本发明公开了一种新型绝缘电缆加工配方,它由以下原料组成:按分量计取,活化剂9-20份、增塑剂10-23份、活化剂9-20份、硫化剂1-4份、抗氧剂12-17份、加工助剂16-18份碳黑35-50份、三甲氧基硅烷偶联剂11-19份、分散剂20-26份、聚乙烯蜡17-22份、超细高白碳酸钙30-43份、钙锌复合稳定剂21-25份、润滑剂13-26份、三烯丙基三聚异氰酸脂12-23份、过氧化二异丙苯10-15份、滑石粉9-10份、煅烧陶土21-23份、氢化丁晴橡胶25-29份。本发明加工方便、生产成本低、绝缘效果好、具有良好的抗折弯能力,抗拉强度高,屏蔽性能优异,使用寿命长。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种新型PVC组分绝缘耐拉电缆。
背景技术
传统的电缆由于绝缘层材料搭配的不合适,当埋入地下后,受到潮湿环境的侵蚀,绝缘层易氧化或者老化,造成开裂,PVC组分满足不了现在的用量使得包裹在绝缘层内的导线裸露出来,容易造成短路,影响机器设备的使用和正常的通信,给人们工作生活带来不便。
鉴于以上现有技术中存在的缺陷,有必要将其进一步改进,使其更具备实用性,才能符合实际使用情况。
发明内容
为了克服上述现有技术的缺陷,本发明的目的是提供一种新型PVC组分绝缘耐拉电缆。
发明是采取以下技术方案来实现的:一种新型PVC组分绝缘耐拉电缆,它由以下原料组成:按分量计取,PVC为38-68份、重质碳酸钙为21-22份、三烯丙基三聚异氰酸脂10-20份、过氧化二异丙苯12-15份、滑石粉20-24份、煅烧陶土14-15份、氢化丁晴橡胶9-12份、无机阻燃剂20-26份、相容剂9-12份、线性低密度聚乙烯25-36份、TPEE热塑性弹性体31-36份、TPU热塑性弹性体20-40份、碳酸钙12.6-13.9份、钙锌无毒安定剂6.5-8.9份。
具体地,本发明它由以下原料组成:按分量计取,PVC为50份、重质碳酸钙为22份、三烯丙基三聚异氰酸脂18份、过氧化二异丙苯14份、滑石粉21份、煅烧陶土15份、氢化丁晴橡胶11份、无机阻燃剂23份、相容剂11份、线性低密度聚乙烯28份、TPEE热塑性弹性体31-36份、TPU热塑性弹性体31份、碳酸钙12.2份、钙锌无毒安定剂8.6份。
本发明的有益效果:使用本发明护套橡胶的制作成的电缆成本较低、而且性能满足标准要求,并且所生产的电缆气味很低。
