技术领域
本发明涉及沙发布阻燃成品发泡胶及其制备方法,属于沙发布用阻燃剂技术领域。
技术背景
随着时代的发展与进步,人们对纺织材料性能的要求不断提高。对于沙发布的阻燃性能,目前国内外产业界都较为日益关注。
申请号为CN201220482772.X实用新型公开了一种复合阻燃沙发布,主要是从纤维交织结构角度做设计,但是对于沙发布的阻燃尤其是成碳封孔缺乏技术方案,其对于保护沙发布下面的非阻燃海绵无能为力。
一般出口英国等地的沙发布都必须通过BS5852-2006阻燃测试标准,现有的沙发布的阻燃都是采用气相阻燃,测试容易产生破洞,引燃海绵,无法通过BS5852测试。另一种阻燃工艺是采用直刮工艺,工艺简单,但是很多沙发布往往布纹比较粗,容易使浆料渗透到布缝隙中,导致加工的成品手感非常硬,无法达到客户要求。发泡胶经过烘箱烘干后胶水在织物表面形成中空的发泡层,能够产生非常柔软的效果。因此如何研发一款具有阻燃效果的沙发布发泡胶,成为了业界亟待解决的课题。
发明内容
本发明目的在于,提供一种沙发布阻燃成品发泡胶及其制备方法。本发明不仅具有优越阻燃效果,适合不同纹路的沙发布种,而且使用本发明的沙发布柔软度也得到了大幅度地提高。

前述的沙发布阻燃成品发泡胶的制备方法,该方法是先向搅拌釜中加入100份水性成膜树脂,将转速调至300-500转/每分钟,搅拌10分钟,然后依次加入溴系阻燃剂、磷系阻燃剂、阻燃协效剂、金属水合物,搅拌均匀后,缓慢加入稳泡剂、交联剂和水,调节固含量至50±1%,采用碱溶胀增稠剂和氨水调节粘度1000-5000CPS,pH值7-9,即得成品发泡胶。
与现有技术比较,本发明具有良好的阻燃效果,适合各种纹路的布种,阻燃可以明显优于BS5852阻燃测试标准;产用本发明的沙发布柔软度也得到了大幅度地提高。经阻燃试验,参考英国BS5852阻燃测试标准1号火焰,测试时间20秒;观察20秒后火焰的续燃情况;要求火焰离开之后布面火焰2分钟离开。试验结果显示,使用本发明的沙发布布面现象成膜成碳,火焰现象为离火即熄灭,说明阻燃效果非常优越,而且使用本发明的沙发布的柔软度也通过相关标准。
具体实施方式
实施例1:沙发布阻燃成品发泡胶,按质量份主要包括以下原料;水性丙烯酸树脂50份,水性聚氨酯树脂50份,多聚磷酸铵15份,氢氧化镁35份,十溴二苯乙烷40份,三氧化二锑10份,封端聚醚异氰酸酯4份,硬脂酸铵20份,水80份。在上述原料的基础上,本发明还包括调节粘度的碱溶胀丙烯酸增稠剂适量和氨水适量,碱溶胀丙烯酸增稠剂和氨水可以根据粘度的要求,按常规技术获取加入量的多少。
上述的沙发布阻燃成品发泡胶的制备方法,先向搅拌釜中加入水性丙烯酸树脂和水性聚氨酯树脂,将转速调至300-500转/每分钟,搅拌10分钟,然后依次加入溴系阻燃剂、磷系阻燃剂、阻燃协效剂、金属水合物,搅拌均匀后,缓慢加入稳泡剂、交联剂和水,调节固含量至50±1%,采用碱溶胀增稠剂和氨水调节粘度1000-5000CPS,pH值7-9,即得成品发泡胶。
实施例2:沙发布阻燃成品发泡胶,按质量份主要包括以下原料;水性丙烯酸树脂90份,多聚磷酸铵20份,金属水合氧化物40份,十溴二苯乙烷20份,三氧化二锑7份,封端聚醚异氰酸酯4份,硬脂酸铵10份,水70份。
上述的沙发布阻燃成品发泡胶的制备方法,先向搅拌釜中加入水性丙烯酸树脂和水性聚氨酯树脂,将转速调至300-500转/每分钟,搅拌10分钟,然后依次加入溴系阻燃剂、磷系阻燃剂、阻燃协效剂、金属水合物,搅拌均匀后,缓慢加入稳泡剂、交联剂和水,调节固含量至50±1%,采用碱溶胀增稠剂和氨水调节粘度1000-5000CPS,pH值7-9,即得成品发泡胶。
实施例3:沙发布阻燃成品发泡胶,按质量份主要包括以下原料;水性聚氨酯115份,多聚磷酸铵20份,氢氧化铝30份,十溴二苯乙烷20份,氧化锌7份,氮丙啶交联剂4份,硬脂酸钠10份,水60份。
上述的沙发布阻燃成品发泡胶的制备方法,先向搅拌釜中加入水性丙烯酸树脂和水性聚氨酯树脂,将转速调至300-500转/每分钟,搅拌10分钟,然后依次加入溴系阻燃剂、磷系阻燃剂、阻燃协效剂、金属水合物,搅拌均匀后,缓慢加入稳泡剂、交联剂和水,调节固含量至50±1%,采用碱溶胀增稠剂和氨水调节粘度1000-5000CPS,pH值7-9,即得成品发泡胶。
实施例4:申请人对使用了实施例1、2和3中的阻燃成品发泡胶的沙发布作了阻燃性和柔软度测试,测试结果如下:
测试结果显示,与常规沙发布发泡胶相比,本发明的产品在柔软度和阻燃性方面均效果显著。
Claims (10)
1.沙发布阻燃成品发泡胶,其特征在于:按质量份主要包括以下原料;
水性成膜树脂90-120份;
磷系阻燃剂15-30份;
金属水合物20-40份;
溴系阻燃剂20-50份;
阻燃协效剂5-10份;
交联剂1-5份;
稳泡剂10-20份;
水50-120份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的沙发布阻燃成品发泡胶,其特征在于:按质量份主要包括以下原料;
水性成膜树脂100份;
磷系阻燃剂15份;
金属水合物35份;
溴系阻燃剂40份;
阻燃协效剂10份;
交联剂4份;
稳泡剂20份;
水80份。
3.根据权利要求1所述的沙发布阻燃成品发泡胶,其特征在于:所述的水性成膜树脂为水性丙烯酸树脂和/或水性聚氨酯树脂。
4.根据权利要求1所述的沙发布阻燃成品发泡胶,其特征在于:所述的磷系阻燃剂为多聚磷酸铵。
5.根据权利要求1所述的沙发布阻燃成品发泡胶,其特征在于:所述的金属水合物为氢氧化镁和/或氢氧化铝。
6.根据权利要求1所述的沙发布阻燃成品发泡胶,其特征在于:所述的溴系阻燃剂为十溴二苯乙烷。
7.根据权利要求1所述的沙发布阻燃成品发泡胶,其特征在于:所述的阻燃协效剂为三氧化二锑和/或氧化锌。
8.根据权利要求1所述的沙发布阻燃成品发泡胶,其特征在于:所述的交联剂为封端聚醚异氰酸酯和/或氮丙啶交联剂。
9.根据权利要求1所述的沙发布阻燃成品发泡胶,其特征在于:所述的稳泡剂为硬脂酸铵和/或硬脂酸钠。
10.根据权利要求1至9任一项所述的沙发布阻燃成品发泡胶的制备方法,其特征在于:先向搅拌釜中加入水性成膜树脂,将转速调至300-500转/每分钟,搅拌10分钟,然后依次加入溴系阻燃剂、磷系阻燃剂、阻燃协效剂、金属水合物,搅拌均匀后,缓慢加入稳泡剂、交联剂和水,调节固含量至50±1%,采用碱溶胀增稠剂和氨水调节粘度1000-5000CPS,pH值7-9,即得成品发泡胶。
