Abstract

本发明公开了一种耐臭氧耐磨耗橡胶,其成分中含有下列物质:丁腈33橡胶、氯丁橡胶、天然橡胶、辛基酚醛树脂、氧化锌、氧化镁、石蜡、硬脂酸、N-环己基-N-苯基对苯二胺、2,2,4-三甲基1,2-二氢化喹啉、炭黑N330、炭黑N660、邻苯二甲酸二丁酯、N-环己基-2-苯并噻唑次磺酰胺、二硫化二苯并噻唑、硫磺。与现有技术相比,本发明在50pphm浓度臭氧中拉伸20%,经40℃×72h老化,在2倍放大镜下观察未见裂纹,耐臭氧性能较好;辊筒磨耗小于100mm3,耐磨性能较好。

耐臭氧耐磨耗橡胶
 技术领域
     本发明涉及一种橡胶,具体说是一种用于海洋排吸油胶管外覆层的耐臭氧耐磨耗橡胶。
 背景技术
 海洋排吸油胶管外覆层是胶管的保护面,对所用橡胶的耐臭氧、耐老化性能有一定要求,要求这种橡胶在50pphm浓度臭氧中拉伸20%,经40℃×72h老化,在2倍放大镜下观察未见裂纹,耐臭氧性能较好;辊筒磨耗小于250mm3,耐磨性能较好。传统橡胶的耐臭氧性能和耐磨耗性能达不到这个要求,因而不能用于海洋排吸油胶管外覆层的制造。
发明内容
为了克服上述不足,本发明的目的是提供一种耐臭氧耐磨耗橡胶,该橡胶在50pphm浓度臭氧中拉伸20%,经40℃×72h老化,在2倍放大镜下观察未见裂纹,辊筒磨耗小于100mm3,可以满足海洋排吸油胶管外覆层的性能要求。
本发明的目的通过以下技术方案实现:
一种耐臭氧耐磨耗橡胶,该橡胶含有以下质量分的物质:
丁腈33橡胶                              15-25

本发明的橡胶制备方法与现有的制备方法相同。
本发明在50pphm浓度臭氧中拉伸20%,经40℃×72h老化,在2倍放大镜下观察未见裂纹,辊筒磨耗小于100mm3,可以满足海洋排吸油胶管外覆层的性能要求。

实施例1
一种耐臭氧耐磨耗橡胶,该橡胶含有以下质量分的物质:

其中,丁腈橡胶为台湾南帝产1032丁腈橡胶,氯丁橡胶为重庆长寿化工有限责任公司产CR1221橡胶,天然橡胶为由越南进口的3L橡胶。辛基酚醛树脂为无锡宾王化工厂产,氧化锌为扬州振中锌业有限公司产,硬脂酸为印尼PALMATA  1801公司产,石蜡为中石化南阳能源化工有限公司生产,N-异丙基-N′-苯基对苯二胺为南京化学工业有限公司生产,2,2,4-三甲基1,2-二氢化喹啉为天津科迈化工有限公司生产,炭黑N660为江西黑猫炭黑股份有限公司生产,邻苯二甲酸二丁酯为苏州市金运化工有限公司生产,N-环己基-2-苯并噻唑次磺酰胺由天津拉勃助剂公司生产,二硫化二苯并噻唑由天津拉勃助剂公司生产,硫磺为镇江润旺化工公司生产。
以上配方制作的橡胶按本发明生产的混炼橡胶,在50pphm浓度臭氧中拉伸20%,经40℃×72h老化,在2倍放大镜下观察未见裂纹,耐臭氧性能较好;辊筒磨耗小于70mm3,耐磨性能较好。

又一种耐臭氧耐磨耗橡胶,该橡胶含有以下质量分的物质:
