Abstract

本发明公开了一种幕墙,由固定于楼宇表面的多个幕墙单元体拼接形成,该幕墙通过多个横向布置的托垫机构隔离出若干填充区,多个幕墙单元体填充于该填充区内并与托垫机构构建出一平整面,所述托垫机构包括固定于楼宇表面并可沿一水平线相对于幕墙单元体表面向外翻出的托架、用于驱动该托架向外翻出的电机以及固定于托架内的气垫;所述电机响应于一内置有加速度传感器的感应装置输出的检测信号以驱动托架向外翻出,所述感应装置在检测到加速度大于一设定值时输出该检测信号,该设定值小于9.7。本发明提供的一种幕墙,在检测到清洁工坠落时可将托垫机构向外翻出,通过气垫将其接住,将危险降低。

技术领域
本发明涉及幕墙,特别涉及一种在人工清洁时具有高安全系数的玻璃幕墙。
背景技术
幕墙是建筑物的外墙护围,不承重,像幕布一样挂在建筑物的墙体上,故又称为悬挂墙,它是现在大型和高层建筑常用的带有装饰效果的轻质墙体。
幕墙的清洗工作非常危险,目前大多数建筑物都还是采用人工清洗的方式,清洁工通过悬挂的站板或者直接被悬挂于外面,一旦吊绳出现断裂等意外事故,就会导致清洁工坠落身亡。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种幕墙,在检测到清洁工坠落时可将托垫机构向外翻出,通过气垫将其接住,将危险降低。
为实现上述技术方案,本发明提供如下技术方案:
一种幕墙,由固定于楼宇表面的多个幕墙单元体拼接形成,该幕墙通过多个横向布置的托垫机构隔离出若干填充区,多个幕墙单元体填充于该填充区内并与托垫机构构建出一平整面,
所述托垫机构包括固定于楼宇表面并可沿一水平线相对于幕墙单元体表面向外翻出的托架、用于驱动该托架向外翻出的电机以及固定于托架内的气垫;
所述电机响应于一内置有加速度传感器的感应装置输出的检测信号以驱动托架向外翻出,所述感应装置在检测到加速度大于一设定值时输出该检测信号,该设定值小于9.7。
通过采取上述技术方案,清洁工在幕墙时将感应装置佩戴在身上,当吊绳断裂致使清洁工坠落,清洁工与感应装置的加速度均达到9.7,大于设定值,此时托垫机构向外翻出,使清洁工落在气垫上。

具体实施方式
以下结合附图对本发明作进一步详细说明。
参照图1,一种幕墙,由固定于楼宇表面的多个幕墙单元体1拼接形成,该幕墙通过多个横向布置的托垫机构2隔离出若干填充区3,多个幕墙单元体1填充于该填充区3内并与托垫机构2构建出一平整面。
参照图2,托垫机构2包括固定于楼宇表面并可沿一水平线相对于幕墙单元体1表面向外翻出的托架21、用于驱动该托架21向外翻出的电机22以及固定于托架21内的气垫23;电机22响应于一内置有加速度传感器的感应装置(图中未示出)输出的检测信号以驱动托架21向外翻出,感应装置在检测到加速度大于一设定值时输出该检测信号,该设定值小于9.7(之所以使设定值小于9.7,是因为在地球赤道附近的重力加速度最小,约为9.780m/s²)。其中将设定值设为6。
这样,清洁工在幕墙时将感应装置佩戴在身上,当吊绳断裂致使清洁工坠落,清洁工与感应装置的加速度均达到9.7,大于设定值6,此时托垫机构2向外翻出,此过程类似于古代城门打开。这样,可使清洁工落在气垫23上。另外,由于各地的重力加速度存在偏差,将设定值设为6可确保在清洁工坠落时将托垫机构2向外翻出。另外,感应装置与电机22通过通讯模块无线连接,像通过一个数字信号使电机22转动一定行程的控制方式、以及通过通讯模块建立无线连接数据传输方式均为本领域技术人员的公知常识,此处不再细述。
其中,位于最上方的托垫机构2距楼宇顶部的距离为6m,相邻两个托垫机构2的间距小于6m,托架21由初始状态至完全向外翻出状态(图2中左侧的一个托架21处于初始状态,右侧的一个托架21处于完全向外翻出状态)所需时间小于1s;沿楼宇高度方向由上至下,相邻两个托垫机构2的间距逐一减小,多个托架21机构响应于该检测信号同时向外翻出。
6m约为两个楼层的高度(一个楼层计为3m),此高度对于人类来说是一个安全的坠落距离,如上设置相邻两个托垫机构2的间距,可确保清洁工安全地落在气垫23上,托架21在1s内即可由初始状态变到完全向外翻出状态,是依据s=1/2*g*t²(为计算方便,取g=10),求得清洁工由6m坠落至地所需时间约为1.09s,另外,即使清洁工因坠落速度过大而冲破气垫23,或者离清洁工最近的气垫23未能将其接住,也可通过相邻的下一个气垫23将其接住,确保安全。
其中,托架21沿的宽度大于2m,可优选为3m,相应地,固定在托架21内的气垫23的宽度也为3m,这样的宽度足以防止清洁工落在气垫23上时向外弹出,确保安全。

Claims (2)

1.一种幕墙,由固定于楼宇表面的多个幕墙单元体(1)拼接形成,其特征在于该幕墙通过多个横向布置的托垫机构(2)隔离出若干填充区(3),多个幕墙单元体(1)填充于该填充区(3)内并与托垫机构(2)构建出一平整面,
所述托垫机构(2)包括固定于楼宇表面并可沿一水平线相对于幕墙单元体(1)表面向外翻出的托架(21)、用于驱动该托架(21)向外翻出的电机(22)以及固定于托架(21)内的气垫(23);
所述电机响应于一内置有加速度传感器的感应装置输出的检测信号以驱动托架向外翻出,所述感应装置在检测到加速度大于一设定值时输出该检测信号,该设定值小于9.7;
位于最上方的托垫机构(2)距楼宇顶部的距离为6m,相邻两个托垫机构(2)的间距小于6m,所述托架(21)由初始状态至完全向外翻出状态所需时间小于1s;
所述托架(21)的宽度大于2m。
2.根据权利要求1所述的幕墙,其特征在于沿楼宇高度方向由上至下,相邻两个托垫机构(2)的间距逐一减小,多个托垫机构(2)响应于该检测信号同时向外翻出。
