本发明公开了一种保温环保木器漆,由以下的配方组成和质量组份配合而成:水性丙烯酸乳液25~35%,甲基丙烯酸甲酯8~10%,丙烯酸羟乙酯9~12%,纳米碳酸钙8~10%,防霉剂0.1~0.2%,纳米银抗菌剂1~3%,氧化铝颗粒2~8%,动植物油组合物7~12%,硅藻土2~4%,珠光颜料15~20%,着色剂0.1~0.5%,蜡乳液0.3~0.7%,消泡剂0.2~0.4%,ph调节剂0.3~0.5%,防沉剂.2~1.8%,分散剂0.2~0.4%,成膜助剂1.2~2.8%,附着力促进剂0.2~0.4%,竹炭粉3~6%,余量为水,具有良好的保温效果,且色泽鲜亮、对木质材质附着力强、不易脱落、环保且对身体无危害等特点。

本发明涉及一种木器漆,特别是涉及一种保温环保木器漆。
背景技术
木器漆是指用于木制品上的一类树脂漆,有聚酯、聚氨酯漆等,可分为水性和油性。按光泽可分为高光、半哑光、哑光。按用途可分为家具漆、地板漆等。
水性木器漆的生产过程是一个简单的物理混合过程。水性木器漆以水为溶剂无任何有害挥发,是目前最安全,最环保的家具漆涂料。但由于受涂装效果和涂装工艺等综合因素的影响,水性家具漆在国内的市场占有率还很低,但是其低碳环保的理念是未来家具漆发展的方向。相信随着技术的不断进步,水性木器漆的应用将会越来越广泛。
随着社会的发展和生活水平的提高,人们对木器漆的要求不只停留在美观等方面,更需要在保证安全环保无污染,对人的身体无危害的同时,兼具一些优越、独特的性能。
发明内容
为解决现有技术的不足,本发明的目的是提供一种保温环保木器漆,其特点是具有保温效果,且色泽鲜亮、对木质材质附着力强、不易脱落、环保且对身体无危害。

优选的,所述动植物油组合物为鱼油和桐油的混合物,鱼油和桐油的重量比为鱼油:桐油=1:3。
优选的,所述氧化铝颗粒为4~6nm。
优选的,所述竹炭粉为3000~4000目。
优选的,所述消泡剂为聚醚改性有机硅。
优选的,所述的ph调节剂为2-氨基-2-甲基-1-丙醇。
优选的,所述水性丙烯酸乳液的最低成膜温度为15~25℃。
优选的,所述的成膜助剂为十二碳醇酯。
本发明的有益效果:
按照本发明组分及其配比所得的保温环保木器漆,具有很好的保温功效,且颜色鲜亮,手感好,具有珠光效果,添加一定量的蜡乳液后,提高了颜料的润湿性和展色能力,且其具有优良的成膜性;对木质材质的附着力强,不易脱落,从而不易对儿童身体造成伤害;硅藻土可以很好的去除空气中游离的苯、氨、VOC等有害物质,竹炭的微孔结构和高比表面积对室内空气中甲醛等有害物质具有一定的物理吸附作用,在一定程度上净化了室内空气,并具有抑菌和杀菌的优良性能。
