油墨配色生产线,该生产线的基色墨储存罐上部安装有进料管,下部安装有给料总管,给料总管上安装有给料泵,给料泵的输出端并列有多条出管,出管管口上安装有给料阀;电子秤设计在给料阀下方的地面上,电子秤上放置有基色墨的混合运输缸,在给料阀前端的出管上安装有回料管,回料管的管口接到储存罐的上部,在给料阀的出口上安装有防滴漏接头。由于在给料阀前端安装回料管,基色墨可以从储存罐的底部回流到上部,防止基色墨分层、沉淀;由于在球阀出口端安装有防滴漏接头,在取料结束后,可以堵塞球阀出口,延长出口管内湿润时间,接住管内滴出的墨液,防止基色油墨在出口管内凝固,避免基色墨滴在地上造成环境污染。

技术领域
本技术属于油墨生产技术领域,具体涉及一种油墨配色生产线。
背景技术
在生产油墨配色的过程中,要将几种不同的基色墨按照一定的比例进行混合配色。在现有技术中,不同的基色墨分别盛装在不同的基色墨储存缸内,在各个基色墨储存缸上安装取墨管,在取墨管上安装抽墨泵和阀门,基色墨在混合缸放在阀门下方的电子秤上,按照配制油墨的需要量,分别按电子秤得出的重量数将基色墨放入混合缸内,搅拌均匀,得到配色后的油墨。采用这种油墨配色方式,基色墨长时间在储存缸和管道内静止,容易产生基色墨沉淀,导致最终配制的油墨效果不好;在取基色墨结束后,出口阀门末端的管壁内会粘附有少量的基色墨,在基色墨的混合缸移走后,会滴到地上污染环境,少量的还会干燥板结在管壁上,在下次取墨时脱落到成品墨中,影响成品墨质量。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种油墨配色生产线,解决现有技术中油墨配色时存在的容易污染环境、影响成品墨质量的问题。
本发明的技术方案是:一种油墨配色生产线,该生产线的基色墨储存罐上部安装有进料管,下部安装有给料总管,给料总管上安装有给料泵,给料泵的输出端并列有多条出管,出管管口上安装有给料阀;电子秤设计在给料阀下方的地面上,电子秤上放置有基色墨的混合运输缸,在给料阀前端的出管上安装有回料管,回料管的管口接到储存罐的上部,在给料阀的出口上安装有防滴漏接头。
防滴漏接头的出口管上端安装在给料阀的出口端,在出口管的侧面固定焊接有连接臂,连接臂的另一端连接在底部开孔的空心弹簧套侧面,在出口管下端管口上套装有管口罩,管口罩的内底面紧贴出口管下端,管口罩的侧面焊接有连接板,连接板的中心开有连接孔,在弹簧套内装有弹簧,连接轴穿过连接板中心的连接孔、弹簧套的底部和弹簧套内的弹簧,连接轴上端安装有固定螺母,固定螺母的直径小于弹簧套的内径。
采用本技术方案,由于在给料阀前端安装回料管,当给料阀关闭、给料泵工作时,可以让基色墨从储存罐的底部回流到上部,形成循环,防止基色墨分层、沉淀;在给料泵后端安装多条出管,可以对多个混合运输缸进行配墨,大幅提高工作效率;由于在球阀出口端安装有防滴漏接头,在取料结束后,可以堵塞球阀出口,延长出口管内湿润时间,接住管内滴出的墨液,防止基色油墨在出口管内凝固,避免基色墨滴在地上造成环境污染。

实施例,如图1和图2所示:一种油墨配色生产线,该生产线的基色墨储存罐11上部安装有进料管2,下部安装有给料总管10,给料总管10上安装有给料泵9,给料泵9的输出端并列有多条出管3,出管3管口上安装有给料阀5;电子秤8设计在给料阀5下方的地面上,电子秤8上放置有基色墨的混合运输缸7,在给料阀5前端的出管3上安装有回料管4,回料管4的管口1接到储存罐11的上部,在给料阀5的出口上安装有防滴漏接头6;
防滴漏接头6的出口管20上端安装在给料阀5的出口端21,在出口管20的侧面固定焊接有连接臂14,连接臂14的另一端连接在底部开孔的空心弹簧套15侧面,在出口管20下端管口上套装有管口罩19,管口罩19的内底面紧贴出口管下端,管口罩19的侧面焊接有连接板17,连接板17的中心开有连接孔18,在弹簧套15内装有弹簧16,连接轴13穿过连接板中心的连接孔18、弹簧套15的底部和弹簧套内的弹簧16,连接轴13上端安装有固定螺母12,固定螺母12的直径小于弹簧套的内径。

1.油墨配色生产线,该生产线的基色墨储存罐(11)上部安装有进料管(2),下部安装有给料总管(10),给料总管(10)上安装有给料泵(9),给料泵(9)的输出端并列有多条出管(3),出管(3)管口上安装有给料阀(5);电子秤(8)设计在给料阀(5)下方的地面上,电子秤(8)上放置有基色墨的混合运输缸(7),其特征在于:在给料阀(5)前端的出管(3)上安装有回料管(4),回料管(4)的管口(1)接到储存罐(11)的上部,在给料阀(5)的出口上安装有防滴漏接头(6)。
2.如权利要求1所述的油墨配色生产线,其特征在于:防滴漏接头(6)的出口管(20)上端安装在给料阀(5)的出口端(21),在出口管(20)的侧面固定焊接有连接臂(14),连接臂(14)的另一端连接在底部开孔的空心弹簧套(15)侧面,在出口管(20)下端管口上套装有管口罩(19),管口罩(19)的内底面紧贴出口管下端,管口罩(19)的侧面焊接有连接板(17),连接板(17)的中心开有连接孔(18),在弹簧套(15)内装有弹簧(16),连接轴(13)穿过连接板中心的连接孔(18)、弹簧套(15)的底部和弹簧套内的弹簧(16),连接轴(13)上端安装有固定螺母(12),固定螺母(12)的直径小于弹簧套的内径。
