本发明公开了玻纤加强环卷绕轴,包括中心轴,中心轴包括前后连续可伸缩套接的轴段,中心轴上套设有若干环形圆筒,中心轴上在环形圆筒的一侧固定设置有挡环,圆筒外圈设置有使相邻圆筒相互嵌合的嵌合块,最外侧的两个圆筒与中心轴之间具有可拆卸定位装置,圆筒两侧面设置有第一斜面,每个圆筒之间设置有套筒,套筒上设置有导向杆,导向杆与滑块底部的导向孔配合,滑块顶部设置有刀片,滑块两侧面均设置有第二斜面,滑块与套筒之间设置有弹性件,中心轴两端与可移动的支架相连,支架上设置有用于夹住圆筒的夹持装置。加强环切割后再进行脱离,从而使得玻纤加强环切割和分离更加方便。

技术领域
本发明属于玻纤加强环加工装置技术领域,具体是玻纤加强环卷绕轴。
背景技术
现有的玻纤加强环加工包括如下步骤:将环氧树脂、酚醛树脂和有机溶剂按照一定比例混合制成树脂胶,并设置有使树脂胶保持恒温的装置;玻璃纤维浸过树脂胶经过干燥和加热烘箱将有机溶剂挥发,然后连续均匀的卷绕在卷绕轴上,之后再进行加热固化形成玻纤加强环,然后再根据需要的尺寸进行切割即完成加工。现有的玻纤加强环一般都在卷绕轴上涂上树脂脱模剂,在固化成型之后将玻纤加强环从卷绕轴上抽出再进行切割,而由于玻纤加强环紧贴卷绕轴,虽然在卷绕轴上涂了树脂脱模剂,要将成型的一整条未切割的玻纤加强环抽出仍然需要耗费大量的时间。
发明内容
本发明针对现有技术不足,提供玻纤加强环卷绕轴,该种加工装置能够将玻纤加强环切割后再进行脱离,从而使得玻纤加强环切割和分离更加方便。
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明通过下述技术方案得以解决:玻纤加强环卷绕轴,包括中心轴,所述中心轴包括前后连续套设的轴段,所述轴段一端设置有伸出杆,所述伸出杆端部设置有截面为非圆形的滑动块,所述轴段另一端设置有滑动槽,后侧轴段的滑动块与前侧轴段的滑动槽匹配,所述滑动槽开口处设置有防止所述滑动块滑出的凸环,所述中心轴上套设有若干环形圆筒,所述中心轴上至少在环形圆筒的一侧固定设置有挡环,所述圆筒外圈设置有使相邻圆筒相互嵌合的嵌合块,最外侧的两个圆筒与所述中心轴之间具有可拆卸定位装置,所述圆筒两侧面设置有第一斜面,每个所述圆筒之间设置有与中心轴采用销子可拆卸连接的套筒,所述套筒上设置有导向杆,所述导向杆与滑块底部的导向孔配合,所述滑块顶部设置有刀片,所述滑块两侧面均设置有与所述第一斜面配合的第二斜面,所述滑块与所述套筒之间设置有弹性件,所述中心轴两端与可移动的支架相连,所述支架上设置有用于夹住所述圆筒的夹持装置。这种玻纤加强环加工装置在卷绕玻璃纤维时每个圆筒首尾连接,导向块在导向槽内滑块带动圆筒转动,在卷绕结束之后将进行烘干,在烘干之后移动支架将中心轴拉长,相邻圆筒之间的嵌合块分离,弹簧弹力使得滑块移动,然后采用夹持装置将玻纤加强环与圆筒固定,开启电机带动刀片转动进行切割,在切割之后再将切割后的玻纤加强环取出,由于切割后的玻纤加强环宽度较小,因此方便取出。
本发明与现有技术相比,具有如下有益效果:这种玻纤加强环加工装置在卷绕玻璃纤维时每个圆筒首尾连接,导向块在导向槽内滑块带动圆筒转动,在卷绕结束之后将进行烘干,在烘干之后移动支架将中心轴拉长,相邻圆筒之间的嵌合块分离,弹簧弹力使得滑块移动,然后采用夹持装置将玻纤加强环与圆筒固定,开启电机带动刀片转动进行切割,在切割之后再将切割后的玻纤加强环取出,由于切割后的玻纤加强环宽度较小,因此方便取出。
