本发明公开了一种耐磨闸阀结构。包括阀体、阀杆和阀板,阀体内具有阀体流道,阀杆分为上半部和下半部,上半部包括一号杆和二号杆,一号杆在垂直方向上开设有一号通孔,一号通孔直径与下半部直径相匹配,一号杆的上端固定有手轮,手轮上开设有开口槽,一号杆下端与所述二号杆上端转动连接,二号杆下端设置有方形连接杆,当二号杆向上翻转至其侧面与一号杆侧面贴合时,方形连接杆整体均位于开口槽内,下半部上端端部开设有与方形连接杆相匹配的方形凹槽,其下端与阀板相连接,阀体流道表面涂覆有聚氨酯层,阀体流道内设置有耐磨护环。本发明能够防止幼儿误操作,避免因误开启而造成水资源的浪费、家具电器损坏以及触电等事故的发生。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种耐磨闸阀结构。
背景技术
闸阀广泛使用于化工、冶金、水利工程等领域,比如有些家庭里面用于打开关闭进水的小型闸阀,其设置在水管上,当家里水管漏水时,首先当然是关闭该小型闸阀,待漏水问题解决之后,再打开该小型闸阀来放水,但是对于家中有幼儿的家庭来说,在漏水问题还没解决之前,其由于好奇心或者只为玩耍,在家长不在身边的时候会去打开该小型闸阀,而一般家中使用的小型闸阀只需要旋转便可直接打开,因此,幼儿能够轻易打开闸阀而造成家中水资源的浪费,严重时还会对家中家具电器造成损坏,更甚者会造成触电等事故的发生。
发明内容
本发明针对现有技术中的不足,提供了一种耐磨闸阀结构,其能够防止幼儿误操作,避免因误开启而造成水资源的浪费、家具电器损坏以及触电等事故的发生。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明通过下述技术方案得以解决:一种耐磨闸阀结构,包括阀体、阀杆和阀板,所述阀体内具有阀体流道,所述阀杆分为上半部和下半部,所述上半部包括一号杆和二号杆,所述一号杆在垂直方向上开设有圆形的一号通孔,所述一号通孔直径与所述下半部直径相匹配,所述一号杆的上端固定有手轮,所述手轮上开设有开口槽,所述一号杆下端与所述二号杆上端转动连接,同时所述一号杆下端还设置有连接环,所述二号杆上端设置有与所述连接环配合的卡勾,所述二号杆下端设置有方形连接杆,当所述二号杆向上翻转至其侧面与所述一号杆侧面贴合时,所述方形连接杆整体均位于所述开口槽内,所述下半部上端端部开设有与所述方形连接杆相匹配的方形凹槽,其下端与所述阀板相连接,所述阀体流道表面涂覆有聚氨酯层,且在所述阀体流道内设置有耐磨护环。
当不需要打开闸阀时,将方形连接杆从方形孔内取出,使得上半部与下半部分离,再将二号杆沿着与一号杆的转动连接点往上翻转,使得方形连接杆进入到开口槽内,最后在一号杆圆形的一号通孔对准下半部后,将上半部套到下半部上,使得在外力作用到上半部时,上半部无法带动下半部旋转,并且,由于下半部为杆状物件,受力的接触面积小,直接转动下半部所需的力十分大;当需要打开闸阀时,将上半部从下半部上取下来,将二号杆往下翻转,方形连接杆离开开口槽,二号杆的上侧面与一号杆的下侧面贴合后,将方形连接杆插入到方形凹槽内,通过旋转手轮来带动阀杆转动,从而使得阀板上升打开阀门。
上述技术方案中,优选的,所述方形连接杆与所述开口槽过盈配合。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明能够防止幼儿误操作,避免因误开启而造成水资源的浪费、家具电器损坏以及触电等事故的发生。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图与具体实施方式对本发明作进一步详细描述:参见图1和图2,一种耐磨闸阀结构,包括阀体1、阀杆2和阀板3,所述阀体1内具有阀体流道11,所述阀杆2分为上半部4和下半部5,所述上半部4包括一号杆41和二号杆42,所述一号杆41在垂直方向上开设有圆形的一号通孔411,所述一号通孔411直径与所述下半部5直径相匹配,所述一号杆41的上端固定有手轮43,所述手轮43上开设有开口槽431,所述一号杆41下端与所述二号杆42上端转动连接,同时所述一号杆41下端还设置有连接环6,所述二号杆42上端设置有与所述连接环6配合的卡勾7,通过连接环6与卡勾7的配合,使得二号杆42与一号杆41的两侧均有部件相互连接,在一号杆41带动二号杆42转动时,两者不易分离损坏。所述二号杆42下端设置有方形连接杆421,当所述二号杆42向上翻转至其侧面与所述一号杆41侧面贴合时,所述方形连接杆421整体均位于所述开口槽431内,所述下半部5上端端部开设有与所述方形连接杆421相匹配的方形凹槽51,其下端与所述阀板3相连接,所述阀体流道11表面涂覆有聚氨酯层,且在所述阀体流道11内设置有耐磨护环,所述耐磨环材料为硬质合金,也可以是聚四氟乙烯材料,或者是氧化锆基耐磨陶瓷、氧化铝基耐磨陶瓷、碳化硅基耐磨陶瓷、莫来石基耐磨陶瓷、氧化硅基耐磨陶瓷中任意一种制作。
所述方形连接杆421与所述开口槽431过盈配合。
当不需要打开闸阀时,将方形连接杆从方形孔内取出,使得上半部与下半部分离,再将二号杆沿着与一号杆的转动连接点往上翻转,使得方形连接杆进入到开口槽内,最后在一号杆圆形的一号通孔对准下半部后,将上半部套到下半部上,使得在外力作用到上半部时,上半部无法带动下半部旋转,并且,由于下半部为杆状物件,受力的接触面积小,直接转动下半部所需的力十分大;当需要打开闸阀时,将上半部从下半部上取下来,将二号杆往下翻转,方形连接杆离开开口槽,二号杆的上侧面与一号杆的下侧面贴合后,将方形连接杆插入到方形凹槽内,通过旋转手轮来带动阀杆转动,从而使得阀板上升打开阀门。

1.一种耐磨闸阀结构,包括阀体(1)、阀杆(2)和阀板(3),所述阀体(1)内具有阀体流道(11),其特征在于:所述阀杆(2)分为上半部(4)和下半部(5),所述上半部(4)包括一号杆(41)和二号杆(42),所述一号杆(41)在垂直方向上开设有圆形的一号通孔(411),所述一号通孔(411)直径与所述下半部(5)直径相匹配,所述一号杆(41)的上端固定有手轮(43),所述手轮(43)上开设有开口槽(431),所述一号杆(41)下端与所述二号杆(42)上端转动连接,同时所述一号杆(41)下端还设置有连接环(6),所述二号杆(42)上端设置有与所述连接环(6)配合的卡勾(7),所述二号杆(42)下端设置有方形连接杆(421),当所述二号杆(42)向上翻转至其侧面与所述一号杆(41)侧面贴合时,所述方形连接杆(421)整体均位于所述开口槽(431)内,所述下半部(5)上端端部开设有与所述方形连接杆(421)相匹配的方形凹槽(51),其下端与所述阀板(3)相连接,所述阀体流道(11)表面涂覆有聚氨酯层,且在所述阀体流道(11)内设置有耐磨护环。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种耐磨闸阀结构,其特征在于:所述方形连接杆(421)与所述开口槽(431)过盈配合。
