背景技术
在铸造领域,为便于追踪产品流传工艺,需要对每个铸件打下批号,传统方法是手工锤打,但不整齐;引进的数控打码机是手工卡装,应紧配无松动,难操作,效率太低,工人不愿用。
发明内容
本申请针对以上问题,提供一种打码机工装,易操作。
按照本申请的技术方案:一种打码机工装,其特征是,包括可调定位机构、气动压紧机构、触控机构;
所述可调定位机构,包括在打码机底座3上设置有气动座架4、可调靠山座架5、可调台座9;
所述气动压紧机构,包括在气动座架4的两侧上设置有压紧气缸7;
所述触控机构包括在压紧气缸7的气缸杆头前设置有压控开关8,在靠山头前设置有靠触开关6,在可调台上设置有压触开关10;
本申请的技术效果在于:采用设置于打码机底座上的可调靠山座架、可调台座满足铸件打码的深度尺寸、高度尺寸之要求;采用设置于气动座架上的压紧气缸对铸件进行压紧固定,替代原手工卡装,应紧配的工序;采用设置于靠山头前的靠触开关、可调台上设置的压触开关、气缸杆头前设置的压控开关对铸件触碰到靠触开关后自动压紧,自动打码,自动松开,方便操作提高了生产率。
