Abstract
本发明公开了一种夜光板及其制备方法。所述夜光板由水泥层和夜光物质层组成,夜光物质层镶嵌有夜光物质颗粒和彩色石子。本发明制备的夜光板能够在没有灯光的环境中起到照明作用,节省电能,且在白天有阳光的情况下储能,晚上释放,持久发光。可以调成多种色彩,发出彩色光。可用于楼梯踏板、厕所墙壁或地板、客厅内墙板或地板砖、窗台、墙壁装饰板,也可作为建筑外墙粘挂板和用该板铺设路面,也可以作为装饰品的外层面板。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种夜光板,特别涉及一种结构简单、使用方便、在黑暗处照明效果好的夜光板及其制备方法。
背景技术
目前,工民建都有地面、墙面、楼梯以及要用水泥处理表面的地方,在没有采用光源的情况下,晚上都是漆黑一片。为解决照明问题,在楼梯或墙体上安装电灯,通过发电机进行发电照明,但是这样会浪费大量的电能。
专利201120460122.0公开了一种水泥,砂浆或混凝土夜光板,夜光墙面及夜光地面,采用稀土铝硅酸盐发光材颗粒作为发光材料,嵌入水泥,砂浆或混凝土中制成。该专利制备的夜光板发光较弱,且发光时间短,用一段时间后,则不再具有发光效果。
发明内容
本发明是为了克服上述现有技术中的缺陷,提出一种夜光板及其制备方法。
一种夜光板,所述夜光板由水泥层和夜光物质层组成,所述夜光物质层镶嵌有夜光物质颗粒和彩色石子。
所述夜光物质颗粒为SrGa2O4:Eu,M2Si5N8,PbWO4,SrS:Eu,(Y,Gd)3Ga5O12:Ce,Sr4Si3O8Cl4:Eu,Sr5(PO4)Cl:Eu中的一种或一种以上。
所述水泥层和夜光物质层之间还设有磁粉层。
所述水泥层和夜光物质层中设有耐碱涂胶网格布。
上述夜光板的一种制备方法,首先制备水泥浆料,并且浆料内加入夜光物质颗粒和彩色石子搅拌均匀,然后将其浇注成板,干燥硬固达到C30以上强度后,将表面打磨平滑并露出发光物质。
上述夜光板的制备方法,其特征在于,在尚未凝固的水泥板表面上拍入夜光物质颗粒和彩色石子,并在颗粒之间浇注水泥浆料用于找平,找平后的板干燥硬固达到C30以上强度后,将找平的表面打磨平滑并露出发光物质。
与现有技术相比,本发明具有如下有益效果:本发明制备的夜光板能够在没有灯光的环境中起到照明作用,节省电能,且在白天有阳光的情况下储能,晚上释放,持久发光。可以调成多种色彩,发出彩色光。可用于楼梯踏板、厕所墙壁或地板、客厅内墙板或地板砖、窗台、墙壁装饰板,也可作为建筑外墙粘挂板和用该板铺设路面,也可以作为装饰品的外层面板。

下面结合附图,对本发明的具体实施方式进行详细描述,但应当理解本发明的保护范围并不受具体实施方式的限制。
实施例1
一种夜光板,如图1所示,所述夜光板由水泥层1和夜光物质层2组成,所述夜光物质层镶嵌有夜光物质颗粒3和彩色石子4。所述夜光物质颗粒为SrGa2O4:Eu,PbWO4,和Sr5(PO4)Cl:Eu按照质量比1:1:1配制而成。水泥浆料采用快硬硫铝酸盐水泥,因其属于早强型,凝结时间快,早期强度就基本定型,可以大大节省工期。
上述夜光板的一种制备方法,首先制备水泥浆料,并且浆料内加入夜光物质颗粒和彩色石子搅拌均匀,然后将其浇注成板,干燥硬固达到C30以上强度后,将表面打磨平滑并露出发光物质。
制备的夜光板在持续黑暗的情况下能发光36h,根据彩色石子的数量和颜色可以调节发光的颜色,在黑白天交替的情况下使用1年,发光亮度不减少。

一种夜光板,如图2所示,所述夜光板由水泥层1和夜光物质层2组成,所述夜光物质2层镶嵌有夜光物质颗粒3和彩色石子4,所述水泥层1和夜光物质层2之间设有磁粉层5。所述夜光物质颗粒为SrGa2O4:Eu,PbWO4,和Sr5(PO4)Cl:Eu按照质量比1:1:1配制而成。水泥浆料采用快硬硫铝酸盐水泥,因其属于早强型,凝结时间快,早期强度就基本定型,可以大大节省工期。
上述夜光板的一种制备方法,首先制备水泥浆料,铺平制成底板,在底板上铺一层磁粉,半硬化后,继续倒入浆料,并且浆料内加入夜光物质颗粒和彩色石子搅拌均匀,然后将其浇注成板,干燥硬固达到C30以上强度后,将表面打磨平滑并露出发光物质。
制备的夜光板在持续黑暗的情况下能发光48h,根据彩色石子的数量和颜色可以调节发光的颜色,在黑白天交替的情况下使用2年,发光亮度不减少。
对比例1
一种夜光板,所述夜光板由水泥层和夜光物质层组成,所述夜光物质层镶嵌有夜光物质颗粒和彩色石子。所述夜光物质颗粒为稀土铝硅酸盐发光材颗粒。水泥浆料采用快硬硫铝酸盐水泥,因其属于早强型,凝结时间快,早期强度就基本定型,可以大大节省工期。
上述夜光板的一种制备方法,首先制备水泥浆料,并且浆料内加入夜光物质颗粒和彩色石子搅拌均匀,然后将其浇注成板,干燥硬固达到C30以上强度后,将表面打磨平滑并露出发光物质。
制备的夜光板在持续黑暗的情况下能发光24h,根据彩色石子的数量和颜色可以调节发光的颜色,在黑白天交替的情况下使用0.5年,发光亮度不减少,使用1年后,亮度微弱,起不到照明的作用。

Claims (6)
1.一种夜光板,其特征在于,所述夜光板由水泥层和夜光物质层组成,所述夜光物质层镶嵌有夜光物质颗粒和彩色石子。
2.根据权利要求1所述的夜光板,其特征在于,所述夜光物质颗粒为SrGa2O4:Eu,M2Si5N8,PbWO4,SrS:Eu,(Y,Gd)3Ga5O12:Ce,Sr4Si3O8Cl4:Eu,Sr5(PO4)Cl:Eu中的一种或一种以上。
3.根据权利要求1所述的夜光板,其特征在于,所述水泥层和夜光物质层之间还设有磁粉层。
4.根据权利要求1所述的夜光板,其特征在于,所述水泥层和夜光物质层中设有耐碱涂胶网格布。
5.权利要求1所述夜光板的制备方法,其特征在于,制备水泥浆料,并且浆料内加入夜光物质颗粒和彩色石子搅拌均匀,然后将其浇注成板,干燥硬固达到C30以上强度后,将表面打磨平滑并露出发光物质。
6.权利要求1所述夜光板的制备方法,其特征在于,在尚未凝固的水泥板表面上拍入夜光物质颗粒和彩色石子,并在颗粒之间浇注水泥浆料用于找平,找平后的板干燥硬固达到C30以上强度后,将找平的表面打磨平滑并露出发光物质。
