Abstract
本发明公开了一种专用于插花泥的耐腐蚀包装箱,包括箱体,所述箱体是由耐腐蚀包装板制成,所述耐腐蚀包装板至少包括依次结合的两层结构:耐腐蚀层和基体层,所述耐腐蚀层为耐腐蚀聚酯薄膜,包括对苯二甲酸丙二醇酯改性的聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯、石蜡、聚丙烯蜡和二氧化硅。本发明专用于插花泥的耐腐蚀包装箱,具有耐腐蚀层,耐腐蚀性好,特别经过改性后可以直接覆在基体层,结合性能佳。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种专用于插花泥的耐腐蚀包装箱。
背景技术
插花泥是用酚醛塑料发泡制成的一种插花用品。同花插一样,是一种固定和支撑花材的专用特制用具,形似长方形砖块,质轻如泡沫塑料,吸水后又重如铅块,插作花篮和使用宽口浅身花器时都离不开它。
插花泥主要包括一类是不吸水的干花泥,专供插干花和造花使用,目前国内已开始生产。干插花泥主要用于宾馆、酒店干花干草的插放,可以塑造成各种形状。广泛用于各种盛大节日活动、婚丧礼庆等各种花车的设计,可多次重复使用。它是由聚醚多元醇,泡沫稳定剂,催化剂、发泡剂、开孔剂,异氰酸脂制备而成的,特别是加入开孔剂和粉质填充料后。使其制品弹性显著下降、强度明显增加,具有开孔度大,孔壁易碎的特点,可以广泛应用于固定和支撑插入的人造花卉、干花等。另一类是吸收后专供插鲜花使用的泡沫插花泥,有绿、粉、蓝、褐等色,有的还含保鲜剂,花枝插入后,不仅稳定,还保温湿、保鲜。
对于第二类鲜花保鲜插花泥,在不吸水时,质轻易运输,在吸水后就不易运输,特别是插花泥中包含其他化学成分时,会腐蚀包装箱。
发明内容
本发明主要解决的技术问题是提供一种专用于插花泥的耐腐蚀包装箱,耐腐蚀好。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的一个技术方案是:提供一种专用于插花泥的耐腐蚀包装箱,包括箱体,所述箱体是由耐腐蚀包装板制成,所述耐腐蚀包装板至少包括依次结合的两层结构:耐腐蚀层和基体层,所述耐腐蚀层为耐腐蚀聚酯薄膜,包括对苯二甲酸丙二醇酯改性的聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯、石蜡、聚丙烯蜡和二氧化硅。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述基体层由瓦楞纸制成。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述耐腐蚀层包括对苯二甲酸丙二醇酯改性的聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯100份、石蜡3~5份、聚丙烯蜡2~5份和二氧化硅5~10份。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述耐腐蚀层包括对苯二甲酸丙二醇酯改性的聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯100份、石蜡4份、聚丙烯蜡3份和二氧化硅8份。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明专用于插花泥的耐腐蚀包装箱,具有耐腐蚀层,耐腐蚀性好,特别经过改性后可以直接覆在基体层,结合性能佳。

下面对本发明的较佳实施例进行详细阐述,以使本发明的优点和特征能更易于被本领域技术人员理解,从而对本发明的保护范围做出更为清楚明确的界定。
一种专用于插花泥的耐腐蚀包装箱,包括箱体,所述箱体是由耐腐蚀包装板制成,所述耐腐蚀包装板至少包括依次结合的两层结构:耐腐蚀层和基体层,所述耐腐蚀层为耐腐蚀聚酯薄膜,包括对苯二甲酸丙二醇酯改性的聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯、石蜡、聚丙烯蜡和二氧化硅。所述耐腐蚀层包括对苯二甲酸丙二醇酯改性的聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯100份、石蜡3~5份、聚丙烯蜡2~5份和二氧化硅5~10份。
实施例一
选取对苯二甲酸丙二醇酯改性的聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯100份、石蜡4份、聚丙烯蜡3份和二氧化硅8份。;将上述原料切碎混合,加入螺杆挤出机,再经过挤压拉伸形成薄膜,在高温下直接覆在基体层表面,冷却后两者直接结合形成所述耐腐蚀包装板,最后按照需要制作包装箱即可。
实施例二
选取对苯二甲酸丙二醇酯改性的聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯100份、石蜡5份、聚丙烯蜡2份和二氧化硅10份。;将上述原料切碎混合,加入螺杆挤出机,再经过挤压拉伸形成薄膜,在高温下直接覆在基体层表面,冷却后两者直接结合形成所述耐腐蚀包装板,最后按照需要制作包装箱即可。
本发明专用于插花泥的耐腐蚀包装箱,具有耐腐蚀层,耐腐蚀性好,特别经过改性后可以直接覆在基体层,结合性能佳。

1.一种专用于插花泥的耐腐蚀包装箱,其特征在于,包括箱体,所述箱体是由耐腐蚀包装板制成,所述耐腐蚀包装板至少包括依次结合的两层结构:耐腐蚀层和基体层,所述耐腐蚀层为耐腐蚀聚酯薄膜,包括对苯二甲酸丙二醇酯改性的聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯、石蜡、聚丙烯蜡和二氧化硅。
2.根据权利要求1所述的专用于插花泥的耐腐蚀包装箱,其特征在于,所述基体层由瓦楞纸制成。
3.根据权利要求1所述的专用于插花泥的耐腐蚀包装箱,其特征在于,所述耐腐蚀层包括对苯二甲酸丙二醇酯改性的聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯100份、石蜡3~5份、聚丙烯蜡2~5份和二氧化硅5~10份。
4.根据权利要求3所述的专用于插花泥的耐腐蚀包装箱,其特征在于,所述耐腐蚀层包括对苯二甲酸丙二醇酯改性的聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯100份、石蜡4份、聚丙烯蜡3份和二氧化硅8份。
