Abstract

本发明公开了一种以海泡石为载体的农药缓释颗粒剂。以颗粒剂总重量计,其中:农药活性成分0.1%-50%,润湿分散剂1%-10%,粘结剂0.1%-5%,包膜剂0.1%-5%,海泡石补足至100%。还公开了其制备方法。通过在农药颗粒剂中引入吸附能力强大的海泡石使得农药有效成分在实际使用中的释放速度缓慢、可控;利用海泡石吸附能力强大、存在很高的大孔隙率,在农药缓释颗粒剂防治病虫草害的同时能对土壤进行改良,使得农药的施用对环境更加的友好。

技术领域
本发明涉及农药领域,具体涉及一种以海泡石为载体的农药缓释颗粒剂。
背景技术
化学防治是人类防治农林病虫害的重要手段,化学农药对保证农业的增产增收起着非常重要的作用。但大量农用化学品的频繁施用对环境产生了很大的负面影响,导致土壤酸化、板结,地力严重下降;开发对环境友好的农药剂型意义十分重大。
海泡石作为一种非金属矿产,其具有强大的吸附性能,存在很高的大孔隙率,很适合作为农药缓释颗粒剂的载体。在防除农田病虫草害的同时能有效的改良土壤,使得农药的使用对环境更加的友好,减轻了环境的压力,有利于现代农业的可持续发展。
发明内容
本发明提供了一种以海泡石为载体的农药缓释颗粒剂,为防除农田病虫草害提供一种对环境十分友好的农药缓释颗粒剂,能很好的改善土壤。
本发明通过以下技术方案来实现:
一种以海泡石为载体的农药缓释颗粒剂,以颗粒剂总重量计,其中:农药活性成分0.1%-50%,润湿分散剂1%-10%,粘结剂0.1%-5%,包膜剂0.1%-5%,海泡石补足至100%。
所述润湿分散剂为萘磺酸盐、十二烷基硫酸钠、拉开粉、木质素磺酸钠、木质素磺酸钙、烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚、苯乙基酚聚氧乙烯醚、琥珀酸磺酸盐、十二烷基苯磺酸钠、聚羧酸盐、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚中的一种或几种的混合。
所述粘结剂为聚乙二醇、糊精、羧甲基纤维素钠、聚乙烯比咯烷酮、瓜尔胶、黄原胶中的一种或几种的混合。
所述包膜剂为聚乙烯醇、丙烯酸甲脂、十二碳醇脂、水性树脂、脂肪醇中的一种或几种的混合。
一种以海泡石为载体的农药缓释颗粒剂的制备方法:
(1)将农药活性成分、润湿分散剂、海泡石混合后进行气流粉碎后制成农药活性成分母粉;
(2)使用将农药活性成分母粉造粒,并逐层使用包膜剂进行包覆,干燥后即制得农药缓释颗粒剂。
本发明提供了一种以海泡石为载体的农药缓释颗粒剂,在农田中使用可在防除病虫草害的同时改良土壤,使得农药的使用对环境更加的友好,有利于现代农业的可持续发展。
具体实施方式
为了更好的理解本发明的实质,下面用实例来说明本发明的技术内容,但本发明的内容并不局限于此。
一种以海泡石为载体的农药缓释颗粒剂,以颗粒剂总重量计,其中:农药活性成分0.1%-50%,润湿分散剂1%-10%,粘结剂0.1%-5%,包膜剂0.1%-5%,海泡石补足至100%。
所述润湿分散剂为萘磺酸盐、十二烷基硫酸钠、拉开粉、木质素磺酸钠、木质素磺酸钙、烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚、苯乙基酚聚氧乙烯醚、琥珀酸磺酸盐、十二烷基苯磺酸钠、聚羧酸盐、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚中的一种或几种的混合。
所述粘结剂为聚乙二醇、糊精、羧甲基纤维素钠、聚乙烯比咯烷酮、瓜尔胶、黄原胶中的一种或几种的混合。
所述包膜剂为聚乙烯醇、丙烯酸甲脂、十二碳醇脂、水性树脂、脂肪醇中的一种或几种的混合。
一种以海泡石为载体的农药缓释颗粒剂的制备方法:
(1)将农药活性成分、润湿分散剂、海泡石混合后进行气流粉碎后制成农药活性成分母粉;
(2)使用将农药活性成分母粉造粒,并逐层使用包膜剂进行包覆,干燥后即制得农药缓释颗粒剂。
实施例1:一种以海泡石为载体的农药缓释颗粒剂,以颗粒剂总重量计,其中:嘧菌酯原药0.1%,润湿分散剂1%,粘结剂0.1%,包膜剂0.1%,海泡石补足至100%。
实施例2:一种以海泡石为载体的农药缓释颗粒剂,以颗粒剂总重量计,其中:噻虫嗪原药50%,润湿分散剂10%,粘结剂5%,包膜剂5%,海泡石补足至100%。
实施例3:一种以海泡石为载体的农药缓释颗粒剂,以颗粒剂总重量计,其中:噁霉灵原药30%,润湿分散剂5%,粘结剂3%,包膜剂3%,海泡石补足至100%。
实施例4:1%嘧菌酯缓释颗粒剂。
(1)准确称取1%嘧菌酯原药、2%十二烷基硫酸钠、3%木质素磺酸钙与余量海泡石混合后,进行超微气流粉碎,所得嘧菌酯母粉粒径必须小于325目。
(2)将嘧菌酯母粉采用聚乙二醇水溶液为粘合剂进行造粒,造粒过程中采用水性树脂进行重复包膜,烘干后即得到1%嘧菌酯缓释颗粒剂。
实施例5:3%噻虫嗪缓释颗粒剂。
(1)准确称取3%噻虫嗪原药、2%十二烷基硫酸钠、3%木质素磺酸钙与余量海泡石混合后,进行超微气流粉碎,所得噻虫嗪母粉粒径必须小于325目,
(2)将噻虫嗪母粉采用聚乙二醇水溶液为粘合剂进行造粒,造粒过程中采用水性树脂进行重复包膜,烘干后即得到3%噻虫嗪缓释颗粒剂。
实施例6:1%噁霉灵缓释颗粒剂。
(1)准确称取1%噁霉灵原药、2%十二烷基硫酸钠、3%木质素磺酸钙与余量海泡石混合后,进行超微气流粉碎,所得噁霉灵母粉粒径必须小于325目。
(2)将噁霉灵母粉采用聚乙二醇水溶液为粘合剂进行造粒,造粒过程中采用水性树脂进行重复包膜,烘干后即得到1%噁霉灵缓释颗粒剂。

1.一种以海泡石为载体的农药缓释颗粒剂,其特征在于:以颗粒剂总重量计,其中:农药活性成分0.1%-50%,润湿分散剂1%-10%,粘结剂0.1%-5%,包膜剂0.1%-5%,海泡石补足至100%;
所述农药嘧菌酯原药、噻虫嗪原药或噁霉灵原药;
所述润湿分散剂为萘磺酸盐、十二烷基硫酸钠、拉开粉、木质素磺酸钠、木质素磺酸钙、烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚、苯乙基酚聚氧乙烯醚、琥珀酸磺酸盐、十二烷基苯磺酸钠、聚羧酸盐、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚中的一种或几种的混合。
所述粘结剂为聚乙二醇、糊精、羧甲基纤维素钠、聚乙烯比咯烷酮、瓜尔胶、黄原胶中的一种或几种的混合。
所述包膜剂为聚乙烯醇、丙烯酸甲脂、十二碳醇脂、水性树脂、脂肪醇中的一种或几种的混合。
2.一种以海泡石为载体的农药缓释颗粒剂的制备方法,其特征在于:
(1)将农药活性成分、润湿分散剂、海泡石混合后进行气流粉碎后制成农药活性成分母粉;
(2)使用将农药活性成分母粉造粒,并逐层使用包膜剂进行包覆,干燥后即制得农药缓释颗粒剂。
