背景技术
中国专利申请号201020280713.5公开了一种“吊趟门上吊挂滑轮用吊轮限位器”， 是在吊趟门上轨道两侧端部装配吊轮限位器，吊轮限位器由限位器本体、圆弧形弹片和止动挡片组成，圆弧形弹片好像张开的手掌，能够将滑行过来的上吊挂滑轮迅速包裹住、阻止其前进，从而使关闭门页轻盈，无噪音，不会发生碰撞。包括吊趟门上轨道、上吊挂滑轮及长螺钉等，其特征是在吊趟门上轨道两侧末端部相对连接吊轮限位器；所述的吊轮限位器由四方槽本体、限位圆弧形弹片和止动挡片组成；在四方槽本体底部有螺孔和小螺孔。
中国专利申请号200920171597.0公开了“一种卷闸门高度限位器”， 所述卷闸门高度限位器包括主铁片I以及同该主铁片I阶梯圆滑过渡连接的主铁片II，所述主铁片I以及主铁片II的四角设有圆形连接孔，所述主铁片I以及主铁片II长度方向的中间位置设有加强筋，所述主铁片II的侧上方连接有塑料卡片；所述塑料卡片在与外部接触侧设有条形缓冲齿。其中，所述加强筋为中空的半圆柱形，所述主铁片I、主铁片II上的加强筋圆滑过渡连接。
现有的滑升门多数都是采用自动控制，但在停电状况下，必须进行手动操作，在手动操作时，力度往往难以控制，在用力过大的情况下，会造成整个门板从轨道上端滑出，带来安全隐患。这是现有滑升门中存在问题。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的在于克服现有技术的缺陷，提供一种能够有效防止滑升门整个门板从轨道上端滑出的滑升门轨道限位器。
本实用新型所述的滑升门轨道限位器为由橡胶制做的限位器本体件，限位器本体件的外部形状与轨道的内部形状相匹配，限位器本体件置于轨道内末端处，限位器本体件的宽度小于或等于轨道内部宽度，长度为宽度的0.8-1.5倍，在限位器本体件的上方有凹槽，凹槽内有螺栓孔，限位器本体件由螺栓通过凹槽内的螺栓孔与轨道固定连接。
本实用新型结构简单，连接方式及拆装都极为方便，但却能有效杜绝现有技术中存在的严重安全隐患，能够有效保护滑升门使用者的人身和财产安全。

具体实施方式
实施例：如图所示，本实施例的限位器本体件1是由橡胶制做的类似于方形的块状物体，其外部形状最好与轨道的内部形状相匹配，由于其位置是安装在轨道内部，所以其宽度只能是小于或等于轨道内部宽度，而长度不太苛求，但以是宽度的0.8-1.5倍为宜，在限位器本体件1的上方有凹槽2，凹槽2内有螺栓孔3，限位器本体件1由螺栓通过凹槽2内的螺栓孔3与轨道固定连接。

1.一种滑升门轨道限位器，其特征在于所述的滑升门轨道限位器为由橡胶制做的限位器本体件（1），限位器本体件（1）的外部形状与轨道的内部形状相匹配，限位器本体件（1）置于轨道内末端处，限位器本体件（1）的宽度小于或等于轨道内部宽度，长度为宽度的0.8-1.5倍，在限位器本体件（1）的上方有凹槽（2），凹槽（2）内有螺栓孔（3），限位器本体件（1）由螺栓通过凹槽（2）内的螺栓孔（3）与轨道固定连接。
