Abstract
本发明属于OLED领域,公开了一种纤维复合柔性OLED照明基板材料及其制备方法和应用。该基板材料的制备方法包括以下步骤:(1)将PDMS浇注在平滑玻璃上,固化,得基板复合的PDMS模板;(2)将含有纤维的薄材料在PDMS模板上铺平,然后用环氧树脂在含有纤维的薄材料表面进行涂布,然后加压干燥,得纤维复合柔性OLED照明基板材料。相比于玻璃和塑料,本发明制备的基板材料中的原纸纤维能够让光线在基板中产生更多的散射,从而提高雾度值,使得发光柔和;同时也通过纤维的复合,提高基板的热稳定性。本发明制备得到的基板材料具有高光透射率,高雾度,可弯曲,可大面积化,可很好的应用在柔性OLED照明领域。
Description
技术领域
本发明属于OLED领域,特别涉及一种纤维复合柔性OLED照明基板材料及其制备方法和应用。
背景技术
在目前OLED照明基板材料中,玻璃和塑料是主要基板材料,这两种材料具有良好的光透射率,但雾度低从而导致发光不柔和,一般需要另外加装扩散板或者导光板来提高散射从而提高雾度,来增加出光柔和度,工序增加成本上升。
在柔性OLED照明领域,玻璃基板因为易碎,不能弯曲,同时发光不柔和;所以柔软可弯曲塑料为主要材料,但是塑料基板也有热稳定性差、加工性稳定差、同时发光也不柔和的缺点。
发明内容
为了克服上述现有技术的缺点与不足,本发明的首要目的在于提供一种纤维复合柔性OLED照明基板材料的制备方法。
本发明另一目的在于提供上述方法制备得到的纤维复合柔性OLED照明基板材料。该材料具有高光透射率,高雾度,可弯曲,可大面积化。
本发明另一目的在于提供上述纤维复合柔性OLED照明基板材料在OLED领域的应用。
本发明的目的通过下述方案实现:
一种纤维复合柔性OLED照明基板材料的制备方法,其包括以下具体步骤:
(1)将聚二甲基硅氧烷(PDMS)(Sylgard184)浇注在平滑玻璃上,固化,得基板复合的PDMS模板;
(2)将含有纤维的薄材料在PDMS模板上铺平,然后用环氧树脂在含有纤维的薄材料表面进行涂布,然后加压干燥,得纤维复合柔性OLED照明基板材料。
步骤(2)中所述的含有纤维的薄材料优选为未添加任何填料、定量小于30g/m2的薄页纸。
步骤(2)中所述的环氧树脂为透明的环氧树脂,优选为AeroMarine300/21EpoxyResin。
步骤(1)中所述的固化是指在100~160℃下固化20min。
优选的,步骤(1)中所述的固化是指在150℃下固化20min。
步骤(2)中所用的环氧树脂的量为纤维复合柔性OLED照明基板材料质量的10%。
步骤(2)中所述的加压干燥是指在0.2MPa重物压力下,置于40℃烘箱中干燥5小时。
一种由上述方法制备得到的纤维复合柔性OLED照明基板材料。
上述的纤维复合柔性OLED照明基板材料在柔性OLED照明领域的应用。
本发明的机理为:
相比于玻璃和塑料,复合塑料中的原纸纤维能够让光线在基板中产生更多的散射,从而提高雾度值,使得发光柔和;同时也通过纤维的复合,提高基板的热稳定性。
本发明相对于现有技术,具有如下的优点及有益效果:
(1)本发明生产容易,成本低;
(2)本发明具有良好的表面平整性,可弯曲。
(3)本发明具有良好的光学性能,尤其有良好的雾度值,发光柔和;
(4)本发明具有良好的机械性能,耐药性和热稳定性;
(5)本发明制成的OLED照明器件相比于玻璃基板有更好的效率。

具体实施方式
下面结合实施例和附图对本发明作进一步详细的描述,但本发明的实施方式不限于此。
实施例中所用原料均可从市场常规购得。
实施例1
(1)取定量<30g/m2的薄页纸,无任何填料添加,作为基底的材料之一;
(2)取透明环氧树脂(AeroMarine300/21EpoxyResin,生产厂家:AeroMarineProducts,inc)作为基底的材料之二;
(3)PDMS(道康宁,Sylgard184)浇注在平滑玻璃上,150℃固化20min来作为基板复合的模板;
(4)将薄纸页在PDMS模板上放平,用环氧树脂在一面进行涂布,涂布量控制为复合基板材料的10wt%,涂布后用棍赶出里面的气泡。基地在0.2MPa重物压力下,置于40度烘箱中干燥5小时。
图1为薄纸页以及实施例1中制备得到的纤维复合柔性OLED照明基板材料的表面SEM图和截面SEM图。其中图1(a)、(c)分别为薄纸页的表面SEM图和截面SEM图,图1(b)、(d)分别为实施例1中制备得到的纤维复合柔性OLED照明基板材料的表面SEM图和截面SEM图。从图1中可以看出,在未与环氧树脂复合前,薄纸页表面粗糙,截面空隙多,因此不透明。但当与环氧树脂复合后,得到的纤维复合柔性OLED照明基板材料的表面光滑,同时截面紧密无空隙,说明薄纸页与树脂产生了良好的交联,并制造了平滑的表面,为进一步OLED器件制造创造了条件。
图2为实施例1中制备得到的纤维复合柔性OLED照明基板材料的表面AFM图。从图中可以看出基板材料的表面粗糙度在3nm左右。
图3为不同材料在不同波长下的透过率曲线,在波长400nm~1100nm范围内,复合基板的光透射值与PET塑料薄膜相接近,约85%~90%。而薄纸页只为40%。
图4为不同材料在不同波长下的雾度曲线,从图4中可知,复合基板雾度值约为90%,而PET塑料的雾度值小于5%。雾度值越大,透过光的散射性能越好。说明本发明制备的复合基板材料对透过光具有良好的散射性能
图5为不同材料透射光的角散射图。从图中可以看出,PET塑料小于5度,而复合基板的散射角和薄纸页接近。
图6为薄纸页、塑料和基板三种材料透光度、雾度对比图。由图6可见,当薄页材料和塑料复合后,透光率和雾度都得到了提高,基板具有薄纸页和PET塑料不具有的高光透性和高雾度。
图7为薄纸页与实施例1制备得到的纤维复合柔性OLED照明基板材料的力学性能图。从图7可以看出,基板的拉伸强度相对于原纸提高了一倍,最高达60MPa。
图8为不同材料的耐折性对比图。从图8中可以看出,本发明制备得到的纤维复合柔性OLED照明基板材料的耐折叠度,不管是纵向还是横向,均比薄页纸提高了约10倍,说明实施例1制备得到的纤维复合柔性OLED照明基板材料具有较好的柔性。
图9为实施例1制备得到的纤维复合柔性OLED照明基板材料的热性能图,从图9中可以看出,基板耐高温300度,表明该基板具有优异的热稳定性。
当将实施例1制备的纤维复合柔性OLED照明基板材料做成2x2矩阵的绿光OLED照明器件时,在器件弯曲45度的情况下,2x2的矩阵绿光照明光源能正常照明,亮度均匀,其电流-电压曲线和电压-亮度曲线如图10所示,说明该基板显示即使在弯曲的情况下,仍然具有良好的照明性能。
将实施例1中制备得到的纤维复合柔性OLED照明基板材料和常规的玻璃基板分别制作OLED照明器件,由基板,阳极,空穴传输层,有机发光层,电子传输层,和金属阴极构成,具体:本发明的基板/ITO(150nm)/MeO-TPD:F4-TCNQ(100nm)/NPB(15nm)/TCTA(5nm)/Bepp2:Ir(ppy)3(30nm)/Bepp2(35nm)/LIF(1nm)/Al(200nm),器件的发光性能数据如表1所示。从表1可以看出,相对于以玻璃为基板的OLED照明器件,当采用实施例1中制备的纤维复合柔性OLED照明基板材料为基板时,能够提高电流效率LE35~40%;提高能源效率PE5~6%。

上述实施例为本发明较佳的实施方式,但本发明的实施方式并不受上述实施例的限制,其他的任何未背离本发明的精神实质与原理下所作的改变、修饰、替代、组合、简化,均应为等效的置换方式,都包含在本发明的保护范围之内。
Claims (10)
1.一种纤维复合柔性OLED照明基板材料的制备方法,其特征在于包括以下具体步骤:
(1)将PDMS浇注在平滑玻璃上,固化,得基板复合的PDMS模板;
(2)将含有纤维的薄材料在PDMS模板上铺平,用环氧树脂在含有纤维的薄材料表面进行涂布,然后加压干燥,得纤维复合柔性OLED照明基板材料。
2.根据权利要求1所述的纤维复合柔性OLED照明基板材料的制备方法,其特征在于:
步骤(2)中所述的含有纤维的薄材料为未添加任何填料、定量小于30g/m2的薄页纸。
3.根据权利要求1所述的纤维复合柔性OLED照明基板材料的制备方法,其特征在于:
步骤(2)中所述的环氧树脂为透明的环氧树脂。
4.根据权利要求3所述的纤维复合柔性OLED照明基板材料的制备方法,其特征在于:
步骤(2)中所述的环氧树脂为AeroMarine300/21EpoxyResin。
5.根据权利要求1所述的纤维复合柔性OLED照明基板材料的制备方法,其特征在于:
步骤(2)中所用的环氧树脂的量为纤维复合柔性OLED照明基板材料质量的10%。
6.根据权利要求1所述的纤维复合柔性OLED照明基板材料的制备方法,其特征在于:
步骤(2)中所述的加压干燥是指在0.2MPa重物压力下,置于40℃烘箱中干燥5小时。
7.根据权利要求1所述的纤维复合柔性OLED照明基板材料的制备方法,其特征在于:
步骤(1)中所述的固化是指在100~160℃下固化20min。
8.根据权利要求7所述的纤维复合柔性OLED照明基板材料的制备方法,其特征在于:
步骤(1)中所述的固化是指在150℃下固化20min。
9.一种由权利要求1~8任一项所述的方法制备得到纤维复合柔性OLED照明基板材料。
10.一种根据权利要求9所述的纤维复合柔性OLED照明基板材料在柔性OLED照明领域的应用。
