Abstract

本发明公开了一种拆装便捷式警示灯，包括基座(1)、端头盖(2)、灯组(6)、控制线路板(7)，所述基座的开口内侧处设有前内卡槽(8)、其开口下外侧处设有外卡槽(9)，所述基座的后部内设有后内卡槽(11)；在所述基座上、并在灯组与灯组之间装有灯组隔条(5)，该灯组隔条的两端设有隔条卡扣(19)而与基座(1)的前内卡槽(8)相接。本发明利用可左右滑动的灯组隔条覆盖安装而将灯组固定在灯组隔条之间，提高了生产和拆装维修的效率，并且具有一定的防尘效果；使用挡光板支架、挡光板有效阻挡灯组的散光而避免对车内人员造成影响，能满足警示灯具的高技术要求。

拆装便捷式警示灯
技术领域
本发明涉及警示照明领域，尤其是涉及一种警示灯。
背景技术
警示灯通常被应用于警车、救护车以及路政执法车等车辆，其主要起到警示作用。目前，车辆使用的一类警示灯有安装在车辆内部的前挡风玻璃上方，其包括基座、灯组、控制线路板、端头盖等。该警示灯的外部通过开关及开关电源线连接车辆内的点烟器电源而使灯组工作发光，起到一定的警示作用。
受警示灯部件结构和工艺的影响，现有的警示灯的灯组之间有一定间隔，容易堆积灰尘；灯组直接用螺丝固定在基座前部，组装和维修时浪费大量人力，受车辆行驶震动影响而使其牢靠性较低；灯组发光会有部分散射而影响驾驶员的视线，不利于行车安全。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服上述的不足，而提供一种灯组连接紧密、组装维修简便牢靠的拆装便捷式警示灯。
本发明的目的通过如下技术方案来实现：拆装便捷式警示灯，包括基座、端头盖、灯组、控制线路板，所述基座的开口内侧处设有前内卡槽、其开口下外侧处设有外卡槽，所述基座的后部内设有后内卡槽；在所述基座上、并在灯组与灯组之间装有灯组隔条，该灯组隔条的两端设有隔条卡扣而与基座的前内卡槽相接。
所述端头盖的下部设有端头盖卡扣、端头盖卡槽且端头盖卡槽内还设有端头盖定位块；在所述端头盖的下部通过端头盖卡扣、端头盖卡槽装有挡光板支架，在该挡光板支架上装有挡光板。
采用本发明结构后，合理利用可左右滑动的灯组隔条覆盖安装而将灯组固定在灯组隔条之间，无需再使用若干螺丝固定灯组，提高了生产和拆装维修的效率，并且具有一定的防尘效果；合理使用挡光板，有效阻挡灯组的散光而避免对车内人员造成影响，创新使用挡光板支架且缩短了挡光板支架的长度，减轻挡光板支架的重量，避免因其自重导致的下垂变形，能满足警示灯具的高技术要求。

具体实施方式
以下通过附图与实施方式对本发明作进一步的详细描述。
参照图1至图8可知，本发明拆装便捷式警示灯，包括基座1(为“U”字形，在其前部设有定位平面10)、端头盖2、灯组6(若干个)、控制线路板7，所述基座1的开口内侧处设有前内卡槽8(上、下两个)、其开口下外侧处设有外卡槽9，所述基座1的后部内设有后内卡槽11(用于安装控制线路板7)；在所述基座1上、并在灯组与灯组之间装有灯组隔条5，该灯组隔条5的两端设有隔条卡扣19(上、下两个)而与基座1的前内卡槽8相接，所述灯组6的两端设有灯组定位块20(左、右两个)。
如图1、图4、图5、图6所示，所述端头盖以警示灯整体为中心而左右对称(为左、右两个)，为了能有效阻断灯组的散光而消除车内人员的光亮影响，所述端头盖2的下部设有端头盖卡扣12、端头盖卡槽13且端头盖卡槽13内还设有端头盖定位块14；在所述端头盖2的下部通过端头盖卡扣12、端头盖卡槽13装有挡光板支架4，在该挡光板支架4上装有挡光板3。所述挡光板支架4上设有与端头盖卡扣12相配合的支架卡扣16、与端头盖卡槽13相配合的支架卡槽17、与端头盖定位块14相配合的支架定位块18(其在支架卡槽17内)；所述挡光板支架4上的支架卡扣16与基座1的外卡槽9相接，所述挡光板3的两端设有挡光板卡槽15(左、右两个)而与支架定位块18相接。
本发明以基座1为主体，先将所述控制线路板7(控制灯组)推入基座内的后内卡槽11固定，再利用灯组隔条的隔条卡扣19推入基座的前内卡槽8内紧密贴合，使若干个灯组隔条5纵向固定在基座开口处且可横向滑动，再依次将灯组6放在基座的定位平面10上且在每两个灯组隔条5之间，所述灯组6设有灯组定位块20，横向滑动灯组隔条5使其贴紧灯组6的左右两侧且将灯组定位块20覆盖而纵向固定；然后，利用支架卡扣16将挡光板支架推入基座的外卡槽9内紧密贴合，使(多个)挡光板支架4纵向固定在基座1下方且可横向滑动，再将挡光板3一端放在支架卡槽17内且挡光板的挡光板卡槽15卡住支架定位块18，挡光板的另一端放在端头盖卡槽13内且挡光板卡槽15卡住端头盖定位块14，使挡光板3纵向固定在挡光板支架4与端头盖2之间或多个挡光板支架4之间；最后用螺丝将端头盖2固定安装在基座1的两端而横向固定挡光板3和挡光板支架4。
本发明的外部装有开关，若干个灯组连接控制线路板，其通过开关电源线连接车辆内的点烟器电源而使灯组工作发光，起到一定的警示作用。先将控制线路板推入基座后部的后内卡槽，再将若干个灯组隔条贴合推入基座内侧的前内卡槽(内凹式)，依次在灯组隔条之间放入灯组，将灯组两侧的灯组隔条左右滑动而使之贴紧灯组(且将灯组的灯组定位块覆盖在下方)；然后，将挡光板支架推入基座下方外侧的外卡槽(内凹式)，再将挡光板的一端放入挡光板支架的支架卡槽，将挡光板的另一端对准端头盖的端头盖卡槽，最后固定安装基座两端的端头盖。

1.拆装便捷式警示灯，包括基座(1)、端头盖(2)、灯组(6)、控制线路板(7)，其特征在于：所述基座(1)的开口内侧处设有前内卡槽(8)、其开口下外侧处设有外卡槽(9)，所述基座(1)的后部内设有后内卡槽(11)；在所述基座(1)上、并在灯组与灯组之间装有灯组隔条(5)，该灯组隔条(5)的两端设有隔条卡扣(19)而与基座(1)的前内卡槽(8)相接。
2.如权利要求1所述的拆装便捷式警示灯，其特征在于：所述端头盖(2)的下部设有端头盖卡扣(12)、端头盖卡槽(13)且端头盖卡槽(13)内还设有端头盖定位块(14)；在所述端头盖(2)的下部通过端头盖卡扣(12)、端头盖卡槽(13)装有挡光板支架(4)，在该挡光板支架(4)上装有挡光板(3)。
3.如权利要求2所述的拆装便捷式警示灯，其特征在于：所述挡光板支架(4)上设有与端头盖卡扣(12)相配合的支架卡扣(16)、与端头盖卡槽(13)相配合的支架卡槽(17)、与端头盖定位块(14)相配合的支架定位块(18)；所述挡光板支架(4)上的支架卡扣(16)与基座(1)的外卡槽(9)相接，所述挡光板(3)的两端设有挡光板卡槽(15)而与支架定位块(18)相接。
