治疗面肌痉挛的中药组合物
技术领域
本发明涉及一种中成药制剂，具体地说是一种治疗面肌痉挛的中药组合物。
背景技术
众所周知，面肌痉挛是一种以一侧面部肌肉阵发性不自主抽动为特点，无神经系统其他阳性体征的周围神经病。临床上多表现为一侧面部阵发性、不规则性、不自主的抽动，常始于眼睑附近，渐往下向面部其它肌肉发展，严重者整个面部的肌肉均剧烈抽动，属临床常见病及难治病，故应早期诊断，及时治疗。现代医学认为，引起面肌痉挛的原因主要与血管被压迫有关，形成血管襻或异位压迫面神经，导致面神经的异位兴奋或伪突触传导引起的面部肌肉抽动。目前，西医学尚无特殊、有效的治疗方法，多是用安定、利眠宁或苯妥英钠、卡马西平以及大剂量的维生素治疗，对重症患者进行酒精或者药物封闭、面神经减压术等。但往往西药治疗疗效差，副作用大，治疗效果不满意。
发明内容
本发明目的就是为了克服上述现有的技术不足，提供一种治疗过敏性鼻炎的药物，成本低，疗效高，无毒副作用。
本发明解决上述技术问题采用的技术方案是：一种治疗面肌痉挛的中药组合物，其特征在于由如下重量百分比的原料药制成，郁金6～9%、猫爪草4～7%、藁本6～9%、乌蔹莓4～7%、金樱子6～9%、千年键3～5%、芡实10～13%、白僵蚕0.1～0.2%、苦楝皮10～13%、楮实子3～6%、九龙盘3～5%、见血飞2～5%、锡生藤3～6%、落马衣3～6%、升麻4～6%、急性子2～5%、灯心草2～4%、楤木2～4%，将上述原料药用水浸泡，煎熬后去渣得滤液。
本发明的有益效果是，成本低，疗效高，无毒副作用。
具体实施方式
下面结合实施例对本发明作进一步的描述：
实施例1：采用郁金、猫爪草、藁本、乌蔹莓、金樱子、千年键、芡实、白僵蚕、苦楝皮、楮实子、九龙盘、见血飞、锡生藤、落马衣、升麻、急性子、灯心草、楤木为原料药制备而成。其组分（重量%）每副为郁金8.3、猫爪草6.2、藁本8.1、乌蔹莓6.1、金樱子8.1、千年键4.6、芡实10.8、白僵蚕0.2、苦楝皮11.3、楮实子4.4、九龙盘4.6、见血飞3.9、锡生藤4.4、落马衣4.9、升麻4.3、急性子3.9、灯心草3.1、楤木2.8。取上述18味中草药原料，总重量为200克，加水1100～1300ml，浸泡2～3小时，然后用武火煮沸，文火煎熬60～70分钟，去渣得滤液200ml左右，药渣再加水300～400ml，煎熬30分钟左右，去渣得滤液100ml左右，共得300ml左右药汁，装入无菌玻璃瓶内，密封瓶盖备用。每日1剂分2次口服，每次空腹服150ml左右。
本发明郁金活血止痛，行气解郁，清心凉血，利胆退黄；猫爪草化痰散结，解毒消肿；藁本祛风，散寒，除湿，止痛；乌蔹莓清热利湿，解毒消肿；金樱子具有固精缩尿，固崩止带，涩肠止泻之功效；千年键祛风湿，健筋骨。用于风寒湿痹，腰膝冷痛，下肢拘挛麻木；芡实具有益肾固精，补脾止泻，除湿止带之功效；白僵蚕治中风失音，惊痫，头风，喉风；苦楝皮治游风热毒，风疹疮疥癞；楮实子补肾清肝、明目、利尿。用于腰膝酸软、虚劳骨蒸、砂晕目昏、目生翳膜、水肿胀满；九龙盘中，散寒，祛风，活血。治脘腹冷痛，风湿筋骨疼痛；见血飞祛风散寒，活血舒筋，镇痛，治风寒咳嗽，风湿麻木，跌打损伤；锡生藤肿止痛，止血，生肌。用于外伤肿痛，创伤出血；落马衣治风湿骨痛、感冒发热、呕吐腹痛、胃气痛、皮肤湿疹；升麻发表透疹，清热解毒，升阳举陷；急性子破血消积，软坚散结。用于经闭，积块，噎膈，外疡坚肿；灯心草用于心烦失眠，尿少涩痛，口舌生疮；楤木祛风除湿利水和中活血解毒。
本发明各原料还可按下表所列比例（重量百分比）混合的实施例来实现，其煎熬程序、口服方法与实施例1相同，其含量如下表所示。

临床资料
下面通过临床资料来说明本发明中药的药效：
1、一般资料
60例患者中，年龄28－49岁，病程多在1个月到1年。
2、诊断标准
参照《现代中医临床诊断学》中的诊断依据进行临床诊断：
2.1早期多为眼轮匝肌间歇性抽搐，渐至同侧其他面肌；
2.2抽搐程度不等，可因劳累、精神紧张及谈话等因素加剧，入睡则抽搐停止；
2.3神经系统检查无阳性体征，头颅ＣＴ等检查无病变。
排除功能性眼睑痉挛、Ｍｅｉｇｅ综合征、习惯性抽动症、抗精神药物引起面肌运动障碍。
3、治疗方法
服用实施例一药剂，每日1剂分2次口服，每次空腹服150ml左右，服用两个月。
4、治疗结果
4.1治疗评定标准，根据国家中医药管理局制定的《中医病证诊断疗效标准》判定：
治愈：面肌抽搐症状消失，随访６～１２个月无复发；
显效：面肌抽搐发作次数和频率明显降低，症状显著减轻，发作次数降低２／３以上；
好转：面肌抽搐症状减轻，每天发作次数约为治疗前２／３者；
无效：主要症状无变化者。
4.2结果：60例患者中，痊愈26例，显效19例，好转13例，无效2例，总有效率为97％。
典型病例
常某某，女，46岁。一年前出现右眼皮跳动，未予重视。此后逐渐加重并扩张至左面部口角肌肉抽搐，不能自控。情绪紧张、疲劳、睡眠不好时诱发加重。曾于针灸科行针灸理疗，治疗期间症状可见缓解，治疗停止则症状加重。就诊时左面部肌肉抽搐，略感腰部酸胀，面色红润，纳可，二便调，夜寐安。舌红苔白，脉弦。服用本发明中药一个月后，症状缓解，继续服用一个月，右侧面部肌肉抽搐基本消失，随访1年，痊愈。
2、马某，男，31岁，左侧面部肌肉不自主抽动3个多月。就诊时患者左侧面部肌肉跳动，偶有白痰，纳可，寐安，二便调，舌淡红苔黄腻，脉濡弱。服用本发明中药一个月后，各种症状较前好转。继续服用一个月，左侧面部肌肉抽搐基本消失，随访6个月，痊愈。

1.一种治疗面肌痉挛的中药组合物，其特征在于：由如下重量百分比的原料药制成，郁金6～9%、猫爪草4～7%、藁本6～9%、乌蔹莓4～7%、金樱子6～9%、千年键3～5%、芡实10～13%、白僵蚕0.1～0.2%、苦楝皮10～13%、楮实子3～6%、九龙盘3～5%、见血飞2～5%、锡生藤3～6%、落马衣3～6%、升麻4～6%、急性子2～5%、灯心草2～4%、楤木2～4%，将上述原料药用水浸泡，煎熬后去渣得滤液。
