Abstract
本发明涉及一种耐火材料及其制备方法,具体为高强耐磨浇注料及其制备方法,由以下原料制备所得,粒度为1-3mm的普通型氧化铝陶瓷废料粉25-30份;粒度为3-5mm的普通型氧化铝陶瓷废料粉30-40份;粒度为5-7mm的普通型氧化铝陶瓷废料粉15-20份;粒度为150-200目的叶蜡石粉12-20份;粒度为200-300目的叶蜡石粉5-20份;粒度800-1000目的硅微粉2-5份,粒度2.5-3μm的纳米氧化锆4-6份;多聚磷酸钠?0.1-0.2份,α-氢-ω-羟基(氧-1,2-乙二基)的聚合物0.1-0.2份。本发明提供的高强耐磨浇注料,利用普通型氧化铝陶瓷废料制备了抗磨损的高强度浇注料,降低了生产的成本。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种耐火材料及其制备方法,具体为高强耐磨浇注料及其制备方法。
背景技术
高强耐磨浇注料主要用于冶金、发电、流化床、建材、垃圾焚烧等领域炉体内。现有的技术制备高强耐磨浇注料,主要是以高铝水泥、铝矾土或刚玉为主要原料,添加活性氧化镁、分散剂、碳化硅、锆英砂、矾土、焦宝石等材料,这些耐火浇注料均使用耐高温的氧化铝质原料,成本较高。
发明内容
针对上述技术问题,本发明提供了一种成本低的耐高温浇注料及其制备方法。
具体技术方案为:
高强耐磨浇注料,由以下原料制备所得:按照重量份数,粒度为1-3mm的普通型氧化铝陶瓷废料粉25-30份;粒度为3-5mm的普通型氧化铝陶瓷废料粉30-40份;粒度为5-7mm的普通型氧化铝陶瓷废料粉15-20份;粒度为150-200目的叶蜡石粉12-20份;粒度为200-300目的叶蜡石粉5-20份;粒度800-1000目的硅微粉2-5份,粒度2.5-3μm的纳米氧化锆4-6份;多聚磷酸钠0.1-0.2份,α-氢-ω-羟基(氧-1,2-乙二基)的聚合物0.1-0.2份。
高强耐磨浇注料的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)将粒度为1-3mm的普通型氧化铝陶瓷废料粉和粒度为3-5mm的普通型氧化铝陶瓷废料粉搅拌均匀;然后加入铝酸钙水泥混合;
(2)将硅微粉、纳米氧化锆和复合添加剂加入步骤(1)所得混合物中继续搅拌;
(3)将粒度为5-7mm的普通型氧化铝陶瓷废料粉、粒度为150-200目的叶蜡石粉、粒度为200-300目的叶蜡石粉加入搅拌,搅拌混合均匀后包装。
本发明提供的高强耐磨浇注料,利用普通型氧化铝陶瓷废料制备了抗磨损的高强度浇注料,降低了生产的成本。

实施例1
粒度为1-3mm的普通型氧化铝陶瓷废料粉25份;粒度为3-5mm的普通型氧化铝陶瓷废料粉36份;粒度为5-7mm的普通型氧化铝陶瓷废料粉20份;粒度为150-200目的叶蜡石粉16份;粒度为200-300目的叶蜡石粉20份;粒度800-1000目的硅微粉4份,粒度2.5-3μm的纳米氧化锆6份;多聚磷酸钠0.1份,α-氢-ω-羟基(氧-1,2-乙二基)的聚合物0.1份。
实施例2
粒度为1-3mm的普通型氧化铝陶瓷废料粉30份;粒度为3-5mm的普通型氧化铝陶瓷废料粉40份;粒度为5-7mm的普通型氧化铝陶瓷废料粉15份;粒度为150-200目的叶蜡石粉12份;粒度为200-300目的叶蜡石粉10份;粒度800-1000目的硅微粉2份,粒度2.5-3μm的纳米氧化锆4份;多聚磷酸钠0.2份,α-氢-ω-羟基(氧-1,2-乙二基)的聚合物0.2份。
实施例3
粒度为1-3mm的普通型氧化铝陶瓷废料粉27份;粒度为3-5mm的普通型氧化铝陶瓷废料粉30份;粒度为5-7mm的普通型氧化铝陶瓷废料粉18份;粒度为150-200目的叶蜡石粉20份;粒度为200-300目的叶蜡石粉5份;粒度800-1000目的硅微粉5份,粒度2.5-3μm的纳米氧化锆5份;多聚磷酸钠0.1份,α-氢-ω-羟基(氧-1,2-乙二基)的聚合物0.2份。
以上实施例,制备方法包括以下步骤:
(1)将粒度为1-3mm的普通型氧化铝陶瓷废料粉和粒度为3-5mm的普通型氧化铝陶瓷废料粉搅拌均匀;然后加入铝酸钙水泥混合;
(2)将硅微粉、纳米氧化锆和复合添加剂加入步骤(1)所得混合物中继续搅拌;
(3)将粒度为5-7mm的普通型氧化铝陶瓷废料粉、粒度为150-200目的叶蜡石粉、粒度为200-300目的叶蜡石粉加入搅拌,搅拌混合均匀后包装。

1.高强耐磨浇注料,其特征在于,由以下原料制备所得:按照重量份数,粒度为1-3mm的普通型氧化铝陶瓷废料粉25-30份;粒度为3-5mm的普通型氧化铝陶瓷废料粉30-40份;粒度为5-7mm的普通型氧化铝陶瓷废料粉15-20份;粒度为150-200目的叶蜡石粉12-20份;粒度为200-300目的叶蜡石粉5-20份;粒度800-1000目的硅微粉2-5份,粒度2.5-3μm的纳米氧化锆4-6份;多聚磷酸钠0.1-0.2份,α-氢-ω-羟基(氧-1,2-乙二基)的聚合物0.1-0.2份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的高强耐磨浇注料,其特征在于,制备方法包括以下步骤:
(1)将粒度为1-3mm的普通型氧化铝陶瓷废料粉和粒度为3-5mm的普通型氧化铝陶瓷废料粉搅拌均匀;然后加入铝酸钙水泥混合;
(2)将硅微粉、纳米氧化锆和复合添加剂加入步骤(1)所得混合物中继续搅拌;
(3)将粒度为5-7mm的普通型氧化铝陶瓷废料粉、粒度为150-200目的叶蜡石粉、粒度为200-300目的叶蜡石粉加入搅拌,搅拌混合均匀后包装。
