本发明是可延长鲜切花开放寿命时间的陶质小球、插花陶器制作法,包括如下步骤:1)将40cc稻壳炭粉、20g粉煤灰、100g凹凸棒粘土搅拌成混合物;2)将混合物捏制成小球和插花容器,小球形状与丸子相似,直径6-8毫米;3)成形的小球和插花容器,放入电気窑中温度700℃~800℃,经过2小时左右烧制成陶质小球和插花陶器。优点:1)在插花陶器内放水、插鲜切花,可以省略鲜切花换水的需要,鲜切花保持比以前延长两倍以上的开放时间。2)陶质小球和插花陶器制作简单,使用方便。3)插花陶器可以重复使用。4)稻壳炭的原料为稻壳,属于废弃物的资源化利用。使用稻壳炭,对农林固废稻壳进行再利用,可以减少环境污染。

本发明涉及的是一种可延长鲜切花开放寿命时间的陶质小球、插花陶器的制作方法,插花陶器内放水,并在水里插入鲜切花,可延长鲜切花的开放寿命时间;属于鲜花培植技术领域。
背景技术
现有技术,为了维持鲜切花的开放寿命而频繁的换水,并且是不扰动鲜切花的造型而进行换水,乃是件非常麻烦的事,市面上的抽吸换水装置体积大、操作复杂、还有出现存放放置场所等问题。频繁的换水给人带来麻烦,也容易忘记换水。为了维持鲜切花的开放寿命,如今也发明了许多活性保持剂,但是这些活性保持剂的价格昂贵,每次在换水的时候会产生浪费。
发明内容
本发明提出的是一种可延长鲜切花开放寿命时间的陶质小球、插花陶器的制作方法,其目的旨在凹凸棒粘土中添加稻壳炭与粉煤灰,混合搅拌烧制得到的插花陶器,在插花陶器内放水、插入鲜切花,不用换水就可以长时间维持鲜切花的开放寿命。
本发明的技术解决方案:一种可延长鲜切花开放寿命时间的陶质小球、插花陶器的制作方法,包括如下步骤:
1)将40cc稻壳炭粉、20g粉煤灰、100g凹凸棒粘土搅拌成混合物;
2)将混合物捏制成小球和插花容器,小球形状与丸子相似,直径6-8毫米;
3)成形的小球和插花容器,放入电気窑中温度700℃~800℃,经过2小时左右烧制成种可延长鲜切花开放寿命时间的陶质小球、插花陶器的制作方法和插花陶器。

具体实施方式
一种可延长鲜切花开放寿命时间的陶质小球、插花陶器的制作方法,包括:
1)将40cc稻壳炭粉、20g粉煤灰、100g凹凸棒粘土搅拌成混合物;
2)将混合物捏制成小球和插花容器,小球形状与丸子相似,直径6-8毫米;
3)成形的小球和插花容器,放入电気窑中温度700℃~800℃,经过2小时左右烧制成陶质小球和插花陶器。
在插花陶器中装入150毫升的水、10颗陶质小球,插入适当量的鲜切花,结果使用配料的陶器可以保持鲜切花至少6日不枯萎,而一般情况玻璃花瓶中3日就枯萎了;插花陶器中装入350毫升的水,插入若干鲜切花,放入陶质小球至陶器口,不换水直至花枯萎。调查结果显示,第一批鲜切花枯萎是10天,第二批是12天,第3批是12天,因此本申请长期不换水也可增长鲜切花的开放寿命,是有效果的。
然而,若在陶器中装入150毫升的水,将40毫升稻壳炭直接放入鲜切花的玻璃花瓶中,2日就枯萎了;在陶器中装入150毫升的水,将100克凹凸棒粘土直接放入鲜切花的玻璃花瓶中,3日就枯萎了;在陶器中装入150毫升的水,将100克粉煤灰直接放入鲜切花的玻璃花瓶中,3日就枯萎了。

1.可延长鲜切花开放寿命时间的陶质小球、插花陶器的制作方法,其特征是包括如下步骤:
1)将40cc稻壳炭粉、20g粉煤灰、100g凹凸棒粘土搅拌成混合物;
2)将混合物捏制成小球和插花容器,小球形状与丸子相似,直径6-8毫米;
3)成形的小球和插花容器,放入电気窑中温度700℃~800℃,经过2小时左右烧制成陶质小球和插花陶器。
