Abstract
本发明涉及一种智能防爆液化气罐,包括储气罐,储气罐的顶部设有与储气罐内部连通的管道,储气罐的顶部外侧设有手动闸阀,手动闸阀与管道上端连通连接,其特征在于还包括防爆隔离罐或箱,储气罐设置于防爆隔离罐或箱内,储气罐外壁和防爆隔离罐或箱内壁之间设置有隔热层。本发明具有结构简单,制作方便;通过设置防爆隔离罐或箱,并且将液化气罐置于防爆隔离罐或箱,防爆隔离罐或箱与液化气罐之间设置隔热层,从而可以避免外界受热或受压造成液化气罐受热受压后膨胀继而泄露及引起爆炸。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种液化气罐,特别是一种智能防爆液化气罐。
背景技术
随着人们生活水平的提高,使用方便的液化气走进了千家万户,但是因为操作不当以及传统液化气罐的缺点而引发的火灾及安全隐患也越来越多。
传统的液化气罐结构简单,首先必须人为地打开或管壁闸阀;传统的液化气罐为单层罐,一旦受到高温高压的情况,罐内的气体受热膨胀继而泄露,严重时容易引火并发生爆炸,从而影响人身安全;另外,实际生活中经常会有在烧水或者烹饪食物时,由于临时离开烹饪现场,继而引起烧干锅或者水烧滚后扑出并扑灭燃烧火焰,继而造成液化气供气气源在未燃烧时,继续供气,造成泄漏。
发明内容
本发明的目的就是为了避免背景技术中的不足之处,提供一种智能防爆液化气罐。
为达到上述目的,本发明采用如下技术方案:一种智能防爆液化气罐,包括储气罐,储气罐的顶部设有与储气罐内部连通的管道,储气罐的顶部外侧设有手动闸阀,手动闸阀与管道上端连通连接,其特征在于还包括防爆隔离罐或箱,储气罐设置于防爆隔离罐或箱内,储气罐外壁和防爆隔离罐或箱内壁之间设置有隔热层。
对于本发明的一种优化,防爆隔离罐的顶部设有出气管接口,储气罐顶部与防爆隔离罐之间设有安装腔,安装腔内设有控制器、定时器、电磁控制阀,所述定时器与控制器连接,所述手动闸阀的出气口通过管路串接电磁控制阀后与出气管接口连通连接,所述控制器与电磁控制阀控制连接。
对于本发明的一种优化,安装腔内设有用于检测液化气是否泄漏的气敏传感器。
对于本发明的一种优化,所述智能防爆液化气罐还包括设置于安装腔内或者置于防爆隔离罐外的报警器,所述报警器与控制器连接。
对于本发明的一种优化,所述防爆隔离罐或箱包括主体、盖,储气罐置于主体内,盖盖设于主体上端的开口上,所述隔热层设置于储气罐周侧主体及盖的内壁上。
对于本发明的一种优化,盖的内腔作为安装腔。
对于本发明的一种优化,储气罐的下端罐体部分置于主体内,其上端置于所述盖的安装腔内。
对于本发明的一种优化,所述防爆隔离罐或箱为柜型,其内可放置有至少一个储气罐,且储气罐周侧与其内壁之间均设置有隔热层。
本发明与背景技术相比,具有:
一、结构简单,制作方便;通过设置防爆隔离罐或箱,并且将液化气罐置于防爆隔离罐或箱,防爆隔离罐或箱与液化气罐之间设置隔热层,从而可以避免外界受热或受压造成液化气罐受热受压后膨胀继而泄露及引起爆炸;
二、安装腔内设有控制器、定时器、电磁控制阀,定时器与控制器连接,手动闸阀的出气口通过管路串接电磁控制阀后与出气管接口连通连接,所述控制器与电磁控制阀控制连接,从而操作者可以通过定时器设定液化气排放的时间周期,一旦达到设定时间,即通过控制器控制电磁控制阀关闭液化气供应,而手动闸阀则作为备用阀;
三、为了防止电子元器件及管路阀门在安装或者经长期使用后老化造成液化气泄漏,在安装腔内设置气敏传感器,从而检测液化气是否泄漏;而报警器的设置其目的在于提示或警示用户者,即达到设定时间提醒用户,液化气已经关闭,或者是发生液化气泄漏后,提醒用户注意安全;
四、将防爆隔离罐或箱设置成由主体、盖构成,其目的在于可以方便快捷的更换液化气罐;设置隔热帽的目的在于是的液化气罐顶部也具有隔热效果;
五、防爆隔离罐或箱为柜型,其内可放置有至少一个储气罐,即可以防止多个液化气罐,从而适用于饭店、酒店等需要多个液化气管同时供应的场所,从而可以统一隔热并统一供气。

实施例1:参照图1。一种智能防爆液化气罐,包括储气罐1和防爆隔离罐或箱4,储气罐1的顶部设有与储气罐1内部连通的管道2,储气罐1的顶部外侧设有手动闸阀3,手动闸阀3与管道2上端连通连接,储气罐1设置于防爆隔离罐或箱4内,储气罐1外壁和防爆隔离罐或箱4内壁之间设置有隔热层5。防爆隔离罐或箱4的顶部设有出气管接口6,储气罐1顶部与防爆隔离罐或箱4之间设有安装腔7,安装腔7内设有控制器8、定时器10、电磁控制阀9,所述定时器10与控制器8连接,所述手动闸阀3的出气口通过管路串接电磁控制阀9后与出气管接口6连通连接,所述控制器8与电磁控制阀9控制连接。安装腔7内设有用于检测液化气是否泄漏的气敏传感器11。所述智能防爆液化气罐还包括设置于安装腔7内或者置于防爆隔离罐或箱4外的报警器12,所述报警器12与控制器8连接。
实施例2,参照图2,在实施例1的基础上,所述防爆隔离罐或箱4包括主体41、盖42,储气罐1置于主体41内,盖42盖设于主体41上端的开口上,所述隔热层5设置于储气罐1周侧主体41及盖42的内壁上。盖42的内腔作为安装腔7。储气罐1的下端罐体部分置于主体41内,其上端置于所述盖42的安装腔7内。
实施例,3:参照图3。在实施例1或2的基础上,所述防爆隔离罐或箱4为柜型,其内可放置有至少一个储气罐1,且储气罐1周侧与柜型防爆隔离罐或箱4的内壁之间均设置有隔热层5。
另外,本产品设计不仅适用于家用小型液化气罐,同样适用于大型液化气罐和各种危险品液体罐。

2.根据权利要求1所述的智能防爆液化气罐,其特征在于防爆隔离罐或箱(4)的顶部设有出气管接口(6),储气罐(1)顶部与防爆隔离罐或箱(4)之间设有安装腔(7),安装腔(7)内设有控制器(8)、定时器(10)、电磁控制阀(9),所述定时器(10)与控制器(8)连接,所述手动闸阀(3)的出气口通过管路串接电磁控制阀(9)后与出气管接口(6)连通连接,所述控制器(8)与电磁控制阀(9)控制连接。

5.根据权利要求1或2所述的智能防爆液化气罐,其特征在于所述防爆隔离罐或箱(4)包括主体(41)、盖(42),储气罐(1)置于主体(41)内,盖(42)盖设于主体(41)上端的开口上,所述隔热层(5)设置于储气罐(1)周侧主体(41)及盖(42)的内壁上。
6.根据权利要求5所述的智能防爆液化气罐,其特征在于盖(42)的内腔作为安装腔(7)。
