Abstract

The invention discloses a flower arrangement pottery and a pottery ball which can prolong the service life of fresh cut flowers. Rice husk charcoal powder, fly ash and attapulgite clay are mixed according to the volume and weight ratio, fired into pottery balls and flower arrangement pottery, filled with a certain amount of water, flowers are inserted into the flower arrangement pottery, and then a proper amount of pottery balls are added, so that the active preservative for fresh cut flowers can be no longer used, and the opening life of fresh cut flowers can be prolonged by simply filling water in the pottery. -1/1 flowers -2 wate Figure-1

Flower arrangement pottery and pottery ball capable of prolonging the service life of fresh cut flowers
Technical field
The invention aims to prolong the opening life time of fresh cut flowers.
BACKGROUND ART
In the past, in order to maintain the opening life of fresh cut flowers, water was changed frequently. After a period of time, it would be too troublesome to forget to change water. It is very troublesome to change water without disturbing the shape of fresh cut flowers. The suction and water change devices on the market are large in volume and complicated to operate, and there are also problems of storage and placement places. In order to maintain the opening life of fresh cut flowers, many active retaining agents have also been invented, but these active retaining agents are expensive and waste will be generated every time water is changed. Contents of the invention
According to the invention, fresh cut flowers are inserted into water, high-priced drugs such as active retaining agents are no longer used, water is simply filled into a container, flowers are arranged, and the opening life of fresh cut flowers can be maintained for a long time without changing water.
The embodiment of the invention is realized in this way. After repeated practical research, rice husk carbon and fly ash are added to attapulgite clay, mixed, stirred and fired to obtain a flower arrangement pottery, thus finding a way to solve the problem.
The flower arrangement pottery made according to the ingredients and the method of the invention can omit the need for fresh cut flowers to change water, and can prolong the opening time of fresh cut flowers by more than twice as long as before. In addition, the pottery can be reused.
The raw material of rice husk charcoal is rice husk, which is one of a large number of agricultural and forestry solid wastes and belongs to the resource utilization of wastes. According to the invention, rice husk carbon is used to reuse agricultural and forestry solid waste rice husk, which can reduce environmentalpollution.
Description of the drawings
FIG. 1 is a schematic structural diagram of the present invention.
DETAILED DESCRIPTION
40cc of rice husk carbon power, 20g of fly ash and 1OOg of attapulgite clay are stirred and mix.
In the second step, the mixing and stirring materials in the first step are kneaded into small balls and flower arrangement containers, the shape of the small balls is similar to that of balls, and the diameter is 6-8mm.
The small balls and flower arrangement containers formed in the third and second steps are put into an electric kiln at a temperature of 700-800 DEG C, and fired into pottery small balls and flower arrangement pottery after about 2 hours. If the temperature for firing pottery is appropriate, firewood kilns can also be used. Comparison 1. As shown in Fig. 1, the flower arrangement pottery made of mixed rice husk charcoal ingredients is filled with 150 ml of water, 10 ceramic balls and an appropriate amount of fresh cut flowers. As a result, the pottery with ingredients can keep the fresh cut flowers from withering for at least 6 days, while the glass vase will wither for 3 days.
Comparison 2: 150 milliliters of water are put into pottery and 40 milliliters of rice husk charcoal are directly put into glass vases of fresh cut flowers, which will wither on the 2nd.
Comparison 3: 150ml of water is put into the pottery, 100g of attapulgite clay is directly put into the glass vase of fresh cut flowers, and it will wither on the 3rd.
Comparison 4: 150 milliliters of water are put into pottery and 100 grams of fly ash are directly put into glass vases of fresh cut flowers, which will wither on the 3rd.
Comparison 5. Flower arrangement pottery is filled with 350 milliliters of water, some fresh cut flowers are inserted, and pottery balls are put into the pottery mouth without changing water until the flowers wither. The investigation results show that the first batch of fresh cut flowers wither for 10 days, the second batch for 12 days and the third batch for 12 days. Therefore, the ingredients and manufacturing process for making pottery of the invention are effective for prolonging the opening life of fresh cut flowers without changing water for a long time.
The pottery ball and flower arrangement pottery obtained by firing the rice husk charcoal mixture of the invention have no such invention before, and can prolong the opening service life time of fresh cut flowers by the simplest method, thus obtaining good effects.

Claims (2)

  1. Claims 1. The pottery ball and flower arrangement pottery obtained by firing the rice husk charcoal mixture can prolong the opening service life time of fresh cut flowers by the simplest method and obtain good effects.
  2. 2. That invention use the rice husk charcoal to reuse the agricultural and forestry solid waste rice husk, which can reduce environmental pollution.
