本发明公开了一种专用于插花泥的防水型包装箱,包括箱体,所述箱体是由防水型包装纸制成,所述防水型包装纸至少包括依次结合的三层结构:内防水层、基体层和外防水层组成,所述内防水层和外防水层直接与所述基体层的表面结合,所述内防水层和外防水层包括以下主要成份:丙烯酸及其衍生物的浓度为40~50wt%的溶液100份、异丁醇2~5份、碳酸钙5~10份、高岭土5~10份和纤维素3~6份,上述份数为质量份数,上述主要成分混合均匀后直接喷涂在基体层表面,形成防水薄膜。专用于插花泥的防水型包装箱,防水膜的结合牢固,防水性好。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种专用于插花泥的防水型包装箱。
背景技术
插花泥是用酚醛塑料发泡制成的一种插花用品。同花插一样,是一种固定和支撑花材的专用特制用具,形似长方形砖块,质轻如泡沫塑料,吸水后又重如铅块,插作花篮和使用宽口浅身花器时都离不开它。
插花泥主要包括一类是不吸水的干花泥,专供插干花和造花使用,目前国内已开始生产。干插花泥主要用于宾馆、酒店干花干草的插放,可以塑造成各种形状。广泛用于各种盛大节日活动、婚丧礼庆等各种花车的设计,可多次重复使用。它是由聚醚多元醇,泡沫稳定剂,催化剂、发泡剂、开孔剂,异氰酸脂制备而成的,特别是加入开孔剂和粉质填充料后。使其制品弹性显著下降、强度明显增加,具有开孔度大,孔壁易碎的特点,可以广泛应用于固定和支撑插入的人造花卉、干花等。另一类是吸收后专供插鲜花使用的泡沫插花泥,有绿、粉、蓝、褐等色,有的还含保鲜剂,花枝插入后,不仅稳定,还保温湿、保鲜。
对于第二类鲜花保鲜插花泥,在不吸水时,质轻易运输,在吸水后就不易运输,需要考虑防水性能。
发明内容
本发明主要解决的技术问题是提供一种专用于插花泥的防水型包装箱,防水膜的结合牢固,防水性好。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的一个技术方案是:提供一种专用于插花泥的防水型包装箱,包括箱体,所述箱体是由防水型包装纸制成,所述防水型包装纸至少包括依次结合的三层结构:内防水层、基体层和外防水层组成,所述内防水层和外防水层直接与所述基体层的表面结合,所述内防水层和外防水层包括以下主要成份:丙烯酸及其衍生物的浓度为40~50wt%的溶液100份、异丁醇2~5份、碳酸钙5~10份、高岭土5~10份和纤维素3~6份,上述份数为质量份数,上述主要成分混合均匀后直接喷涂在基体层表面,形成防水薄膜。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述内防水层和外防水层包括以下主要成份:丙烯酸及其衍生物的浓度为40~50wt%的溶液100份、异丁醇3份、碳酸钙6份、高岭土8份和纤维素5份,上述份数为质量份数。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述基体层为蜂窝纸。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明专用于插花泥的防水型包装箱,箱体采用防水膜结合牢固的防水纸,防水性好。
具体实施方式
下面对本发明的较佳实施例进行详细阐述,以使本发明的优点和特征能更易于被本领域技术人员理解,从而对本发明的保护范围做出更为清楚明确的界定。
一种专用于插花泥的防水型包装箱,包括箱体,所述箱体是由防水型包装纸制成,所述防水型包装纸至少包括依次结合的三层结构:内防水层、基体层和外防水层组成,所述内防水层和外防水层直接与所述基体层的表面结合,所述内防水层和外防水层包括以下主要成份:丙烯酸及其衍生物的浓度为40~50wt%的溶液100份、异丁醇2~5份、碳酸钙5~10份、高岭土5~10份和纤维素3~6份,上述份数为质量份数,上述主要成分混合均匀后直接喷涂在基体层表面,形成防水薄膜。
实施例一
选取丙烯酸及其衍生物的浓度为45wt%的溶液100份、异丁醇3份、碳酸钙6份、高岭土8份和纤维素5份。将上述物质混合均匀,选取蜂窝纸为基体,在蜂窝纸的上下表面分别均匀喷射上述混合物,室温下,10秒左右成膜。
实施例二
选取丙烯酸及其衍生物的浓度为40wt%的溶液100份、异丁醇2份、碳酸钙8份、高岭土10份和纤维素4份。将上述物质混合均匀,选取蜂窝纸为基体,在蜂窝纸的上下表面分别均匀喷射上述混合物,室温下,20秒左右成膜。

1.一种专用于插花泥的防水型包装箱,其特征在于,包括箱体,所述箱体是由防水型包装纸制成,所述防水型包装纸至少包括依次结合的三层结构:内防水层、基体层和外防水层组成,所述内防水层和外防水层直接与所述基体层的表面结合,所述内防水层和外防水层包括以下主要成份:丙烯酸及其衍生物的浓度为40~50wt%溶液100份、异丁醇2~5份、碳酸钙5~10份、高岭土5~10份和纤维素3~6份,上述份数为质量份数,上述主要成分混合均匀后直接喷涂在基体层表面,形成防水薄膜。
2.根据权利要求1所述的专用于插花泥的防水型包装箱,其特征在于,所述内防水层和外防水层包括以下主要成份:丙烯酸及其衍生物的浓度为40~50wt%溶液100份、异丁醇3份、碳酸钙6份、高岭土8份和纤维素5份,上述份数为质量份数。
3.根据权利要求1所述的专用于插花泥的防水型包装箱,其特征在于,所述基体层为蜂窝纸。
