本发明公开了一种防裂环保木器漆,由以下的配方组成和质量组份配合而成:水性丙烯酸乳液35~45%,甲基丙烯酸甲酯13~15%,丙烯酸羟乙酯3~9%,纳米碳酸钙5~7%,纳米银抗菌剂4~6%,纳米碳化硅3~7%,氧化铝颗粒1~4%,动植物油组合物4~6%,硅藻土3~5%,蜡乳液0.1~0.4%,消泡剂0.4~0.8%,ph调节剂0.1~0.4%,防沉剂2.1~3.2%,分散剂0.3~0.6%,成膜助剂2~4%,附着力促进剂0.3~0.5%,竹炭粉5~9%,玻璃粉1~3%,余量为水。具有防止木制品开裂的特点,且对木质材质附着力强、不易脱落、环保且对身体无危害。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种木器漆,特别是涉及一种防裂环保木器漆。
背景技术
木器漆是指用于木制品上的一类树脂漆,有聚酯、聚氨酯漆等,可分为水性和油性。按光泽可分为高光、半哑光、哑光。按用途可分为家具漆、地板漆等。
水性木器漆的生产过程是一个简单的物理混合过程。水性木器漆以水为溶剂无任何有害挥发,是目前最安全,最环保的家具漆涂料。但由于受涂装效果和涂装工艺等综合因素的影响,水性家具漆在国内的市场占有率还很低,但是其低碳环保的理念是未来家具漆发展的方向。相信随着技术的不断进步,水性木器漆的应用将会越来越广泛。
由于实木是一种天然环保材料而深受人们欢迎,但是在北方干燥的地区,木制品开裂的问题时常困扰着人们。
发明内容
为解决现有技术的不足,本发明的目的是提供一种防裂环保木器漆,其特点是具有防止木制品开裂的特点,且对木质材质附着力强、不易脱落、环保且对身体无危害。

本发明的有益效果:
按照本发明组分及其配比所得的防裂环保木器漆,具有很好的防开裂效果,且具有优良的成膜性;对木质材质的附着力强,不易脱落,从而不易对儿童身体造成伤害;硅藻土可以很好的去除空气中游离的苯、氨、VOC等有害物质,竹炭的微孔结构和高比表面积对室内空气中甲醛等有害物质具有一定的物理吸附作用,在一定程度上净化了室内空气;纳米银抗菌剂具有抑菌和杀菌的优良性能。
