本实用新型属于户外仿真动物模型领域,提供了一种户外仿真动物模型,包括由EVA材料制成且可折叠的主体部,所述主体部的外表面设置有图案层;所述主体部为空心结构,所述主体部包括两个边缘连接的EVA层,且所述主体部的下端设置有吹气孔,或者,所述主体部为实心结构,其内部填充有EVA填充物。本实用新型提供的户外仿真动物模型,其通过设置EVA制成的主体部,图案层清晰,表面光鲜度高,产品可自由折叠,产品可靠性高且便于存储、转运。

技术领域
本实用新型属于EVA-XPE材质户外仿真动物模型技术领域,尤其涉及一种户外仿真动物和各类动物角。
背景技术
目前的大型塑胶户外仿真动物打猎诱饵系列,大多是采用硬PE等材料,其韧性差,易破碎,难以折叠,硬PE破裂后裂口容易伤人,产品可靠性差且不便于存储、转运。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的在于克服上述现有技术的不足,提供一种户外仿真动物模型,其可靠性高且便于存储、转运,无任何硬性材质,材料环保,可通过欧盟测试,安全可靠性佳。
本实用新型是这样实现的,一种户外仿真动物模型,包括由EVA材料制成且可折叠的主体部,所述主体部的外表面设置有图案层;所述主体部为空心结构,所述主体部包括两个边缘连接的EVA层,且所述主体部的下端设置有吹气孔,或者,所述主体部为实心结构,其内部填充有EVA填充物。 
具体地,所述图案层通过喷油工艺形成。
优选地,所述EVA层的厚度为2毫米至50毫米。
优选地,所述EVA层的厚度为3毫米至20毫米。
优选地,所述EVA层的厚度为4毫米至12毫米。
优选地,所述EVA层的厚度为5毫米至10毫米。
具体地,所述EVA填充物具有蜂窝减重孔。
具体地,所述EVA层内设置有保护涂层。
本实用新型提供的户外仿真动物模型,其通过设置EVA制成的主体部,图案层清晰,表面光鲜度高,产品可自由折叠,产品可靠性高且便于存储、转运。

具体实施方式
下面将结合本实用新型实施例中的附图,对本实用新型实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述。
如图1至图3所示,本实用新型实施例提供的一种户外仿真动物模型,可用于工艺品、户外打猎诱饵模型等,户外仿真动物模型也可为仿真的动物的局部形状,例如动物犄角、动物头部等,上述户外仿真动物模型包括由EVA材料制成且可折叠的主体部100,主体部100的外形可呈动物形状,例如呈鸭子形、鱼形等。EVA(ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer,乙烯-醋酸乙烯共聚物,又称EVA树脂,分子式是C6H10O2),具有柔软、韧性好、弹性好、耐化学腐蚀等性能,EVA材料制成的EVA主体部100具有较高的耐候性,其可长时间适用于户外,且可靠性高,且EVA材料其易于折叠,便于产品的储存、转运等。所述主体部100的外表面设置有图案层102,且EVA可以利于通过喷油的工艺形成图案层102,图案层102可以更清晰,产品仿真度高;所述主体部100为空心结构,所述主体部100包括两个边缘连接的EVA层101,便于加工,且所述主体部100的下端设置有吹气孔,以便于吹气,也可以吹气孔处设置胶塞,还可以在吹气孔处设置单向阀,胶塞可以通过一体成型的塑胶条连接于主体部100或通过绳子连接于主体部100,以防止掉落。或者,所述主体部100为实心结构,其内部填充有EVA填充物,无需吹气即可使用。与硬PE材质制成的户外仿真动物模型相比,本实用新型提供的户外仿真动物模型,其具有以下优点a:韧性更强于硬PE。b:表面光鲜度强于硬PE。c:表面花纹及纹路清晰强于硬PE,d:喷油的成本低于硬PE,且表面效果增强。e:运输成本及占地空间上要小于硬PE。f:重量更轻于硬PE,更方便携带。g:浮水效果要强于硬PE。
具体应用中,主体部100中可添加有XPE材料(化学交联聚乙烯发泡材料,是用低密度聚乙烯树脂加交联剂和发泡剂经过高温连续发泡而成),抗拉强度更高,泡孔更细。主体部可由EVA及XPE材料制成且可折叠,所述主体部100为空心结构,包括吹气和吸气,其工艺是材料在烤箱烤热进行三次发泡,然后在冷压机上面通过模具二次成型。外表面设置有图案层;所述主体部为空心结构,所述主体部100包括两个边缘连接的EVA层101,EVA层101背面具有胶纸,不用任何胶水靠材料表面背特定环保胶纸通过加热使两片贴合,其粘贴部分非常牢固没有任何气味。具体应用中,若主体部100为实心结构,其内部按照款式填充有EVA填充物。
具体地,所述图案层102可通过喷油工艺形成,EVA材料利于油料的附着,其图案清晰度高且不易老化。图案层102表面光鲜度高,花纹清晰且成本低。
优选地,所述EVA层101的厚度为2毫米至50毫米。
优选地,所述EVA层101的厚度为3毫米至20毫米。
优选地,所述EVA层101的厚度为4毫米至12毫米。
优选地,所述EVA层101的厚度为5毫米至10毫米,例如6或8毫米等。
可以理解地,EVA层101的厚度可以根据实际情况设定,均属于本实用新型的保护范围。
具体地,所述EVA填充物具有蜂窝减重孔,以降低产品成本。
具体地,所述EVA层101内设置有保护涂层103,以进一步提高EVA层的抗撕拉性能。所述EVA层101内还设置有阻燃层104,阻燃层104可覆盖于保护涂层103,以提高产品的可靠性。当然,EVA层101外,即主体部100外表面还可以增设透明的阻燃层,产品的安全可靠性高。
以上所述是本实用新型的优选实施方式,应当指出,对于本技术领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本实用新型原理的前提下,还可以做出若干改进和润饰,这些改进和润饰也视为本实用新型的保护范围。

Claims (8)

1.一种户外仿真动物模型,其特征在于,包括由EVA材料制成且可折叠的主体部,所述主体部的外表面设置有图案层;所述主体部为空心结构,所述主体部包括两个边缘连接的EVA层,且所述主体部的下端设置有吹气孔,或者,所述主体部为实心结构,其内部填充有EVA填充物。
2. 根据权利要求1所述的户外仿真动物模型,其特征在于,所述图案层通过喷油工艺形成。
3.根据权利要求1所述的户外仿真动物模型,其特征在于,所述EVA层的厚度为2毫米至50毫米。
4.根据权利要求3所述的户外仿真动物模型,其特征在于,所述EVA层的厚度为3毫米至20毫米。
5.根据权利要求4所述的户外仿真动物模型,其特征在于,所述EVA层的厚度为4毫米至12毫米。
6.根据权利要求5所述的户外仿真动物模型,其特征在于,所述EVA层的厚度为5毫米至10毫米。
7.根据权利要求1至6中任一项所述的户外仿真动物模型,其特征在于,所述EVA填充物具有蜂窝减重孔。
8.根据权利要求1至6中任一项所述的户外仿真动物模型,其特征在于,所述EVA层内设置有保护涂层。
