Abstract

本发明提供了一种新型节能环保醇基车用燃料,所述燃料包括如下重量份数的原料:汽油:40-60份;甲醇:15-30份;生物油:0.5-2份;助燃剂:0.1-0.8份;添加剂:0.05-0.2份。本发明所述的新型节能环保醇基车用燃料以甲醇为基础原料,配合相关添加剂和助燃剂,将甲醇调制成适合于汽油发动机使用的新型燃料,可直接替代目前大范围使用的各种标号汽油,具有成本低廉、节能环保、性能优越等特点。

一种新型节能环保醇基车用燃料
技术领域
本发明属于车用节能燃料领域,尤其是涉及一种新型节能环保醇基车用燃料。
背景技术
目前,随着石油燃料的日益减少与环境污染程度的逐渐增大,经济节能的环保型汽车越来越受到的市场和消费者的青睐。由于甲醇具有沸点低辛烷值高等特点,使得它作为燃料具有含氧量高、热值比汽油弱的特点,汽化潜热是汽油的3倍多。同时,由于甲醇燃料理化性能接近汽油,在汽油机上使用甲醇燃料,发动机不需做大的变动,甲醇与汽油相溶性较好,可实现各种比例掺烧。但目前的车用醇基燃料大多都含有苯和硫等高污染的物质,限制了醇基燃料的使用范围。因此,提供一种新型节能环保醇基车用燃料,是本领域技术问题亟待解决的技术问题。
发明内容
有鉴于此,本发明旨在提出一种新型节能环保醇基车用燃料,以目前的车用醇基燃料大多都含有苯和硫等高污染的物质,易造成环境污染的技术问题。
为达到上述目的,本发明的技术方案是这样实现的:
一种新型节能环保醇基车用燃料,包括如下重量份数的原料:
汽油:40-60份;
甲醇:15-30份;
生物油:0.5-2份;
助燃剂:0.1-0.8份;
添加剂:0.05-0.2份。
优选地,所述新型节能环保醇基车用燃料,包括如下重量份数的原料:汽油:53份,甲醇:30份,生物油:1份,助燃剂:0.5份,添加剂:0.15份。
优选地,所述生物油为甘油。
优选地,所述助燃剂为二茂铁和/或硝酸异戊酯。
优选地,所述添加剂为丙酮和/或石油醚。
相对于现有技术,本发明所述的新型节能环保醇基车用燃料具有以下优势:
本发明所述的新型节能环保醇基车用燃料以甲醇为基础原料,配合相关添加剂和助燃剂,将甲醇调制成适合于汽油发动机使用的新型燃料,可直接替代目前大范围使用的各种标号汽油,具有成本低廉、节能环保、性能优越等特点。

实施例1
称取93号汽油53份,甲醇30份,甘油1份,二茂铁0.5份,丙酮0.15份,将上述原料混合均匀即得新型节能环保醇基车用燃料。
实施例2
称取93号汽油40份,甲醇30份,甘油2份,二茂铁0.8份,石油醚0.2份,将上述原料混合均匀即得新型节能环保醇基车用燃料。
实施例3
称取93号汽油60份,甲醇15份,甘油0.5份,硝酸异戊酯0.1份,石油醚0.05份,将上述原料混合均匀即得新型节能环保醇基车用燃料。

1.一种新型节能环保醇基车用燃料,其特征在于:所述燃料包括如下重量份数的原料:
汽油:40-60份;
甲醇:15-30份;
生物油:0.5-2份;
助燃剂:0.1-0.8份;
添加剂:0.05-0.2份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的新型节能环保醇基车用燃料,其特征在于:包括如下重量份数的原料:汽油:53份,甲醇:30份,生物油:1份,助燃剂:0.5份,添加剂:0.15份。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的新型节能环保醇基车用燃料,其特征在于:所述生物油为甘油。
4.根据权利要求3所述的新型节能环保醇基车用燃料,其特征在于:所述助燃剂为二茂铁和/或硝酸异戊酯。
5.权利要求3所述的新型节能环保醇基车用燃料的制备方法,其特征在于:所述添加剂为丙酮和/或石油醚。
