，浓缩，干燥，装入胶囊壳，即得符合正常成人1天用量的胶囊剂。
用于治疗肝肾综合征。口服，每日分早晚两次服用。

称取：姜黄12克、绞股蓝6克、玄参8克、罗布麻8克、地龙4克、番红花4克、雪莲7克、半边莲7克、川芎7克、玉竹12克、何首乌12克、杜仲6克、蛤蚧8克，加8倍量水，煎煮1.5小时，过滤；滤渣加6倍量水，煎煮1小时，过滤；合并滤液，浓缩，干燥，粉碎，即得符合正常成人1天用量的散剂。
用于治疗肝肾综合征。口服，每日分早晚两次服用。

称取：姜黄12克、绞股蓝6克、玄参8克、罗布麻8克、地龙4克、番红花4克、雪莲7克、半边莲7克、川芎7克、玉竹12克、何首乌12克、杜仲6克、蛤蚧8克，加8倍量水，煎煮1.5小时，过滤；滤渣加6倍量水，煎煮1小时，过滤；合并滤液，浓缩，干燥，再加入适量糊精和矫味剂，按照本领域常规工艺制粒，包装，即可制得符合正常成人1天用量的颗粒剂。
用于治疗肝肾综合征。口服，每日分早晚两次服用。
