Abstract
本发明提供了一种固体杀虫组合物,其含有:i)0.1%‑90%的氟虫腈、噻虫嗪、吡虫啉、噻虫胺、呋虫胺或啶虫脒中的任意一种或至少两种有效成分;ii)0.1%‑50%的具有遇水溶胀特性的材料;iii)0‑80%的表面活性剂和/或载体。本发明的固体杀虫组合物通过植物繁殖材料处理、预备施用和土壤施用来防治土壤栖息害虫。

技术领域
本发明涉及农业化学领域,尤其涉及一种固体杀虫组合物及其防治土壤栖息害虫的方法。
背景技术
由于氟虫腈、噻虫嗪、吡虫啉、噻虫胺、呋虫胺或啶虫脒等化合物对鱼、虾、蜜蜂、家蚕高毒,含有这些化合物的农药组合物若被不希望的释放至环境中可构成环境安全问题。
由于大多数土壤害虫的不可预知和隐蔽特性,即使少量存在,也能导致严重的损害。种植者通常使用预防性施用农药的方式以应对土壤传播害虫和病害的威胁。
园艺和农业上的土壤栖息害虫是难以检测的。在作物生长期间进行处理几乎是不可能的。近年来,通常施用广谱土壤熏蒸剂来对抗土壤害虫。在植物生长中,土壤传播害虫属于最难的害虫管理情形。广谱土壤熏蒸剂主要使用溴甲烷和威百亩。溴甲烷现已被逐步淘汰。
氟虫腈、噻虫嗪、吡虫啉、噻虫胺、呋虫胺、啶虫脒等化合物能有效防治土壤栖息害虫。
本发明的目的在于提供一种杀虫组合物,其仅适用于通过植物繁殖材料处理、预备施用和土壤施用来防治土壤栖息害虫。本发明的杀虫组合物不适用于喷雾处理,防止了含有这些化合物的农药组合物被不希望的释放至环境中构成环境安全问题。
发明内容
本发明提供了一种固体杀虫组合物及其用于防治土壤栖息害虫的方法。本发明所述的固体杀虫组合物对土壤栖息害虫提供改进的防治作用,从而保护植物繁殖材料和随后长出的植物器官对抗土壤栖息害虫的损害。
为达此目的,本发明采用了以下技术方案:
本发明提供了一种固体杀虫组合物,其含有:
i)0.1%-90%的氟虫腈、噻虫嗪、吡虫啉、噻虫胺、呋虫胺或啶虫脒中的任意一种或至少两种有效成分;
ii)0.1%-50%的具有遇水溶胀特性的材料;
iii)0-80%的表面活性剂和/或载体。
以上含量均指各组分占所述固体杀虫组合物的重量百分含量。
所述的具有遇水溶胀特性的材料选自离子交换树脂、高吸水性树脂、酚醛树脂、纤维素醚、淀粉醚、聚乙烯醇、海泡石等,可以是其中的任意一种,也可以是两种或两种以上的组合。
所述的固体杀虫组合物中,具有遇水溶胀特性的材料占所述组合物以重量计的0.1%-50%,优选1%-30%,更优选5%-20%。
所述的固体杀虫组合物中,具有遇水溶胀特性的材料占所述组合物以重量计还可以例如是0.1%,0.5%,1%,2%,3%,4%,5%,6%,7%,8%,9%,10%,11%,12%,13%,14%,15%,16%,17%,18%,19%,20%,21%,22%,23%,24%,25%,26%,27%,28%,29%,30%,31%,32%,33%,34%,35%,36%,37%,38%,39%,40%,41%,42%,43%,44%,45%,46%,47%,48%,49%,50%。
所述的固体杀虫组合物中,有效成分占所述组合物以重量计的0.1%-90%,优选1%-80%,更优选5%-70%,更优选10%-60%。
所述的固体杀虫组合物中,有效成分占所述组合物以重量计还可以例如是0.1%,0.5%,1%,2%,3%,4%,5%,6%,7%,8%,9%,10%,11%,12%,13%,14%,15%,16%,17%,18%,19%,20%,21%,22%,23%,24%,25%,26%,27%,28%,29%,30%,31%,32%,33%,34%,35%,36%,37%,38%,39%,40%,41%,42%,43%,44%,45%,46%,47%,48%,49%,50%,52%,55%,60%,65%,70%,75%,80%,85%,90%。
所述的固体杀虫组合物中,其中有效成分与具有遇水溶胀特性的材料的重量比为20:1-1:20,优选15:1-1:15,更优选10:1-1:10。
有效成分与具有遇水溶胀特性的材料的重量比还可以是20:1,19:1,18:1,17:1,16:1,15:1,14:1,13:1,12:1,11:1,10:1,9:1,8:1,7:1,6:1,5:1,4:1,3:1,2:1,1:1,1:2,1:3,1:4,1:5,1:6,1:7,1:8,1:9,1:10,1:11,1:12,1:13,1:14,1:15,1:16,1:17,1:18,1:19,1:20。
适用的表面活性剂为具有离子或非离子性质的分散剂或润湿剂。
合适的分散剂选自碱金属木质素磺酸盐,优选木质素磺酸钠盐,萘磺酸盐甲醛缩合物,三苯乙烯苯酚乙氧基化物磷酸酯,脂族醇乙氧基化物,烷基酚乙氧基化物,环氧乙烷/环氧丙烷(EO-PO)嵌段共聚物,“梳状”接枝共聚物和聚乙烯醇-乙酸乙烯酯共聚物,高支化聚合物例如聚乙烯胺、聚酰氨基酰胺、聚乙烯亚胺、聚醚得到的共聚物。
适用的润湿剂选自烷基磺基琥珀酸盐、月桂酸盐、烷基硫酸盐和磷酸酯、烷基酚乙氧化物、苯磺酸盐、烷基取代苯磺酸盐、萘磺酸盐、烷基取代萘磺酸盐、萘磺酸盐和烷基取代萘磺酸盐与甲醛的缩合物、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚。
适用的载体选自植物质粉末类(例如大豆粉、淀粉、谷物粉、木粉、树皮粉、锯末、核桃壳粉、麸皮、纤维素粉末、椰壳、玉米穗轴和烟草茎的颗粒、提取植物精华后的残渣等)、纸张、锯末,粉碎合成树脂等的合成聚合体、黏土类(例如高岭土、皂土、酸性瓷土等)、滑石粉类、硅石类(例如硅藻土、硅砂、云母、含水硅酸,硅酸钙)、活性炭、天然矿物质类(浮石、绿坡缕石及沸石等)、烧制硅藻土、砂、塑料媒介等(例如聚乙烯、聚丙烯、聚偏二氯乙烯等)、氯化钾、碳酸钙、磷酸钙等的无机矿物性粉末、硫酸铵、磷酸铵、尿素、氯化铵等的化学肥料、土肥,这些物质可以单独使用或者两种以上混用。
本发明固体杀虫组合物的剂型可为:细粒剂、粉剂、微粒剂、油分散粉剂、可溶性粉剂、颗粒剂、水溶性颗粒和/或片剂、可湿性粉剂或水分散性颗粒。
本发明固体杀虫组合物优选种子处理干粉剂、水分散粒剂、可湿性粉剂、包衣颗粒剂、挤出颗粒剂、干悬浮剂、超低容量粒剂。
本发明还提供了所述固体杀虫组合物的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
制备方法(I):
(A)制备混合物,包括:
i)0.1%-90%的氟虫腈、噻虫嗪、吡虫啉、噻虫胺、呋虫胺或啶虫脒中的任意一种或至少两种有效成分;
ii)0.1%-50%的具有遇水溶胀特性的材料;
iii)0-80%的表面活性剂和/或载体;
(B)制备固体制剂,包括:
(1)粉碎(A)制备的混合物;
(2)冷却(1)粉碎后的混合物得到固体制剂;
或
(1)粉碎(A)制备的混合物;
(2)在上述混合物中加入可挤出糊料的足量水;
(3)通过模子或筛子将在(2)中得到的糊料挤出形成挤出物;
(4)干燥该挤出物得到固体制剂;
制备方法(II):
(A)制备混合物,包括:
i)0.1%-90%的氟虫腈、噻虫嗪、吡虫啉、噻虫胺、呋虫胺、啶虫脒中的任意一种或至少两种有效成分;
ii)0-80%的表面活性剂和/或载体;
(B)制备固体制剂,包括:
(1)粉碎(A)制备的混合物;
(2)冷却(1)粉碎后的混合物;
(3)加入0.1%-50%的具有遇水溶胀特性的材料得到固体制剂;
或
(1)粉碎(A)制备的混合物;
(2)冷却(1)粉碎后的混合物;
(3)加入0.1%-50%的具有遇水溶胀特性的材料;
(4)在(3)中获得混合物中加入可挤出糊料的足量水;
(5)通过模子或筛子将在(4)中得到的糊料挤出形成挤出物;
(6)干燥该挤出物得到固体制剂。
本发明所述固体杀虫组合物的粒度范围为0.7μm-20μm,例如0.7μm、0.8μm、0.9μm、1μm、2μm、5μm、10μm、12μm、15μm、18μm或20μm,优选1μm-15μm,更优选1μm-10μm,更优选1μm-5μm,更优选1μm-3μm。
另一方面,本发明还提供了一种将所述的固体杀虫组合物用于防治土壤栖息害虫用途,其中所述土壤栖息害虫选自昆虫纲(Insecta)、蛛形纲(Arachnida)或线虫纲(Nematoda)中的任意一种或至少两种的组合。
本发明所述的土壤栖息害虫可选自鳞翅目、双翅目、鞘翅目、半翅目、同翅目、直翅目、膜翅目、等翅目、蚤目、蜚蠊目、缨尾目、蜱螨目、线虫等。
优选地,本发明的固体杀虫组合物特别优选用于防治地老虎、金针虫、根叶甲、金龟子、马铃薯甲虫、跳甲、蛴螬、大蟋蟀、种蝇幼虫。
一种防治土壤栖息害虫的方法,包括将本发明的固体杀虫组合物作用于植物繁殖材料。
一种防治土壤栖息害虫的方法,包括将本发明的固体杀虫组合物作用于植物种子。
所述植物选自棉花、玉米、谷物、蔬菜、三叶草、豆科作物、甘蔗、甜菜、烟草、油菜籽、水果、多年生的植物、向日葵、红花或高粱中的任意一种或至少两种的组合。
一种保护种子、幼苗根和枝条以防土壤昆虫侵袭的方法,包括在播种以前和/或催芽以后用有效量的固体杀虫组合物处理种子。
一种防治土壤栖息害虫的方法,包括将本发明的固体杀虫组合物施用至所需土壤。
另一方面,本发明还提供了一种防治土壤栖息害虫的方法,包括:
(i)用有效量的所述固体杀虫组合物处理植物繁殖材料,在固体杀虫组合物处理之后或处理期间种植或播种所述植物繁殖材料;或
(ii)向所需防治的地点施用有效量的固体杀虫组合物,在施用固体杀虫组合物之前、之后或期间种植或播种植物繁殖材料;或

本发明优选的动物害虫有例如植物寄生性线虫类如南方根结线虫,马铃薯金线虫,穿刺短体线虫,水稻白尖线虫,草莓芽线虫,松木线虫等;鞘翅目害虫类如蛴螬、金针虫,玉米象,黄粉虫,毒隐翅虫,天牛类等;鳞翅目害虫类如地老虎,甜菜夜蛾,二化螟,玉米螟,粉蝶类,梨小食心虫,卷叶蛾,桃小食心虫,菜螟等;腹足类如壮蜗牛、蛞蝓等;直翅目害虫类如蝼蛄、蝗虫、德国小蠊、灰色大蠊等;植物寄生性螨类如二斑叶螨、红叶螨、紫节螨、刺足根螨等;缨翅目害虫如南黄蓟马、黄蓟马、黄胸蓟马;双翅目害虫如库蚊、蚊子、摇蚊、家蝇等;膜翅目害虫蚂蚁类、胡峰类、菜叶蜂等;等翅目害虫如日本白蚁、家白蚁等。
特别优选地,本发明的固体杀虫组合物特别适用于防治地老虎、金针虫、根叶甲、金龟子、马铃薯甲虫、跳甲、蛴螬、大蟋蟀、种蝇幼虫、蝼蛄、根结线虫。
本发明特别适合农业上重要的植物,所述植物指在商业模式上收获或栽培或生长的植物。实例包括,不限于棉花,玉米,谷物(包括小麦、大麦、黑麦和水稻),蔬菜(包括果菜,例如西红柿、鳞茎蔬菜类、叶菜类、芸苔和根菜类),三叶草,豆科作物(包括扁豆、大豆、豌豆和苜蓿),甘蔗,甜菜,烟草,油菜籽(芥花(canola)),水果(例如香蕉、樱桃、橙、柠檬、葡萄柚、桔子、柑橘、葡萄、核果类),多年生的作物,落叶植物,向日葵,红花和高粱。
优选的实例为小麦,大麦,黑麦,稻米,棉花,玉米,大豆,油菜,果菜例如西红柿、鳞茎蔬菜类、叶菜类、芸苔和根菜类,马铃薯,向日葵,甜菜和高粱。
术语“植物繁殖材料”应理解为指所有有繁殖能力的植物部分,例如种子,其能用于繁殖后者,以及植物性材料例如扦插条或块茎(例如马铃薯)。因此,本文中所使用的植物部分包括植物繁殖材料。可以提及的是例如种子(狭义上),根,果实,块茎,鳞茎,根茎和植物部分。待从土壤中发芽后或出苗后移植的发芽植株和幼小植株也是可以提及的。
本发明所述的土壤类型选自砂粘土、砂质粘壤土、砂壤土、壤砂土或砂土。
本发明的固体杀虫组合物可以用于植物繁殖材料处理、预备施用和土壤施用。
本发明还提供一种保护种子以防土壤昆虫和保护幼苗根和枝条以防土壤昆虫的方法,其包括在播种以前和/或催芽以后使种子与杀虫有效量的本发明的固体杀虫组合物接触。
因此,一种保护种子、幼苗根和枝条以防土壤昆虫侵袭的方法,包括在播种以前和/或催芽以后使种子与本发明有效量的固体杀虫组合物接触。
本发明的固体杀虫组合物特别适合于保护植物的繁殖材料例如种子、果实、块茎或核仁或者植物插条不受有害生物特别是昆虫、螨虫、线虫的侵害。可在施用前用组合物处理该繁殖材料,例如在播种前拌种。也可通过在液体组合物中浸泡核仁或用固体组合物包被核仁,将活性成分施加到种仁上(包被)。当在播种过程中将繁殖材料施加到例如种子播沟内时,也可将该组合物施加到应用地点。
大部分由害虫造成的对作物植物的损害早在种子,在存储期间以及种子被播入土壤后及在植物发芽期间或发芽后,被侵扰时就发生了。此阶段特别关键,因为正在生长植物的根和苗特别敏感,即使是微小的损害也可导致整株植物的死亡。因此,通过使用合适的组合物来保护种子和发芽植株是特别值得关注的。
通过处理植物种子来防治害虫是很久以来已知的并且是不断改进的主题。然而,处理种子也带来了一系列不是总能找到以令人满意的方式解决的问题。因此,需要开发保护种子和发芽植物的方法,其可免除在种植后或植物出芽后再额外施用作物保护产品。另外,还需要优化所用活性化合物的量,从而可向种子和发芽植物提供最佳保护,以防止害虫侵袭,而所用的活性组分不会损害植物本身。特别地,处理种子的方法也可考虑转基因植物的固有杀虫性质以用最小量的作物保护产品达到对种子和发芽植物的最佳保护。
本发明的固体杀虫组合物可以施用至任意生理状态的种子。优选种子处于足够耐久的状态,从而在处理过程中不受损坏。一般地,种子可以是收获自田间,移除自植物,分离自任何穗轴、茎、外皮和周围的果肉或其它非种子植物材料的种子。种子还可以优选是生物上稳定的,以达到处理不会对种子造成生物损害的程度。可以在种子收获和种子播种之间或在播种过程期间的任何时间处理施用至种子。种子还可以在处理之前或之后催芽。
种子处理发生在未播种的种子上,术语“未播种的种子”意在包括处于种子收获与种子处于植物萌芽和生长目的播种在土地中之间任意时期的种子。优选地,处理在种子播种之前发生,从而所述播种种子已用所述杀虫组合物预处理过。特别地,种子包衣或种子造粒在本发明组合物的处理中是优选的。处理后,组合物中的成分附着至种子上并因此可用于虫害的防治。
经过本发明的杀虫组合物处理的种子可以被贮藏、管理、播种和耕作。
本发明提供一种防治土壤栖息害虫的方法,包括将本发明的固体杀虫组合物施用至所需土壤。
向土壤中施用药剂的方法,可是包括土壤混合处理、点施处理、条施处理、或灌注处理。例如不稀释直接施用于植物体的根部;将颗粒剂散播到植物体的根部;有效成分掺入植物所在地点,例如以颗粒的形式掺入土壤中(土壤施用),有效成分也可通过根系进入植物内部(内吸作用)。
本发明的固体杀虫组合物可以施用至所需土壤栖息害虫防治的地点,一般是出现植物生长的地点。可以在植物生长期间(例如苗前和/或苗后),种植或播种前,或种植或播种期间及其任何组合的一或多个时机下进行。
可以通过任何适宜的方法施用适宜形式的农药颗粒,其确保农药颗粒渗透土壤,例如苗圃床施用,犁沟施用,土壤浸透,土壤注射,滴灌,掺入土壤(撒施或带施)。
本发明保护对抗土壤栖息害虫和/或土壤传播病害损害或伤害的植物繁殖材料和随后长出的植物器官。还实现对抗种植传播病害的保护。在该情形下,改进了植物的生长特性。
将适宜形式的本发明的杀虫组合物用于植物上的量和频率可以在较大范围内变化,这取决于所使用的类型,特定的农药,土壤的性能,施用方法(苗前或苗后等),待防治的植物或害虫,主要的气候条件,以及取决于施用方法的其他因素,施用时间和目标植物。
可以预期的是通过在种植或播种地点的植物繁殖材料处理和土壤施用的组合方法,本发明有效的防治土壤栖息害虫。
与现有技术相比,本发明至少具有以下有益效果:
本发明的固体杀虫组合物通过植物繁殖材料处理、预备施用和土壤施用可用于防治土壤栖息害虫。
具体实施方式
为便于理解本发明,本发明列举实施例如下。本领域技术人员应该明了,所述实施例仅仅是帮助理解本发明,不应视为对本发明的具体限制。
实施例1 50%氟虫腈粉剂
按配方将各组分充分混合得到混合物,经过气流粉碎使混合物粒径D90<20μm;得到50%氟虫腈粉剂。
实施例2 80%氟虫腈粉剂
按配方将各组分充分混合得到混合物,经过气流粉碎使混合物粒径D90<10μm;得到80%氟虫腈粉剂。
实施例3 20%吡虫啉粉剂
按配方将各组分充分混合得到混合物,经过气流粉碎使混合物粒径D90<5μm;得到20%吡虫啉粉剂。
实施例4 80%氟虫腈粒剂
按配方将各组分充分混合得到混合物,经过气流粉碎使混合物粒径D90<20μm,然后在混合物中加入可挤出糊料的足量水;通过挤压造粒机得到糊料挤出物;干燥该挤出物则得到80%氟虫腈粒剂。
实施例5 20%啶虫脒粉剂
按配方将除聚乙烯醇以外的各组分充分混合得到混合物,经过气流粉碎使混合物粒径D90<3μm;冷却粉碎物后,加入聚乙烯醇得到20%啶虫脒粉剂。
实施例6 5%噻虫嗪粉剂
将配方中除淀粉醚外的各组分充分混合得到混合物,经过气流粉碎使混合物粒径D90<5μm。冷却粉碎物后,加入淀粉醚得到5%噻虫嗪粉剂。
实施例7 2%氟虫腈颗粒剂
将配方中除海泡石外各组分充分混合得到混合物,经过气流粉碎使混合物粒径D90<20μm;粉碎物冷却后加入海泡石;然后在混合物中加入可挤出糊料的足量水;通过挤压造粒机得到糊料挤出物;干燥该挤出物则得到2%氟虫腈颗粒剂。
实施例8 5%呋虫胺颗粒剂
按配方将各组分充分混合得到混合物,经过气流粉碎使混合物粒径D90<20μm,然后在混合物中加入可挤出糊料的足量水;通过挤压造粒机得到糊料挤出物;干燥该挤出物则得到5%呋虫胺颗粒剂。
实施例9 10%啶虫脒颗粒剂
按配方将各组分充分混合得到混合物,经过气流粉碎使混合物粒径D90<20μm,然后在混合物中加入可挤出糊料的足量水;通过挤压造粒机得到糊料挤出物;干燥该挤出物则得到10%啶虫脒颗粒剂。
对照实施例1-9
对照实施例1-9与实施例1-9相比,含有相同量的活性成分和除了遇水溶胀特性的材料以外的助剂和载体;通过载体补足余量。
试验例1生物防效试验
按照混合土壤2:砂1:腐食土1制备试验土壤,每个300mL塑料制容器中装入200g土壤,以规定的浓度添加药剂。每个容器中放10头蛴螬刚孵化的幼虫,黑暗下在25℃恒温静置后,分散开土壤,计数生存的幼虫数并计算杀虫效力,其测试结果如表1所示。

试验例2湿筛试验
含有氟虫腈或烟碱类化合物的杀虫组合物若被不希望的释放至环境中可构成环境安全问题。
本发明的固体杀虫组合物仅适用于通过植物繁殖材料处理、预备施用和土壤施用来防治土壤栖息害虫,不适用于喷雾处理。
本发明通过湿筛试验,测试稀释液通过325目(44μm)的筛子的情况;以评估本发明的固体杀虫组合物被用于喷雾施用的风险。
将实施例1-9和对照实施例1-9的样品用水稀释到规定的浓度下,完全崩解分散在稀释液后,分别通过325目(44μm)的筛子,观察稀释液通过筛子的情况,其结果如表2所示。

由上述结果可以看出,本发明的固体杀虫组合物的水稀释液易被筛网堵塞,易被喷雾器的喷嘴堵塞,被应用于喷雾施用的风险较低。
申请人声明,本发明通过上述实施例来说明本发明的详细工艺设备和工艺流程,但本发明并不局限于上述详细工艺设备和工艺流程,即不意味着本发明必须依赖上述详细工艺设备和工艺流程才能实施。所属技术领域的技术人员应该明了,对本发明的任何改进,对本发明产品各原料的等效替换及辅助成分的添加、具体方式的选择等,均落在本发明的保护范围和公开范围之内。
Claims (14)
1.一种固体杀虫组合物,其含有:
i)0.1%-90%的氟虫腈、噻虫嗪、吡虫啉、噻虫胺、呋虫胺或啶虫脒中的任意一种或至少两种有效成分;
ii)0.1%-50%的具有遇水溶胀特性的材料;
iii)0-80%的表面活性剂和/或载体。
2.根据权利要求1所述的固体杀虫组合物,其特征在于,所述具有遇水溶胀特性的材料选自离子交换树脂、高吸水性树脂、酚醛树脂、纤维素醚、淀粉醚、聚乙烯醇或海泡石中的任意一种或至少两种的组合。
3.根据权利要求1所述的固体杀虫组合物,其特征在于,所述具有遇水溶胀特性的材料占所述固体杀虫组合物以重量计的1%-30%,优选5%-20%。
4.根据权利要求1所述的固体杀虫组合物中,其特征在于,所述有效成分占所述固体杀虫组合物以重量计的1%-80%,优选5%-70%,更优选10%-60%。
5.根据权利要求1所述的固体杀虫组合物,其特征在于,所述有效成分与具有遇水溶胀特性的材料的重量比为20:1-1:20,优选15:1-1:15,更优选10:1-1:10。
6.权利要求1所述的固体杀虫组合物用于防治土壤栖息害虫的用途,其中所述土壤栖息害虫选自昆虫纲(Insecta)、蛛形纲(Arachnida)或线虫纲(Nematoda)中的任意一种或至少两种的组合。
7.根据权利要求6所述的用途,所述土壤栖息害虫选自地老虎、金针虫、根叶甲、金龟子、马铃薯甲虫、跳甲、蛴螬、大蟋蟀或种蝇幼虫中的任意一种或至少两种的组合。
8.一种防治土壤栖息害虫的方法,包括将权利要求1所述的固体杀虫组合物作用于植物繁殖材料。
9.根据权利要求8所述的方法,其特征在于,包括将权利要1所述的固体杀虫组合物作用于植物种子。
10.根据权利要求8所述的方法,其特征在于,所述植物选自棉花、玉米、谷物、蔬菜、三叶草、豆科作物、甘蔗、甜菜、烟草、油菜籽、水果、多年生的植物、向日葵、红花或高粱中的任意一种或至少两种的组合。
11.一种保护种子、幼苗根和枝条以防土壤昆虫侵袭的方法,包括在播种以前和/或催芽以后用有效量的权利要求1所述的固体杀虫组合物处理种子。
12.一种防治土壤栖息害虫的方法,包括将权利要求1所述的杀虫组合物施用至土壤。
13.一种防治土壤栖息害虫的方法,包括:
(i)用有效量的权利要求1所述的固体杀虫组合物处理植物繁殖材料,在用所述固体杀虫组合物处理之后或处理期间种植或播种所述植物繁殖材料;或
(ii)向所需防治的地点施用有效量的权利要求1所述的固体杀虫组合物,在施用所述固体杀虫组合物之前、之后或期间种植或播种植物繁殖材料;或
(iii)向所需防治的地点施用有效量的权利要求1所述的杀虫组合物,在施用所述固体杀虫组合物之前、之后或期间种植或播种植物繁殖材料;并且用有效量的所述固体杀虫组合物处理所述植物繁殖材料。
14.权利要求1所述的固体杀虫组合物的制备方法,包括:
制备方法I:
(A)制备混合物,包括:
i)0.1%-90%的氟虫腈、噻虫嗪、吡虫啉、噻虫胺、呋虫胺、啶虫脒中的任意一种或至少两种有效成分;
ii)0.1%-50%的具有遇水溶胀特性的材料;
iii)0-80%的表面活性剂和/或载体;
(B)制备固体制剂,包括:
(1)粉碎(A)制备的混合物;
(2)冷却(1)粉碎后的混合物得到固体制剂;
或
(1)粉碎(A)制备的混合物;
(2)在上述混合物中加入可挤出糊料的足量水;
(3)通过模子或筛子将在(2)中得到的糊料挤出形成挤出物;
(4)干燥该挤出物得到固体制剂;
或制备方法II:
(A)制备混合物,包括:
i)0.1%-90%的氟虫腈、噻虫嗪、吡虫啉、噻虫胺、呋虫胺、啶虫脒中的任意一种或至少两种有效成分;
ii)0-80%的表面活性剂和/或载体;
(B)制备固体制剂,包括:
(1)粉碎(A)制备的混合物;
(2)冷却(1)粉碎后的混合物;
(3)加入0.1%-50%的具有遇水溶胀特性的材料得到固体制剂;
或
(1)粉碎(A)制备的混合物;
(2)冷却(1)粉碎后的混合物;
(3)加入0.1%-50%的具有遇水溶胀特性的材料;
(4)在(3)中获得混合物中加入可挤出糊料的足量水;
(5)通过模子或筛子将在(4)中得到的糊料挤出形成挤出物;
(6)干燥该挤出物得到固体制剂。
