本发明提出了一种耐油进气歧管谐振腔,所述进气歧管谐振腔采用耐油橡胶制成,该耐油橡胶含有以下组分及重量份:四丙氟橡胶100份,硬脂酸铅1份,过氧化二异丙苯2份,过氧化叔丁基己烷1.5份,三烯丙基异氰脲酸酯8份,炭黑N33020份,二氧化锡0-15份。本发明的耐油进气歧管谐振腔采用耐油橡胶制成,具有良好的物理、化学性能,进一步提高设备整体的可靠性和使用寿命。

技术领域
本发明涉及汽车配件领域,特别涉及一种发动机进气歧管。
背景技术
在我国,汽车行业和塑料制造工艺的发展突飞猛进,金属制作的发动机配件逐渐被以进气歧管为代表的塑料制作的发动机配件取代,作为发动机最关键的部件之一,进气歧管在汽车行业取得了广泛的应用,它的核心功能是为发动机各缸提供充分均匀的混合气,是影响发动机力性和油耗的关键因素。
如何用合适的塑料材料代替现有的金属制作发动机进气歧管,是目前亟待解决的问题。
发明内容
为解决上述现有技术的不足,本发明提出一种耐油进气歧管谐振腔。
本发明的技术方案是这样实现的:
一种耐油进气歧管谐振腔,各个进气歧管支管3上端节气阀1与进气歧管谐振腔2连通,各个进气歧管支管3下部出气口通过连接法兰4分别与各气缸缸盖连接,还包括气轨5和多个气轨连接支管6,气轨连接支管6与进气歧管支管3一一对应,气轨5通过气轨连接支管6与各个进气歧管支管3的下端连通;
所述进气歧管谐振腔由耐油橡胶制成,该耐油橡胶含有以下组分及重量份:四丙氟橡胶100份,硬脂酸铅1份,过氧化二异丙苯2份,过氧化叔丁基己烷1.5份,三烯丙基异氰脲酸酯8份,炭黑N33020份,二氧化锡0-15份。
可选地,所述的二氧化锡属于纳米级别。
本发明的有益效果是:
(1)具有良好的物理、化学性能,介电性能良好;
(2)进一步提高设备整体的可靠性和使用寿命。

如图1所示,采用本发明耐油谐振腔的一种进气歧管,包括进气歧管谐振腔1、进气歧管谐振腔2、多个进气歧管支管3和连接法兰4,各个进气歧管支管3上端节气阀1与进气歧管谐振腔2连通,各个进气歧管支管3下部出气口通过连接法兰4分别与各气缸缸盖连接,还包括气轨5和多个气轨连接支管6,气轨连接支管6与进气歧管支管3一一对应,气轨5通过气轨连接支管6与各个进气歧管支管3的下端连通。
所述进气歧管谐振腔由耐油橡胶制成,该耐油橡胶含有以下组分及重量份:四丙氟橡胶100份,硬脂酸铅1份,过氧化二异丙苯2份,过氧化叔丁基己烷1.5份,三烯丙基异氰脲酸酯8份,炭黑N33020份,二氧化锡0-15份。
本发明的耐油进气歧管谐振腔采用耐油橡胶制成,具有良好的物理、化学性能,进一步提高整体的设备的可靠性。

1.一种耐油进气歧管谐振腔,各个进气歧管支管(3)上端节气阀(1)与进气歧管谐振腔(2)连通,各个进气歧管支管(3)下部出气口通过连接法兰(4)分别与各气缸缸盖连接,还包括气轨(5)和多个气轨连接支管(6),气轨连接支管(6)与进气歧管支管(3)一一对应,气轨(5)通过气轨连接支管(6)与各个进气歧管支管(3)的下端连通;其特征在于,
所述进气歧管谐振腔由耐油橡胶制成,该耐油橡胶含有以下组分及重量份:四丙氟橡胶100份,硬脂酸铅1份,过氧化二异丙苯2份,过氧化叔丁基己烷1.5份,三烯丙基异氰脲酸酯8份,炭黑N33020份,二氧化锡0-15份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的耐油进气歧管谐振腔,其特征在于,所述的二氧化锡属于纳米级别。
