冲天炉。提供了一种结构简单,方便加工、操作,提高布料均匀性的冲天炉。包括炉体,所述炉体的顶部中间设有进料口,所述进料口的上方设有输送带;所述布料机构设在所述炉体内,所述布料机构包括依次包括呈锥状的漏斗、重锤和一对对称的推板机构,所述漏斗的锥尖向上设置,所述漏斗通过一对连杆一连接在所述炉体的顶部底面;所述重锤通过连杆二连接在所述漏斗的底面中心;所述推板机构包括液压缸和推板,所述液压缸固定设在所述炉体的内壁,所述推板活动设在所述炉体的内壁,所述液压缸作水平动作推动所述推板;一对推板机构中的推板分别对称位于所述重锤的两侧。本发明提高了出棉率,提高岩棉成品的质量。

技术领域
本发明涉及冲天炉的布料机构。
背景技术
冲天炉是岩棉生产中的矿石原料熔融设备,冲天炉内的矿石原料粒径一般不可能都相同,而粒径的大小会影响冲天炉内的助燃风阻力的大小,所以冲天炉投料布料的基本要求是在冲天炉内大小粒径的矿石原料能够均化堆叠。
现有技术中,岩棉生产中的投料布料只是由提升机把矿石提升到冲天炉顶上直接投入到炉子里,因为粒径大些的矿石原料滚动能力大,所以投料后大一些的矿石原料一般堆叠在冲天炉筒体壁周围且偏底层,而小一些粒径矿石物料居于冲天炉中心且偏上部。这使得原料在接近底焦部位熔化速率不一样,影响炉况稳定,出炉熔体流量有较大波动,造成出棉率降低,棉丝粗细不匀,影响岩棉成品质量。
发明内容
本发明针对以上问题,提供了一种结构简单,方便加工、操作,提高布料均匀性的冲天炉。
本发明的技术方案是:包括炉体,所述炉体的顶部中间设有进料口,所述进料口的上方设有输送带;所述布料机构设在所述炉体内,所述布料机构包括依次包括呈锥状的漏斗、重锤和一对对称的推板机构,所述漏斗的锥尖向上设置,所述漏斗通过一对连杆一连接在所述炉体的顶部底面;
所述重锤通过连杆二连接在所述漏斗的底面中心;
所述推板机构包括液压缸和推板,所述液压缸固定设在所述炉体的内壁,所述推板活动设在所述炉体的内壁,所述液压缸作水平动作推动所述推板;
一对推板机构中的推板分别对称位于所述重锤的两侧。
所述推板为漏板。
所述连杆一活动连接在所述炉体的顶部底面。
本发明在炉体的内部设置了布料机构,在工作中,输送带将物料输送至进料口,从进料口落至漏斗,小粒径的物料从漏斗直接落至炉体的底部,大粒径的物料从漏斗漏斗的底面与炉体的内壁之间的间隔落下,在落至推板时,推板在液压缸的推动下,将大粒径物料与重锤相撞,将其粉碎从而落下,提高物料在炉底的熔化速率的稳定性,提高出棉率,提高岩棉成品的质量。

本发明如图1所示,所述冲天炉包括炉体1,所述炉体1的顶部中间设有进料口2,所述进料口2的上方设有输送带3;所述布料机构设在所述炉体1内,所述布料机构包括依次包括呈锥状的漏斗4、重锤8和一对对称的推板机构,所述漏斗4的锥尖向上设置,所述漏斗4通过一对连杆一5连接在所述炉体1的顶部底面;工作中,漏斗的底面与炉体的内壁设有间隔,漏斗便于通过小粒径物料,大粒径物料从间隔从落下,在落至推板时,推板在液压缸的推动下,将大粒径物料与重锤相撞,将其粉碎从而落下。漏斗4的漏孔孔径从中间向外逐渐增大。
所述重锤8通过连杆二9连接在所述漏斗的底面中心;
所述推板机构包括液压缸7和推板6,所述液压缸7固定设在所述炉体的内壁,所述推板6活动设在所述炉体的内壁,所述液压缸7作水平动作推动所述推板6;

所述推板6为漏板,便于通过小粒径的物料,方便操作。
所述连杆一5活动连接在所述炉体的顶部底面,实现柔性连接,提高使用寿命。

1.冲天炉,包括炉体,所述炉体的顶部中间设有进料口,所述进料口的上方设有输送带;其特征在于,所述布料机构设在所述炉体内,所述布料机构包括依次包括呈锥状的漏斗、重锤和一对对称的推板机构,所述漏斗的锥尖向上设置,所述漏斗通过一对连杆一连接在所述炉体的顶部底面;
所述重锤通过连杆二连接在所述漏斗的底面中心;
所述推板机构包括液压缸和推板,所述液压缸固定设在所述炉体的内壁,所述推板活动设在所述炉体的内壁,所述液压缸作水平动作推动所述推板;
一对推板机构中的推板分别对称位于所述重锤的两侧。
