本发明公开了一种硅橡胶电缆绝缘套制配方法,它由以下原料组成:按分量计取,硅橡胶绝缘层30-60份、相容剂22-36份、抗氧剂10-20份、醋酸乙烯共聚物12-28份、天然橡胶STR2030-36份、硫化剂30-32份、32#机油12-13份、促进剂TMTD6-9份、促进剂ZDC12-18份、促进剂DM22-25份、硫化剂VA-750-56份、防老剂MB9-12份、防老剂DNP10-11份、EVA树脂6-12份、无水氯化锂33-36份、聚氯乙烯40-60份、氢氧化镁10-15份、三氧化二锑15-35份、纳米粘土30-33、硅烷偶联剂38-46份、硬脂酸钡18-20份、氢氧化铝30-40份、阻燃体系60-70份。本发明还涉及硅橡胶绝缘风电电机引接软电缆的制备方法。本发明具有能提高电缆的硅橡胶绝缘层机械性能和耐磨性的优点。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种硅橡胶电缆绝缘套制配方法。
背景技术
目前电缆主要用于风力发电电机锭子连接和转子连接,其主要由铜导体和挤包在铜导体外表的硅橡胶绝缘层,其中硅橡胶绝缘层由单体硅橡胶通过挤出,硫化工艺制成,由于硅橡胶本身机械性能差,使制成的电缆在使用时硅橡胶绝缘层很容易出现刮伤和开裂,特别是在用作双馈电机转子连线时,转子运转对硅橡胶绝缘层的磨损非常大,很容易使硅橡胶绝缘层破损,从而引起断路导致事故发生,造成风电电机每台约100万元的高额返修成本。
鉴于以上现有技术中存在的缺陷,有必要将其进一步改进,使其更具备实用性,才能符合实际使用情况。
发明内容
为了克服上述现有技术的缺陷,本发明的目的是提供一种硅橡胶电缆绝缘套制配方法。
发明是采取以下技术方案来实现的:一种硅橡胶电缆绝缘套制配方法,它由以下原料组成:按分量计取,硅橡胶绝缘层30-60份、相容剂22-36份、抗氧剂10-20份、醋酸乙烯共聚物12-28份、天然橡胶STR2030-36份、硫化剂30-32份、32#机油12-13份、促进剂TMTD6-9份、促进剂ZDC12-18份、促进剂DM22-25份、硫化剂VA-750-56份、防老剂MB9-12份、防老剂DNP10-11份、EVA树脂6-12份、无水氯化锂33-36份、聚氯乙烯40-60份、氢氧化镁10-15份、三氧化二锑15-35份、纳米粘土30-33、硅烷偶联剂38-46份、硬脂酸钡18-20份、氢氧化铝30-40份、阻燃体系60-70份。

本发明的有益效果:本发明通过对配方调整,对电缆料有一定的补强作用,可提高电缆料的定伸应力、硬度、强度和耐磨性。本发明生产出来的导电屏蔽料不仅具有优良的机械物理性能、剥离力、导电性能,而且同时还具有良好的耐高低温性、耐腐蚀性、耐水性、耐磨性、耐臭氧、耐老化等优点,经久耐用,完全能够满足高压矿用橡套软电缆的要求。
