本发明属于工业、供排水及环境保护领域,公开了一种气动截止阀,包括阀体、气缸、气缸法兰、密封法兰、推板、压力弹簧、封闭板、套管、软质密封材料,阀体是一个呈T字形的三通管结构,阀体的三个端面各配有法兰,其中相互平行的二个端面分别连接气缸法兰和密封法兰,气缸以轴线重合方式固定在气缸法兰上,处于阀体内部的推板安装在气缸推杆的端部;在推板与气缸法兰之间的气缸推杆上装有压力弹簧;解决了截止阀存在着启闭力矩较大且难以实现快速启闭,流体动力在管路中损失较大的缺点,采用气动方式达到快速启闭的效果,结构简单,阻力小。

本发明涉及工业、供排水及环境保护领域,具体涉及一种气动截止阀。
背景技术
在石化、电力、冶金、城建、化工、环保等部门领域进行管道输送中会使用各种用途的多种形式的截止阀,但截止阀存在着启闭力矩较大且难以实现快速启闭,因阀体内流道比较曲折,流体流动阻力大,造成流体动力在管路中损失较大的缺点。
发明内容
鉴于现有技术的不足,本发明提出一套解决方案,提供一种气动截止阀。
技术方案如下:
一种气动截止阀,包括阀体、气缸、气缸法兰、密封法兰、推板,所述阀体是一个呈T字形的三通管结构,阀体的三个端面各配有法兰,其中相互平行的二个端面分别连接气缸法兰和密封法兰,气缸以轴线重合方式固定在气缸法兰上,处于阀体内部的推板安装在气缸推杆的端部;在推板与气缸法兰之间的气缸推杆上装有压力弹簧,压力弹簧安装在套管内,密封法兰在与推板接触的端面有环形凹槽,凹槽内装有软质密封材料。
本发明的有益效果:
采用气动方式达到快速启闭的效果,结构简单,阻力小。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图和实施例对本发明作进一步的描述。
实施例:一种气动截止阀,包括阀体、气缸、气缸法兰、密封法兰、推板、压力弹簧、封闭板、套管、软性密封材料,阀体是一个呈T字形的三通管结构,阀体的三个端面各配有法兰,其中相互平行的二个端面分别连接气缸法兰和密封法兰,气缸以轴线重合方式固定在气缸法兰上,处于阀体内部的推板安装在气缸推杆的端部;在推板与气缸法兰之间的气缸推杆上装有压力弹簧,压力弹簧安装在套管内,当气缸失去压力时,截止阀仍然保持“关闭”状态;封闭板固定于套管的一端,密封法兰在与推板接触的端面有环形凹槽,凹槽内装有软质密封材料,推板的表面也附有一层密封材料。

Claims (4)

1.一种气动截止阀,包括阀体、气缸、气缸法兰、密封法兰、推板,所述阀体是一个呈T字形的三通管结构,阀体的三个端面各配有法兰,其中相互平行的二个端面分别连接气缸法兰和密封法兰,气缸以轴线重合方式固定在气缸法兰上,处于阀体内部的推板安装在气缸推杆的端部。
2.根据权利要求1所述的气动截止阀,气缸推杆上装有压力弹簧,压力弹簧位于推板与气缸法兰之间。
3.根据权利要求2所述的气动截止阀,在所述压力弹簧安装在套管内,套管的一端装有封闭板,套管的另一端与推板连接。
4.根据权利要求3所述的气动截止阀,所述密封法兰在与推板接触的端面有环形凹槽,凹槽内装有软质密封材料。
