Abstract

本发明公开了一种玻纤加强环切割装置,包括玻纤料卷,树脂胶箱,卷绕轴和排线装置,卷绕轴包括中心轴和套设在中心轴上的若干环形圆筒,中心轴为可通过充放气改变长度的波纹管,圆筒两侧面设置有若干径向导向块以及第一斜面,每个圆筒之间设置有套筒,套筒上设置有导向杆,导向杆与滑块底部的导向孔配合,滑块顶部设置有刀片,滑块两侧面均设置有与第一斜面配合的第二斜面以及与导向块配合的导向槽,滑块与套筒之间设置有弹性件,当弹性件弹起时滑块底部到中心轴的距离大于导向块到中心轴的距离,中心轴两端与可移动的支架相连,支架上设置有用于夹住圆筒的夹持装置。加强环切割后再进行脱离,从而使得玻纤加强环切割和分离更加方便。

技术领域
本发明属于玻纤加强环加工装置技术领域,具体是一种玻纤加强环切割装置。
背景技术
现有的玻纤加强环加工包括如下步骤:将环氧树脂、酚醛树脂和有机溶剂按照一定比例混合制成树脂胶,并设置有使树脂胶保持恒温的装置;玻璃纤维浸过树脂胶经过干燥和加热烘箱将有机溶剂挥发,然后连续均匀的卷绕在卷绕轴上,之后再进行加热固化形成玻纤加强环,然后再根据需要的尺寸进行切割即完成加工。现有的玻纤加强环一般都在卷绕轴上涂上树脂脱模剂,在固化成型之后将玻纤加强环从卷绕轴上抽出再进行切割,而由于玻纤加强环紧贴卷绕轴,虽然在卷绕轴上涂了树脂脱模剂,要将成型的一整条未切割的玻纤加强环抽出仍然需要耗费大量的时间。
发明内容
本发明针对现有技术不足,提供一种玻纤加强环切割装置,该种加工装置能够将玻纤加强环切割后再进行脱离,从而使得玻纤加强环切割和分离更加方便。
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明通过下述技术方案得以解决:一种玻纤加强环切割装置,包括玻纤料卷,树脂胶箱,卷绕轴和排线装置,所述卷绕轴包括中心轴和套设在所述中心轴上的若干环形圆筒,所述中心轴为两端面密封的波纹管,所述波纹管一端面连接有用于对其抽气或充气的气泵,所述中心轴上至少在环形圆筒的一侧固定设置有挡环,所述圆筒两侧面设置有若干径向导向块以及第一斜面,每个所述圆筒之间设置有与中心轴采用销子可拆卸连接的套筒,所述套筒上设置有导向杆,所述导向杆与滑块底部的导向孔配合,所述滑块顶部设置有刀片,所述滑块两侧面均设置有与所述第一斜面配合的第二斜面以及与导向块配合的导向槽,所述滑块与所述套筒之间设置有弹性件,当所述弹性件弹起时所述滑块底部到所述中心轴的距离大于所述导向块到所述中心轴的距离,所述中心轴两端与可移动的支架相连,所述支架上设置有用于夹住所述圆筒的夹持装置。这种玻纤加强环加工装置在卷绕玻璃纤维时每个圆筒首尾连接,导向块在导向槽内滑块带动圆筒转动,在卷绕结束之后将进行烘干,在烘干之后气泵向中心轴内充气使得中心轴变长,弹簧弹力使得滑块移动,导向块从导向槽内脱离,然后采用夹持装置将玻纤加强环与圆筒固定,开启电机带动刀片转动进行切割,在切割之后再将切割后的玻纤加强环取出,由于切割后的玻纤加强环宽度较小,因此方便取出。
上述技术方案中,优选的,所述排线装置包括一根双向螺杆以及一根导向杆,所述双向螺杆以及所述导向杆上设置有滑动装置,所述滑动装置上设置有通线孔,所述双向螺杆包括间隔设置的空心弹性轴和空心钢轴,相邻的空心弹性轴和空心钢轴之间具有连续的双向螺纹,所述双向螺杆内设置有第二气缸,所述第二气缸底座以及第二气缸杆端部分别与两端的空心钢轴固定连接。在使用时通过调节第二气缸的伸出量能够调节空心弹性轴的轴向长度,而空心弹性轴上的卷绕圈数不变,因此在不改变双向螺杆转速的情况下,滑动装置在双向螺杆上平移的速度改变,因此可以通过伸长第二气缸杆使得空心弹性轴对应的卷绕轴处的玻纤加强环变薄,通过缩短第二气缸杆使得空心弹性轴对应的卷绕轴处的玻纤加强环变厚,从而使得该玻纤加强环加工装置能够适用于圆环形和工字形玻纤加强环的加工。
上述技术方案中,优选的,所述双向螺杆设置在排线支架上,所述双向螺杆至少一端面设置有多边形孔,所述排线支架上设置有转动轴,所述转动轴截面为多边形,所述转动轴穿入所述多边形孔。采用该种结构使得在第二气缸伸缩时双向螺杆仍能正常转动。
本发明与现有技术相比,具有如下有益效果:这种玻纤加强环加工装置在卷绕玻璃纤维时每个圆筒首尾连接,导向块在导向槽内滑块带动圆筒转动,在卷绕结束之后将进行烘干,在烘干之后气泵向中心轴内充气使得中心轴变长,弹簧弹力使得滑块移动,导向块从导向槽内脱离,然后采用夹持装置将玻纤加强环与圆筒固定,开启电机带动刀片转动进行切割,在切割之后再将切割后的玻纤加强环取出,由于切割后的玻纤加强环宽度较小,因此方便取出。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图和具体实施方式对本发明作进一步详细描述:参见图1至图7,一种玻纤加强环切割装置,包括玻纤料卷1,树脂胶箱2,卷绕轴3和排线装置4,所述卷绕轴3包括中心轴31和套设在所述中心轴31上的若干环形圆筒32,所述中心轴31为两端面密封的波纹管,所述波纹管一端面连接有用于对其抽气或充气的气泵311,所述中心轴31上至少在环形圆筒32的一侧固定设置有挡环311,所述圆筒32两侧面设置有若干径向导向块33以及第一斜面34,每个所述圆筒32之间设置有与中心轴31采用销子可拆卸连接的套筒35,所述套筒35上设置有导向杆351,所述导向杆351与滑块36底部的导向孔配合,所述滑块36顶部设置有刀片37,所述滑块36两侧面均设置有与所述第一斜面34配合的第二斜面361以及与导向块33配合的导向槽362,所述滑块36与所述套筒35之间设置有弹性件38,当所述弹性件38弹起时所述滑块36底部到所述中心轴31的距离大于所述导向块33到所述中心轴31的距离,所述中心轴31两端与可移动的支架相连,所述支架上设置有用于夹住所述圆筒32的夹持装置。这种玻纤加强环加工装置在卷绕玻璃纤维时每个圆筒首尾连接,导向块在导向槽内滑块带动圆筒转动,在卷绕结束之后将进行烘干,在烘干之后气泵向中心轴内充气使得中心轴变长,弹簧弹力使得滑块移动,导向块从导向槽内脱离,然后采用夹持装置将玻纤加强环与圆筒固定,开启电机带动刀片转动进行切割,在切割之后再将切割后的玻纤加强环取出,由于切割后的玻纤加强环宽度较小,因此方便取出。
所述排线装置4包括一根双向螺杆5以及一根导向杆6,所述双向螺杆5以及所述导向杆6上设置有滑动装置7,所述滑动装置7上设置有通线孔71,所述双向螺杆5包括间隔设置的空心弹性轴51和空心钢轴52,相邻的空心弹性轴51和空心钢轴52之间具有连续的双向螺纹53,所述双向螺杆5内设置有第二气缸54,所述第二气缸54的底座以及第二气缸杆端部分别与两端的空心钢轴52固定连接。在使用时通过调节第二气缸的伸出量能够调节空心弹性轴的轴向长度,而空心弹性轴上的卷绕圈数不变,因此在不改变双向螺杆转速的情况下,滑动装置在双向螺杆上平移的速度改变,因此可以通过伸长第二气缸杆使得空心弹性轴对应的卷绕轴处的玻纤加强环变薄,通过缩短第二气缸杆使得空心弹性轴对应的卷绕轴处的玻纤加强环变厚,从而使得该玻纤加强环加工装置能够适用于圆环形和工字形玻纤加强环的加工,因为在加强环的制造过程中一般需要卷绕多层玻璃纤维,因此只要有一点点形变即可实现厚度改变,不会影响滑动装置的移动。
所述双向螺杆5设置在排线支架8上,所述双向螺杆5至少一端面设置有多边形孔55,所述排线支架8上设置有转动轴56,所述转动轴56截面为多边形,所述转动轴56穿入所述多边形孔55。采用该种结构使得在第二气缸伸缩时双向螺杆仍能正常转动。

1.一种玻纤加强环切割装置,包括玻纤料卷(1),树脂胶箱(2),卷绕轴(3)和排线装置(4),其特征在于:所述卷绕轴(3)包括中心轴(31)和套设在所述中心轴(31)上的若干环形圆筒(32),所述中心轴(31)为两端面密封的波纹管,所述波纹管一端面连接有用于对其抽气或充气的气泵(311),所述中心轴(31)上至少在环形圆筒(32)的一侧固定设置有挡环(312),所述圆筒(32)两侧面设置有若干径向导向块(33)以及第一斜面(34),每个所述圆筒(32)之间设置有与中心轴(31)采用销子可拆卸连接的套筒(35),所述套筒(35)上设置有导向杆(351),所述导向杆(351)与滑块(36)底部的导向孔配合,所述滑块(36)顶部设置有刀片(37),所述滑块(36)两侧面均设置有与所述第一斜面(34)配合的第二斜面(361)以及与导向块(33)配合的导向槽(362),所述滑块(36)与所述套筒(35)之间设置有弹性件(38),当所述弹性件(38)弹起时所述滑块(36)底部到所述中心轴(31)的距离大于所述导向块(33)到所述中心轴(31)的距离,所述中心轴(31)两端与可移动的支架相连,所述支架上设置有用于夹住所述圆筒(32)的夹持装置。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种玻纤加强环切割装置,其特征在于:所述排线装置(4)包括一根双向螺杆(5)以及一根导向杆(6),所述双向螺杆(5)以及所述导向杆(6)上设置有滑动装置(7),所述滑动装置(7)上设置有通线孔(71),所述双向螺杆(5)包括间隔设置的空心弹性轴(51)和空心钢轴(52),相邻的空心弹性轴(51)和空心钢轴(52)之间具有连续的双向螺纹(53),所述双向螺杆(5)内设置有第二气缸(54),所述第二气缸(54)的底座以及气缸杆端部分别与两端的空心钢轴(52)固定连接。
3.如权利要求2所述的一种玻纤加强环切割装置,其特征在于:所述双向螺杆(5)设置在排线支架(8)上,所述双向螺杆(5)至少一端面设置有多边形孔(55),所述排线支架(8)上设置有转动轴(56),所述转动轴(56)截面为多边形,所述转动轴(56)穿入所述多边形孔(55)。
