本发明涉及一种油漆,具体涉及一种无污染绿色环保油漆。
背景技术
大家熟悉的苯、甲醇便是有毒的溶剂,乙二醇的醚类也是一类剧毒的溶剂,已被严格禁止使用,有毒的溶剂对生产和施工人员会造成直接危害,因此你一定要注意油漆成分是否含有这些溶剂,近几年来,随着人民生活的不断提高,以及环保呼声的日益高涨,人们对装饰漆的要求越来越高,油漆涂料产品不仅关系到居住环境的美观和舒适性,更重要的是关系到家人的健康,能马虎,很多油漆在生产过程中使用到了苯类,酮类等溶剂,这些溶剂极易挥发,在生产和使用过程中会对环境造成污染,不但有刺激性味道,而且会伤害人的身体,危机健康。所以当前急需一种低毒环保的油漆,对环境和人体无害。

为了解决上述问题,本发明提供了一种无污染绿色环保油漆,具体技术方案如下:
一种无污染绿色环保油漆,由以下重量份数的原料制成:
防腐防锈乳液2-5份,环氧树脂5-10份,氨基树脂5-10份,丙烯酸乳液35-45份,桐油4-8份,钛白粉5-10份,纳米抗菌粉0.3-0.5份,丙二醇3-10份,活性炭3-7份,有机硅改性PU树脂5-10份,防腐剂0.1-0.3份,流平剂0.1-0.5份,助溶剂3-5份,防沉淀剂0.5-1份,成膜助剂0.3-0.8份,氨水0.1-1份。
本发明的进一步改进在于:由以下重量份数的原料制成:

本发明的进一步改进在于:所述的流平剂为466助剂。
本发明的进一步改进在于:所述的防沉淀剂为气相二氧化硅。
本发明的有益效果:本发明一种无污染绿色环保油漆,有耐水、防蚀、耐磨的性能,而且经久耐用,干燥迅速,附着牢固,无刺激性气味,不会影响环境和人体安全,绿色环保,其原料都是市场上常见原料,制作成本较低。

防腐防锈乳液4份,环氧树脂7份,氨基树脂8份,丙烯酸乳液40份,桐油6份,钛白粉8份,纳米抗菌粉0.4份,丙二醇7份,活性炭5份,有机硅改性PU树脂8份,防腐剂0.2份,流平剂0.4份,助溶剂4份,防沉淀剂0.7份,成膜助剂0.5份,氨水0.8份,所述的流平剂为466助剂,所述的防沉淀剂为气相二氧化硅。

本实施例提供一种无污染绿色环保油漆,与实施例1的不同仅在于:所述配方组份的质量份数含量稍有不同。
防腐防锈乳液5份,环氧树脂10份,氨基树脂5份,丙烯酸乳液45份,桐油4份,钛白粉5份,纳米抗菌粉0.5份,丙二醇10份,活性炭6份,有机硅改性PU树脂5份,防腐剂0.1份,流平剂0.1份,助溶剂3份,防沉淀剂0.9份,成膜助剂0.3份,氨水0.1份,所述的流平剂为466助剂,所述的防沉淀剂为气相二氧化硅。
实施例4:
本实施例提供一种无污染绿色环保油漆,与实施例1的不同仅在于:它们的组成为每100g无污染绿色环保油漆中含有:
防腐防锈乳液3g,环氧树脂8g,氨基树脂8g,丙烯酸乳液40g,桐油5g,钛白粉8g,纳米抗菌粉0.4g,丙二醇7g,活性炭6g,有机硅改性PU树脂7g,防腐剂0.2g,466助剂0.4g,助溶剂5g,气相二氧化硅0.7g,成膜助剂0.5g,氨水0.8g。

防腐防锈乳液2-5份,环氧树脂5-10份,氨基树脂5-10份,丙烯酸乳液35-45份,桐油4-8份,钛白粉5-10份,纳米抗菌粉0.3-0.5份,丙二醇3-10份,活性炭3-7份,有机硅改性PU树脂5-10份,防腐剂0.1-0.3份,流平剂0.1-0.5份,助溶剂3-5份,防沉淀剂0.5-1份,成膜助剂0.3-0.8份,氨水0.1-1份。
