Abstract
本发明公开了玻纤加强环卷绕切割轴,包括具有弹性的中心轴和套设在所述中心轴上的若干环形圆筒,所述中心轴上至少在圆筒的一侧固定设置有挡环,所述圆筒圆筒设置有使相邻圆筒相互嵌合的嵌合块,最外侧的两个圆筒与所述中心轴之间具有可拆卸定位装置,所述圆筒之间设置有升降板,所述升降板两侧铰接有转动轴,所述转动轴另一端与固定在所述中心轴上的固定杆铰接,所述升降板上设置有弹性装置,所述弹性装置上设置有刀片,所述中心轴两端与可移动的支架相连,所述支架上设置有用于夹住所述圆筒的夹持装置。加强环切割后再进行脱离,从而使得玻纤加强环切割和分离更加方便。
Description
技术领域
本发明属于玻纤加强环加工装置技术领域,具体是玻纤加强环卷绕切割轴。
背景技术
现有的玻纤加强环加工包括如下步骤:将环氧树脂、酚醛树脂和有机溶剂按照一定比例混合制成树脂胶,并设置有使树脂胶保持恒温的装置;玻璃纤维浸过树脂胶经过干燥和加热烘箱将有机溶剂挥发,然后连续均匀的卷绕在卷绕轴上,之后再进行加热固化形成玻纤加强环,然后再根据需要的尺寸进行切割即完成加工。现有的玻纤加强环一般都在卷绕轴上涂上树脂脱模剂,在固化成型之后将玻纤加强环从卷绕轴上抽出再进行切割,而由于玻纤加强环紧贴卷绕轴,虽然在卷绕轴上涂了树脂脱模剂,要将成型的一整条未切割的玻纤加强环抽出仍然需要耗费大量的时间。
发明内容
本发明针对现有技术不足,提供玻纤加强环卷绕切割轴,该种卷绕轴能够将玻纤加强环切割后再进行脱离,从而使得玻纤加强环切割和分离更加方便。
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明通过下述技术方案得以解决:玻纤加强环卷绕切割轴,包括具有弹性的中心轴和套设在所述中心轴上的若干环形圆筒,所述中心轴上至少在圆筒的一侧固定设置有挡环,所述圆筒设置有使相邻圆筒相互嵌合的嵌合块,最外侧的两个圆筒与所述中心轴之间具有可拆卸定位装置,所述圆筒之间设置有升降板,所述升降板两侧铰接有转动轴,所述转动轴另一端与固定在所述中心轴上的固定杆铰接,所述升降板上设置有弹性装置,所述弹性装置上设置有刀片,所述中心轴两端与可移动的支架相连,所述支架上设置有用于夹住所述圆筒的夹持装置。这种玻纤加强环卷绕轴在卷绕玻璃纤维时每个圆筒首尾连接,可拆卸定位装置将圆筒与中心轴固定,中心轴带动圆筒一起转动,在卷绕结束之后将进行烘干,在烘干之后移动支架将中心轴拉长,相邻圆筒之间的嵌合块分离产生缝隙,升降板上升将刀片从圆筒之间的缝隙伸出,然后将可拆卸定位装置拆卸使得圆筒与中心轴脱离定位,然后采用夹持装置将玻纤加强环与圆筒固定,开启电机带动刀片转动进行切割,在切割之后再将切割后的玻纤加强环取出,由于切割后的玻纤加强环宽度较小,因此方便取出。
上述技术方案中,优选的,所述定位装置包括设置在所述中心轴上的第一通孔以及设置在所述圆筒上的伸出杆,所述伸出杆上设置有第二通孔,所述第一通孔与所述第二通孔之间通过螺栓固定。采用该种定位装置,拆卸方便且结构简单成本低廉。
本发明与现有技术相比,具有如下有益效果:这种玻纤加强环卷绕轴在卷绕玻璃纤维时每个圆筒首尾连接,可拆卸定位装置将圆筒与中心轴固定,中心轴带动圆筒一起转动,在卷绕结束之后将进行烘干,在烘干之后移动支架将中心轴拉长,相邻圆筒之间的嵌合块分离产生缝隙,升降板上升将刀片从圆筒之间的缝隙伸出,然后将可拆卸定位装置拆卸使得圆筒与中心轴脱离定位,然后采用夹持装置将玻纤加强环与圆筒固定,开启电机带动刀片转动进行切割,在切割之后再将切割后的玻纤加强环取出,由于切割后的玻纤加强环宽度较小,因此方便取出。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图和具体实施方式对本发明作进一步详细描述:参见图1至图4,玻纤加强环卷绕切割轴,包括具有弹性的中心轴31和套设在所述中心轴31上的若干环形圆筒32,所述中心轴31上至少在圆筒32的一侧固定设置有挡环311,所述圆筒32设置有使相邻圆筒32相互嵌合的嵌合块33,最外侧的两个圆筒32与所述中心轴31之间具有可拆卸定位装置34,所述圆筒32之间设置有升降板35,所述升降板35两侧铰接有转动轴36,所述转动轴36另一端与固定在所述中心轴31上的固定杆312铰接,所述升降板35上设置有弹性装置37,所述弹性装置37上设置有刀片38,所述中心轴31两端与可移动的支架相连,所述支架上设置有用于夹住所述圆筒32的夹持装置。这种玻纤加强环卷绕轴在卷绕玻璃纤维时每个圆筒首尾连接,可拆卸定位装置将圆筒与中心轴固定,中心轴带动圆筒一起转动,在卷绕结束之后将进行烘干,在烘干之后移动支架将中心轴拉长,相邻圆筒之间的嵌合块分离产生缝隙,升降板上升将刀片从圆筒之间的缝隙伸出,然后将可拆卸定位装置拆卸使得圆筒与中心轴脱离定位,然后采用夹持装置将玻纤加强环与圆筒固定,开启电机带动刀片转动进行切割,在切割之后再将切割后的玻纤加强环取出,由于切割后的玻纤加强环宽度较小,因此方便取出。
所述定位装置34包括设置在所述中心轴31上的第一通孔313以及设置在所述圆筒32上的伸出杆321,所述伸出杆321上设置有第二通孔322,所述第一通孔313与所述第二通孔322之间通过螺栓39固定。采用该种定位装置,拆卸方便且结构简单成本低廉。

1.玻纤加强环卷绕切割轴,其特征在于:包括具有弹性的中心轴(31)和套设在所述中心轴(31)上的若干环形圆筒(32),所述中心轴(31)上至少在圆筒(32)的一侧固定设置有挡环(311),所述圆筒(32)设置有使相邻圆筒(32)相互嵌合的嵌合块(33),最外侧的两个圆筒(32)与所述中心轴(31)之间具有可拆卸定位装置(34),所述圆筒(32)之间设置有升降板(35),所述升降板(35)两侧铰接有转动轴(36),所述转动轴(36)另一端与固定在所述中心轴(31)上的固定杆(312)铰接,所述升降板(35)上设置有弹性装置(37),所述弹性装置(37)上设置有刀片(38),所述中心轴(31)两端与可移动的支架相连,所述支架上设置有用于夹住所述圆筒(32)的夹持装置。
2.如权利要求1所述的玻纤加强环卷绕切割轴,其特征在于:所述定位装置(34)包括设置在所述中心轴(31)上的第一通孔(313)以及设置在所述圆筒(32)上的伸出杆(321),所述伸出杆(321)上设置有第二通孔(322),所述第一通孔(313)与所述第二通孔(322)之间通过螺栓(39)固定。
