本发明涉及涂料领域,尤其是一种环保油漆。其原料按重量份计为:双酚A型环氧树脂40~60份、水溶性丙烯酸树脂80~120份、茶籽油20~32份、松节油5~8份、桐油10~16份、纳米硅藻土粉20~30份、纳米氧化锌粉末10~15份、纳米竹炭纤维6~10份、纳米二氧化钛光触媒1~5份、载银磷酸锆抗菌剂3~5份、添加剂1~5份、水100~160份。对环境无污染、对人体无危害,且还可以进一步改善周围环境,吸收分解甲醛等有毒有害物质。

技术领域
本发明涉及涂料领域,尤其是一种环保油漆。
背景技术
油漆是一种能牢固覆盖在物体表面,起保护、装饰、标志和其他特殊用途的化学混合物涂料。中国涂料界比较权威的《涂料工艺》一书是这样定义的:"涂料是一种材料,这种材料可以用不同的施工工艺涂覆在物件表面,形成粘附牢固、具有一定强度、连续的固态薄膜。这样形成的膜通称涂膜,又称漆膜或涂层。"油漆为粘稠油性颜料,未干情况下易燃,不溶于水,微溶于脂肪,可溶于醇、醛、醚、苯、烷,易溶于汽油、煤油、柴油。油漆不论品种或形态如何,都是由成膜物质、次要成膜物质和辅助成膜物质三种基本物质组成。
目前油漆广泛应用在各个领域,但是随着人们生活水平的提升,对于健康环保的要求越来越高,现有的油漆不能满足人们的需求。
发明内容
为解决上述问题,本发明提供了一种环保油漆,可以有效防虫、防蛀。
为了实现上述目的,本发明所采用以下技术方案,一种环保油漆,其原料按重量份计为:双酚A型环氧树脂40~60份、水溶性丙烯酸树脂80~120份、茶籽油20~32份、松节油5~8份、桐油10~16份、纳米硅藻土粉20~30份、纳米氧化锌粉末10~15份、纳米竹炭纤维6~10份、纳米二氧化钛光触媒1~5份、载银磷酸锆抗菌剂3~5份、添加剂1~5份、水100~160份。
进一步,所述的添加剂为消泡剂、防沉剂、分散剂、消光剂、流平剂中的一种或多种组合。
进一步,按重量份计,松节油:桐油:茶籽油=1:2:4。
进一步,按重量份计,载银磷酸锆抗菌剂:纳米竹炭纤维=1:2。
进一步,所述的载银磷酸锆抗菌剂载银量为2.5wt%。
本发明所述的环保油漆,本身具有良好的粘结性、耐磨、耐候性等性能,还对环境无污染、对人体无危害,且还可以进一步改善周围环境,吸收分解甲醛等有毒有害物质。
具体实施方式
下面通过具体的实施例对本发明做进一步的详细描述。
实施例1:一种环保油漆,其原料按重量份计为双酚A型环氧树脂50份、水溶性丙烯酸树脂100份、茶籽油28份、松节油7份、桐油14份、纳米硅藻土粉25份、纳米氧化锌粉末12份、纳米竹炭纤维8份、纳米二氧化钛光触媒3份、载银磷酸锆抗菌剂4份、、消泡剂0.5份、防沉剂1份、分散剂0.8份、流平剂0.7份、水140份。
所述的载银磷酸锆抗菌剂载银量为2.5wt%。
实施例2:一种环保油漆,其原料按重量份计为:双酚A型环氧树脂40份、水溶性丙烯酸树脂80份、茶籽油20份、松节油5份、桐油10份、纳米硅藻土粉20份、纳米氧化锌粉末10份、纳米竹炭纤维6份、纳米二氧化钛光触媒1份、载银磷酸锆抗菌剂3份、水100份、分散剂1份。
所述的载银磷酸锆抗菌剂载银量为2.5wt%。
实施例3:一种环保油漆,其原料按重量份计为双酚A型环氧树脂60份、水溶性丙烯酸树脂120份、茶籽油32份、松节油8份、桐油16份、纳米硅藻土粉30份、纳米氧化锌粉末15份、纳米竹炭纤维10份、纳米二氧化钛光触媒5份、载银磷酸锆抗菌剂5份、水160份、流平剂3份、防沉剂1份、消光剂1份。
所述的载银磷酸锆抗菌剂载银量为2.5wt%。
实施例4:一种环保油漆,其原料按重量份计为:双酚A型环氧树脂40份、水溶性丙烯酸树脂100份、茶籽油27份、松节油6份、桐油11份、纳米硅藻土粉22份、纳米氧化锌粉末14份、纳米竹炭纤维7份、纳米二氧化钛光触媒4份、载银磷酸锆抗菌剂3份、添加剂3份、水100份。

1.一种环保油漆,其特征在于,其原料按重量份计为:双酚A型环氧树脂40~60份、水溶性丙烯酸树脂80~120份、茶籽油20~32份、松节油5~8份、桐油10~16份、纳米硅藻土粉20~30份、纳米氧化锌粉末10~15份、纳米竹炭纤维6~10份、纳米二氧化钛光触媒1~5份、载银磷酸锆抗菌剂3~5份、添加剂1~5份、水100~160份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种环保油漆,其特征在于:所述的添加剂为消泡剂、防沉剂、分散剂、消光剂、流平剂中的一种或多种组合。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种环保油漆,其特征在于:按重量份计,松节油:桐油:茶籽油=1:2:4。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种环保油漆,其特征在于:按重量份计,载银磷酸锆抗菌剂:纳米竹炭纤维=1:2。
5.根据权利要求1或4所述的一种环保油漆,其特征在于:所述的载银磷酸锆抗菌剂载银量为2.5wt%。
