技术领域
本发明涉及一种阀,该阀具有壳体、布置在壳体中的螺线管、能够被螺线管移动的销、与销连接的活塞和使活塞相对于壳体密封的密封件。
背景技术
这种阀尤其被用作机动车中的涡轮增压器上的空气再循环阀,以便在超限运行工况中开启朝向吸入侧的旁路,由此防止涡轮增压器的过于剧烈的制动并确保快速起动。旁路的打开和关闭通过用作关闭构件的活塞实现,该活塞开启或关闭旁通管路中的开口。为了关闭,活塞借助于弹簧移动到关闭位置中。为了打开,借助于螺线管使活塞克服弹簧力从关闭位置中移出。为了使壳体相对于旁通管路密封,在壳体中布置有密封件,该密封件贴靠在活塞的周面上。在打开和关闭活塞时,该活塞相对于密封件移动。为使得活塞在运输时以及在安装在旁通管路上之前不会被弹簧从壳体中压出,在活塞的面对螺线管的端部上形成凸缘。该凸缘压抵在密封件上并因此防止活塞从壳体中脱离。不利的是,由于运输中的运动而可能引起活塞损坏密封件。为了避免阀在运行中失效因此需要额外的测试。
发明内容
因此本发明的目的是,实现一种阀,该阀的密封件在成功装配之后以及在安装之前被保护以免受由于运输中的运动引起的损坏。
该目的由下述方式实现,即活塞在其周面上具有环绕的止挡部,活塞的止挡部贴靠在壳体的止挡部上,其中,活塞在这个位置中被弹簧移动越过了关闭位置。
利用活塞上的止挡部的设计方案——该止挡部由已经布置在阀中的弹簧压向壳体侧的止挡部——使活塞实现特别简单和可靠的定位。此外还不需要复杂的安全措施。由于所述定位的位置在活塞位于关闭位置中的位置之后,因此活塞在已安装到涡轮增压器上的状态中不能到达该位置。由此确保了,阀的运行不被损坏且保护装置仅在以下阶段中起作用,在该阶段中阀还未根据规定被安装。
如果活塞上的止挡部由活塞的具有较大的外直径的区域形成,则可以通过切削加工成型或通过变形加工实现这种花费少的止挡部。
为了避免止挡部的可能导致损坏的过于剧烈的相互碰撞,活塞的过渡到具有较大的外直径的区域中的过渡部被构造为锥体。
壳体的复杂的结构由此避免,即壳体具有至少一个布置在活塞的区域中的壳体部件,该壳体部件具有壳体侧的止挡部。基于多件式的壳体设计方案,各个壳体部件的制造明显被简化。
根据另一有利的设计方案,壳体部件被设计用于接纳和引导密封件,则有助于简化壳体。

具体实施方式
图1示出用于机动车的涡轮增压器的旁通管道的空气再循环阀。该阀包括两件式的壳体1,该壳体具有罐形的第一壳体部件2,在该罐形的第一壳体部件2中布置有具有线圈3和金属销4的螺线管。金属销4与用作关闭构件的活塞5连接。弹簧6用于对活塞5提供必要的预压力。罐形部件2在示出的视图中在其上侧具有插接端口7,该插接端口一体形成在罐形部件2上。在罐形的第一部件2的边缘区域中布置有第二壳体部件8,该第二壳体部件一直延伸到活塞5的区域中且包围该活塞。第二壳体部件8设计为圆柱形且在其内壁上具有两个径向环绕的凸肩9、10。位于第一壳体部件2附近的凸肩9用于支撑环形密封件11,该环形密封件使活塞5相对于第二壳体部件8密封。壳体部件8的第二凸肩10用作止挡部并且用作形成在活塞5的周面上的止挡部12的贴靠部/支撑部。止挡部12通过活塞5的较大的外直径形成,其中,在活塞5的两个外直径之间的过渡部构造为锥体。在所示出的视图中活塞5被弹簧6从第一壳体部件2中移出。通过止挡部12接触在凸肩10上阻止继续移动。通过弹簧力将活塞压抵在凸肩12上,从而将活塞定位在该位置中并且密封件11未受到由于活塞的运动引起的其它负荷。处于这个位置中,活塞5位于运输位置中。
在图2中示出根据图1在关闭位置中的和进而在安装好的状态中的阀。关闭位置表示,活塞5利用其背对金属销4的侧面13贴靠在旁通通道的未示出的、要关闭的开口上。通过弹簧6实现到达关闭位置。由于活塞5的位置在阀的关闭位置中比在运输位置中更接近于第一壳体部件2,因此凸肩10和止挡部12被彼此隔开并且排除了止挡部12与凸肩10的接触。

Claims (5)

1.一种阀,该阀具有壳体、布置在壳体中的螺线管、能够被螺线管移动的销、与销连接的活塞和使活塞相对于壳体密封的密封件,其特征在于,活塞(5)在其周面上具有环绕的止挡部(12),活塞(5)的止挡部(12)贴靠在壳体(1)的止挡部(10)上,其中,活塞(5)在这个位置中在弹簧(6)作用下越过了关闭位置。
2.根据权利要求1所述的阀,其特征在于,活塞(5)上的止挡部(12)由活塞(5)的具有较大的外直径的区域形成。
3.根据权利要求2所述的阀,其特征在于,活塞(5)的过渡到具有较大的外直径的区域中的过渡部构造为锥体。
4.根据权利要求1至3中至少一项所述的阀,其特征在于,壳体(1)具有至少一个布置在活塞(5)的区域中的壳体部件(8),该壳体部件具有壳体侧的止挡部(10)。
5.根据权利要求4所述的阀,其特征在于,壳体部件(8)被设计用于接纳和引导密封件(11)。
