本发明公开了一种玻纤加强环卷绕切割装置,包括玻纤料卷,树脂胶箱,卷绕轴和排线装置,卷绕轴包括中心轴和套设在中心轴上的若干环形圆筒,中心轴为两端面密封的波纹管,波纹管一端面连接有气泵,圆筒包括内圈以及外圈,内圈与外圈之间设置有滚珠,内圈的内孔与中心轴匹配,中心轴的截面为非圆形,中心轴上设置有挡环,外圈设置有嵌合块,最外侧具有可拆卸定位装置,圆筒之间设置有升降板,升降板两侧铰接有转动轴,转动轴另一端与内圈铰接,升降板上设置有弹性装置,弹性装置上设置有刀片,中心轴两端与可移动的支架相连,支架上设置有用于夹住外圈的夹持装置。加强环切割后再进行脱离,从而使得玻纤加强环切割和分离更加方便。

一种玻纤加强环卷绕切割装置
技术领域
本发明属于玻纤加强环加工装置技术领域,具体是一种玻纤加强环卷绕切割装置。
背景技术
现有的玻纤加强环加工包括如下步骤:将环氧树脂、酚醛树脂和有机溶剂按照一定比例混合制成树脂胶,并设置有使树脂胶保持恒温的装置;玻璃纤维浸过树脂胶经过干燥和加热烘箱将有机溶剂挥发,然后连续均匀的卷绕在卷绕轴上,之后再进行加热固化形成玻纤加强环,然后再根据需要的尺寸进行切割即完成加工。现有的玻纤加强环一般都在卷绕轴上涂上树脂脱模剂,在固化成型之后将玻纤加强环从卷绕轴上抽出再进行切割,而由于玻纤加强环紧贴卷绕轴,虽然在卷绕轴上涂了树脂脱模剂,要将成型的一整条未切割的玻纤加强环抽出仍然需要耗费大量的时间。
发明内容
本发明针对现有技术不足,提供一种玻纤加强环卷绕切割装置,该种加工装置能够将玻纤加强环切割后再进行脱离,从而使得玻纤加强环切割和分离更加方便。
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明通过下述技术方案得以解决:一种玻纤加强环卷绕切割装置,包括玻纤料卷,树脂胶箱,卷绕轴和排线装置,所述卷绕轴包括中心轴和套设在所述中心轴上的若干环形圆筒,所述中心轴为两端面密封的波纹管,所述波纹管一端面连接有用于对其抽气或充气的气泵,所述圆筒包括内圈以及外圈,所述内圈与所述外圈之间设置有滚珠,所述内圈的内孔与所述中心轴匹配,所述中心轴的截面为非圆形,所述中心轴上至少在圆筒的一侧固定设置有挡环,所述外圈设置有使相邻圆筒相互嵌合的嵌合块,最外侧的两个外圈与所述中心轴之间具有可拆卸定位装置,所述圆筒之间设置有升降板,所述升降板两侧铰接有转动轴,所述转动轴另一端与所述内圈铰接,所述升降板上设置有弹性装置,所述弹性装置上设置有刀片,所述中心轴两端与可移动的支架相连,所述支架上设置有用于夹住所述外圈的夹持装置。这种玻纤加强环卷绕轴在卷绕玻璃纤维时每个圆筒首尾连接,可拆卸定位装置将外圈与中心轴固定,中心轴带动外圈一起转动,在卷绕结束之后将进行烘干,在烘干之后通过气泵向中心轴内充气使得中心轴拉长,相邻圆筒之间的嵌合块分离产生缝隙,升降板上升将刀片从圆筒之间的缝隙伸出,然后将可拆卸定位装置拆卸使得外圈与中心轴脱离定位,然后采用夹持装置将玻纤加强环与圆筒固定,开启电机带动刀片转动进行切割,在切割之后再将切割后的玻纤加强环取出,由于切割后的玻纤加强环宽度较小,因此方便取出。
上述技术方案中,优选的,所述排线装置包括一根双向螺杆以及一根导向杆,所述双向螺杆以及所述导向杆上设置有滑动装置,所述滑动装置上设置有通线孔,所述双向螺杆包括间隔设置的空心弹性轴和空心钢轴,相邻的空心弹性轴和空心钢轴之间具有连续的双向螺纹,所述双向螺杆内设置有第二气缸,所述第二气缸底座以及第二气缸杆端部分别与两端的空心钢轴固定连接。在使用时通过调节第二气缸的伸出量能够调节空心弹性轴的轴向长度,而空心弹性轴上的卷绕圈数不变,因此在不改变双向螺杆转速的情况下,滑动装置在双向螺杆上平移的速度改变,因此可以通过伸长第二气缸杆使得空心弹性轴对应的卷绕轴处的玻纤加强环变薄,通过缩短第二气缸杆使得空心弹性轴对应的卷绕轴处的玻纤加强环变厚,从而使得该玻纤加强环加工装置能够适用于圆环形和工字形玻纤加强环的加工。
上述技术方案中,优选的,所述双向螺杆设置在排线支架上,所述双向螺杆至少一端面设置有多边形孔,所述排线支架上设置有转动轴,所述转动轴截面为多边形,所述转动轴穿入所述多边形孔。采用该种结构使得在第二气缸伸缩时双向螺杆仍能正常转动。
上述技术方案中,优选的,所述定位装置包括设置在所述中心轴上的第一通孔以及设置在外圈上的伸出杆,所述伸出杆上设置有第二通孔,所述第一通孔与所述第二通孔之间通过螺栓固定。采用该种定位装置,拆卸方便且结构简单成本低廉。
本发明与现有技术相比,具有如下有益效果:这种玻纤加强环卷绕轴在卷绕玻璃纤维时每个圆筒首尾连接,可拆卸定位装置将外圈与中心轴固定,中心轴带动外圈一起转动,在卷绕结束之后将进行烘干,在烘干之后通过气泵向中心轴内充气使得中心轴拉长,相邻圆筒之间的嵌合块分离产生缝隙,升降板上升将刀片从圆筒之间的缝隙伸出,然后将可拆卸定位装置拆卸使得外圈与中心轴脱离定位,然后采用夹持装置将玻纤加强环与圆筒固定,开启电机带动刀片转动进行切割,在切割之后再将切割后的玻纤加强环取出,由于切割后的玻纤加强环宽度较小,因此方便取出。

下面结合附图和具体实施方式对本发明作进一步详细描述:参见图1至图7,一种玻纤加强环卷绕切割装置,包括玻纤料卷1,树脂胶箱2,卷绕轴3和排线装置4,所述卷绕轴3包括中心轴31和套设在所述中心轴31上的若干环形圆筒32,所述中心轴31为两端面密封的波纹管,所述波纹管一端面连接有用于对其抽气或充气的气泵313,所述圆筒32包括内圈321以及外圈322,所述内圈321与所述外圈322之间设置有滚珠323,所述内圈321的内孔324与所述中心轴31匹配,所述中心轴31的截面为非圆形,所述中心轴31上至少在圆筒32的一侧固定设置有挡环311,所述外圈322设置有使相邻圆筒32相互嵌合的嵌合块33,最外侧的两个外圈322与所述中心轴31之间具有可拆卸定位装置34,所述圆筒32之间设置有升降板35,所述升降板35两侧铰接有转动轴36,所述转动轴36另一端与所述内圈321铰接,所述升降板35上设置有弹性装置37,所述弹性装置37上设置有刀片38,所述中心轴31两端与可移动的支架相连,所述支架上设置有用于夹住所述外圈322的夹持装置。这种玻纤加强环卷绕轴在卷绕玻璃纤维时每个圆筒首尾连接,可拆卸定位装置将外圈与中心轴固定,中心轴带动外圈一起转动,在卷绕结束之后将进行烘干,在烘干之后通过气泵向中心轴内充气使得中心轴拉长,相邻圆筒之间的嵌合块分离产生缝隙,升降板上升将刀片从圆筒之间的缝隙伸出,然后将可拆卸定位装置拆卸使得外圈与中心轴脱离定位,然后采用夹持装置将玻纤加强环与圆筒固定,开启电机带动刀片转动进行切割,在切割之后再将切割后的玻纤加强环取出,由于切割后的玻纤加强环宽度较小,因此方便取出。
所述排线装置4包括一根双向螺杆5以及一根导向杆6,所述双向螺杆5以及所述导向杆6上设置有滑动装置7,所述滑动装置7上设置有通线孔71,所述双向螺杆5包括间隔设置的空心弹性轴51和空心钢轴52,相邻的空心弹性轴51和空心钢轴52之间具有连续的双向螺纹53,所述双向螺杆5内设置有第二气缸54,所述第二气缸54的底座以及第二气缸杆端部分别与两端的空心钢轴52固定连接。在使用时通过调节第二气缸的伸出量能够调节空心弹性轴的轴向长度,而空心弹性轴上的卷绕圈数不变,因此在不改变双向螺杆转速的情况下,滑动装置在双向螺杆上平移的速度改变,因此可以通过伸长第二气缸杆使得空心弹性轴对应的卷绕轴处的玻纤加强环变薄,通过缩短第二气缸杆使得空心弹性轴对应的卷绕轴处的玻纤加强环变厚,从而使得该玻纤加强环加工装置能够适用于圆环形和工字形玻纤加强环的加工,因为在加强环的制造过程中一般需要卷绕多层玻璃纤维,因此只要有一点点形变即可实现厚度改变,不会影响滑动装置的移动。
所述双向螺杆5设置在排线支架8上,所述双向螺杆5至少一端面设置有多边形孔55,所述排线支架8上设置有转动轴56,所述转动轴56截面为多边形,所述转动轴56穿入所述多边形孔55。采用该种结构使得在第二气缸伸缩时双向螺杆仍能正常转动。
所述定位装置34包括设置在所述中心轴31上的第一通孔312以及设置在外圈322上的伸出杆324,所述伸出杆324上设置有第二通孔325,所述第一通孔312与所述第二通孔325之间通过螺栓39固定。采用该种定位装置,拆卸方便且结构简单成本低廉。

1.一种玻纤加强环卷绕切割装置,包括玻纤料卷(1),树脂胶箱(2),卷绕轴(3)和排线装置(4),其特征在于:所述卷绕轴(3)包括中心轴(31)和套设在所述中心轴(31)上的若干环形圆筒(32),所述中心轴(31)为两端面密封的波纹管,所述波纹管一端面连接有用于对其抽气或充气的气泵(313),所述圆筒(32)包括内圈(321)以及外圈(322),所述内圈(321)与所述外圈(322)之间设置有滚珠(323),所述内圈(321)的内孔(324)与所述中心轴(31)匹配,所述中心轴(31)的截面为非圆形,所述中心轴(31)上至少在圆筒(32)的一侧固定设置有挡环(311),所述外圈(322)设置有使相邻圆筒(32)相互嵌合的嵌合块(33),最外侧的两个外圈(322)与所述中心轴(31)之间具有可拆卸定位装置(34),所述圆筒(32)之间设置有升降板(35),所述升降板(35)两侧铰接有转动轴(36),所述转动轴(36)另一端与所述内圈(321)铰接,所述升降板(35)上设置有弹性装置(37),所述弹性装置(37)上设置有刀片(38),所述中心轴(31)两端与可移动的支架相连,所述支架上设置有用于夹住所述外圈(322)的夹持装置,所述排线装置(4)包括一根双向螺杆(5)以及一根导向杆(6),所述双向螺杆(5)以及所述导向杆(6)上设置有滑动装置(7),所述滑动装置(7)上设置有通线孔(71),所述双向螺杆(5)包括间隔设置的空心弹性轴(51)和空心钢轴(52),相邻的空心弹性轴(51)和空心钢轴(52)之间具有连续的双向螺纹(53),所述双向螺杆(5)内设置有第二气缸(54),所述第二气缸(54)的底座以及气缸杆端部分别与两端的空心钢轴(52)固定连接。
