一种木塑地板
技术领域
本发明属于地板技术领域,具体而言,涉及一种木塑地板。
背景技术
目前,许多室内铺设常用三大类板材产品,包括实木地板、实木复合地板和强化复合地板。实木地板美观自然、材质柔和,缓和冲击,保温性好,质轻而强,抗张力和抗压力较强,但是其具有易吸湿膨胀、产生裂缝、翘弯变形、干缩离缝等缺陷,并且实木地板过分依赖木材,对森林覆盖率越来越低的我国来说意味着砍伐和破坏,不利于环保和可持续发展。在实木复合地板和强化复合地板中需大量使用以甲醛为主要成分的脲醛树脂胶胶黏剂,易对人体产生危害。
木塑地板是一种新型环保型木塑复合材料产品,是一种主要由木材(木纤维素、植物纤维素)为基础材料与热塑性高分子材料和加工助剂等混合均匀后制备出的高科技绿色环保材料。其主要具有防水、防潮;防虫、防白蚁;可塑性强;高环保性、无污染、无公害、可循环利用;高防火性;不龟裂,不膨胀,不变形;吸音效果好等优点。
发明内容
本发明为解决公知技术中存在的技术问题而提供一种安全环保、性能良好、不易变形的木塑地板,此种木塑地板有效利用废弃材料,节约资源,降低成本。
本发明为解决公知技术中存在的技术问题所采取的技术方案是:一种木塑地板,包括下列重量份数的原料:PVC80~100份,木质材料60~100份,轻质碳酸钙20~40份,发泡剂1~2份,稳定剂4.5~5.5份,润滑剂2.5~3.5份,氯化聚乙烯5~8份,增塑剂0.5~2份,增容剂0.5~1.5份,抗氧剂1~1.5份;所述木质材料为稻糠粉和木粉。
本发明的优点和积极效果是:采用本发明生产的木塑地板,解决了木质产品在潮湿和多水环境中容易腐烂、膨胀变形的问题,可以使用到传统木制品不能应用的环境中,有效杜绝虫类骚扰,延长使用寿命,能有效阻燃,不产生任何有毒气体,并且木粉、稻糠粉多为被废弃材料,通过有效利用可以节约资源,降低生产成本。
优选地:包括下列重量份数的原料:PVC80份,木质材料80份,轻质碳酸钙30份,发泡剂1.5份,稳定剂5份,润滑剂3份,氯化聚乙烯6份,增塑剂1.5份,增容剂1份,抗氧剂1.5份;所述木质材料为稻糠粉和木粉。
优选地:所述稻糠粉和木粉的重量比为1:0.5~1:2。
优选地:所述稻糠粉和木粉的重量比为1:1。

实施例1:
一种木塑地板,包括下列重量份数的原料:PVC80份,木质材料80份,轻质碳酸钙30份,发泡剂1.5份,稳定剂5份,润滑剂3份,氯化聚乙烯6份,增塑剂1.5份,增容剂1份,抗氧剂1.5份;所述木质材料为稻糠粉和木粉,稻糠粉和木粉的重量比为1:1;所述润滑剂为石蜡和硬脂酸,其价格便宜且润滑性能好;所述稳定剂为钙锌稳定剂。
我国每年产生的木质材料数量巨大,木材加工余下的木粉量达到百万吨,稻糠粉产量上千万吨,在过去此类物质大量被用于烧柴或饲养牲畜,但现今多被废弃,本发明有效的利用待废弃的材料,变废为宝。木质材料表面含有较多羟基,容易发生团聚,与塑料相容性差,当大量填充于塑料机体时,造成木塑材料流动性较差,一般需加入一定量的增容剂。增塑剂分子插入到聚合物分子链之间,削弱了聚合物分子链间的应力,增加聚合物分子链的移动性,降低结晶度,使聚合物的塑性增加。由于碳酸钙容易受潮,碳酸钙最好为经过表面处理的轻质活性碳酸钙,细度在800目以上,发泡剂采用ADC发泡剂,经发泡后的木塑材料存在良好的泡孔结构,可钝化裂纹尖端并有效阻止裂纹的扩张,提高材料的抗冲击性能和延展性。氯化聚乙烯具有耐老化性能、良好的耐油性、阻燃性及着色性能。木质材料与PVC重量比例为1:1时,木塑材料综合性能最优。
实施例2:
PVC80份,木质材料100份,轻质碳酸钙20份,发泡剂2份,稳定剂4.5份,润滑剂3.5份,氯化聚乙烯8份,增塑剂0.5份,增容剂1.5份,抗氧剂1.5份;所述木质材料为稻糠粉和木粉,所述稻糠粉和木粉的重量比为1:0.5;所述润滑剂为石蜡和硬脂酸;所述稳定剂为钙锌稳定剂。
实施例3:
PVC100份,木质材料60份,轻质碳酸钙40份,发泡剂1份,稳定剂5.5份,润滑剂2.5份,氯化聚乙烯5份,增塑剂2份,增容剂0.5份,抗氧剂1份;所述木质材料为稻糠粉和木粉,所述稻糠粉和木粉的重量比为1:2;所述润滑剂为石蜡和硬脂酸;所述稳定剂为钙锌稳定剂。
稻糠粉与木粉重量比对木塑材料的拉伸强度、冲击强度有影响。以下是在不同稻糠粉与木粉重量比例下木塑材料性能测试:

由表一和表二可知,在稻糠粉与木粉重量比为1:1时,木塑材料的拉伸强度和冲击强度达到最大。以上实施例中,最佳实施例为实施例1。
采用本发明生产的木塑地板,解决了木质产品在潮湿和多水环境中容易腐烂、膨胀变形的问题,可以使用到传统木制品不能应用的环境中,有效杜绝虫类骚扰,延长使用寿命,能有效阻燃,不产生任何有毒气体,可加工性好,安装简单,施工便捷,节省安装时间和费用,且木粉、稻糠粉多为被废弃材料,变废为宝,节约资源,降低生产成本,符合科学发展观和可持续发展的要求。

1.一种木塑地板,其特征在于,包括下列重量份数的原料:PVC80~100份,木质材料60~100份,轻质碳酸钙20~40份,发泡剂1~2份,稳定剂4.5~5.5份,润滑剂2.5~3.5份,氯化聚乙烯5~8份,增塑剂0.5~2份,增容剂0.5~1.5份,抗氧剂1~1.5份;所述木质材料为稻糠粉和木粉。
2.如权利要求1所述的木塑地板,其特征在于,包括下列重量份数的原料:PVC80份,木质材料80份,轻质碳酸钙30份,发泡剂1.5份,稳定剂5份,润滑剂3份,氯化聚乙烯6份,增塑剂1.5份,增容剂1份,抗氧剂1.5份;所述木质材料为稻糠粉和木粉。
