背景技术
肺癌已成为人类因癌症死亡的主要原因，有专家称肺癌和艾滋病是本世纪与不良生活习惯有关的危害人类健康最严重的两种疾病。在28个发达国家中，肺癌已成为恶性肿瘤中最常见的死亡原因。有资料表明，我国肺癌发病率将在相当长时期内呈现显著上升趋势。原发性支气管肺癌简称肺癌，是最常见的肺部原发性恶性肿瘤。世界上至少有35个国家的男性肺癌为各癌症死因中第一位，女性仅次于乳腺癌的死亡人数。本病多在40岁以上发病，发病年龄高峰在60－79岁之间，男女患病率为2.3:1。种族、家属史与吸烟对肺癌的发病均有影响。在我国肿瘤死亡，肺癌在男性占常见恶性肿瘤的第四位，在女性中占第五位。其临床以咳嗽、胸闷、胸痛、发热、气短为主要症状，咳痰或稀或稠，甚至咳嗽带有血丝或咳血并伴有便秘症发生。
肺癌对人类危害甚大，应及早发现，手术治疗效果最好。但一般发现都比较晚，有40％以上不适宜手术，尤其是老年病人机体系统的功能都在减退，抵抗力也在下降，手术创伤所造成的胸腔内负压力消失，肺组织萎缩塌陷，胸腔闭式引流刺激等等，费用高、副作用很大。

本发明所公开的一种治疗肺癌的中药胶囊，由以下重量份数的中药原料配制而成：鱼腥草25-30份，瓜蒌皮10-15份，八月札10-15份，薏苡仁25-30份，石上柏15-20份，白花蛇舌草25-30份，石见穿15-20份，山豆根10-15份，生牡蛎10-15份，夏枯草10-15份，赤芍10-15份，龙葵10-15份，紫草10-15份，七叶一枝花15-20份，前胡8-10份，仙鹤草8-10份，蟾蜍6-8份，人参8-10份，拳参4-6份，女贞子8-10份。
一种治疗肺癌的中药胶囊，优选由以下重量份数的中药原料配制而成：鱼腥草27份，瓜蒌皮13份，八月札12份，薏苡仁28份，石上柏16份，白花蛇舌草27份，石见穿17份，山豆根12份，生牡蛎12份，夏枯草12份，赤芍13份，龙葵13份，紫草12份，七叶一枝花17份，前胡9份，仙鹤草9份，蟾蜍7份，人参9份，拳参5份，女贞子9份。
一种治疗肺癌的中药胶囊的制备方法，步骤如下：按上述重量比称取原料药加水煎煮2次，每次加3-5倍量水，第一次煎煮2-3小时，第二次煎煮1-2小时，合并滤液，过滤后，干燥成细粉，将细粉加入无水葡萄糖粉混合均匀后放入胶囊填充机进行充填，从而得到统一规格的胶囊。
优选方案如下：
胶囊规格为0.4-0.6克/个。进一步优选为0.5克/个。
服用方法：早晚各一次，每次1-2个，温水送服。10天为一个疗程。
药理分析：
鱼腥草：味辛，性微寒。归肺经。能够清热解毒，消痈排脓，利尿通淋。用于肺痈吐脓，痰热喘咳，热痢，热淋，痈肿疮毒。
瓜蒌皮：味甘，性寒。归肺、胃经。能够润肺化痰，利气宽胸。治痰热咳嗽，咽痛，胸痛，吐血，衄血，消渴，便秘，痈疮肿毒。
八月札：味甘，性寒。归肝、胃、膀胱经。能够舒肝理气，活血止痛，除烦利尿。治肝胃气痛，胃热食呆，烦渴，亦白痢疾，腰痛，胁痛，疝气，窟经，子宫下坠。
薏苡仁：味甘、淡，性凉。归脾、胃、肺经。能够健脾渗湿，除痹止泻，清热排浓。用于水肿，脚气，小便不利，湿痹拘挛，脾虚泄泻，肺痈，肠痈，扁平疣。

山豆根：味苦，性寒，有毒。归肺、胃经。能够清热解毒，消肿利咽。用于火毒蕴结，咽喉肿痛，齿龈肿痛。
生牡蛎：味咸，性微寒。归肝、胆、肾经。能够重镇安神，潜阳补阴，软坚散结。用于惊悸失眠，眩晕耳鸣，瘰疬痰核，症瘕痞块。
夏枯草：味辛、苦，性寒。归肝、胆经。能够清火，明目，散结，消肿。用于目赤肿痛，目珠夜痛，头痛眩晕，瘰疬，瘿瘤，乳痈肿痛；甲状腺肿大，淋巴结结核，乳腺增生，高血压。
赤芍：味苦，性微寒。归肝经。能够清热凉血，散瘀止痛。用于温毒发斑，吐血衄血，目赤肿痛，肝郁胁痛，经闭痛经，症瘕腹痛，跌扑损伤，痈肿疮疡。
龙葵：味苦，性寒，有小毒。能够清热解毒，利水消肿。用于感冒发烧，牙痛，慢性支气管炎，痢疾，泌尿系感染，乳腺炎，白带，癌症。
紫草：味甘、咸，性寒。归心、肝经。能够凉血，活血，解毒透疹。用于血热毒盛，斑疹紫黑，麻疹不透，疮疡，湿疹，水火烫伤。
七叶一枝花：味苦，性寒，有小毒。归肝经。能够清热解毒，消肿止痛。流行性乙型脑炎，胃痛，阑尾炎，淋巴结结核，扁桃体炎，腮腺炎，乳腺炎，毒蛇、毒虫咬伤，疮疡肿毒。
前胡：味苦、辛，性微寒。归肺经。能够散风清热，降气化痰。用于风热咳嗽痰多，痰热喘满，咯痰黄稠。
仙鹤草：味苦、涩，性平。归心、肝经。能够收敛止血，截疟，止痢，解毒。用于咳血，吐血，崩漏下血，疟疾，血痢，脱力劳伤，痈肿疮毒，阴痒带下。
蟾蜍：味辛，性凉，有毒。归心、肝、脾、肺经。能够解毒散结，消积利水，杀虫消疳。主痢疽，疔疮，发背，瘰疬，恶疮，症瘕癖积，膨胀，水肿，小儿疳积，破伤风，慢性咳喘。
人参：味甘、微苦，性平。归脾、肺、心经。能够大补元气，复脉固脱，补脾益肺，生津，安神。用于体虚欲脱，肢冷脉微，脾虚食少，肺虚喘咳，津伤口渴，内热消渴，久病虚羸，惊悸失眠，阳痿宫冷；心力衰竭，心原性休克。
拳参：味苦、涩，性微寒。归肺、肝、大肠经。能够清热解毒，消肿，止血。用于赤痢，热泻，肺热咳嗽，痈肿，瘰疬，口舌生疮，吐血，衄血，痔疮出血，毒蛇咬伤。
女贞子：味甘、苦，性凉。归肝、肾经。能够滋补肝肾，明目乌发。用于眩晕耳鸣，腰膝酸软，须发早白，目暗不明。
本发明的中药能够养阴生津、扶正固本、消肿散结，从而抑制肿瘤繁殖，控制肺癌肿瘤扩散转移，增强患者免疫力，并能够止痛消瘤，减轻病人痛苦，挽救病人生命。
现收集350名肺癌患者，服用本胶囊，早晚各一次，每次1-2个，温水送服。
疗效判断：
显效：咳嗽、咯痰、痰血、胸闷、胸痛、气急、发热等常见症状大部分消失，癌肿显著缩小。
有效：咳嗽、咯痰、痰血、胸闷、胸痛、气急、发热等常见症状明显减轻，癌肿有所缩小。
无效：咳嗽、咯痰、痰血、胸闷、胸痛、气急、发热等常见症状改善不明显，癌肿没缩小。
10天为一个疗程。使用3个疗程本发明的中药后，统计结果如下：

由上表可知，经本发明药剂治疗后，显效280例，占80％，有效42例，占12％，无效28例，占8％，总体有效率为92％。由此可见，本发明对肺癌的治疗有较好的效果。
附几例病例作进一步说明：
病例1：
李某，男，77岁，患者有乙肝病史，近来出现咳喘、咯脓痰，右胸疼痛，周身乏力，食欲减少，小便黄，经医院CT检查右肺中叶有3.5x3.5cm占位影。诊断为肺癌，肺气肿，肺不张，肺癌纵膈淋巴转移。服用本发明的中药胶囊三个疗程后显效出院，继续服用，随访半年无加重。
病例2：
毛某某，男，38岁，CT检查两肺弥漫性分布，粟粒状结节状阴影。后经病理诊断：肺泡细胞癌。经化疗3个疗程无明显效果。后服用本发明胶囊连续服用3个疗程后明显好转，肺部阴影减少，后连续服用6个疗程，肺部阴影完全消失，随访存活至今。

下面结合具体实施例对本发明进行详细的描述，但本发明并不局限于具体的实施例。
实施例1：
一种治疗肺癌的中药胶囊，由以下重量份数的中药原料配制而成：鱼腥草30份，瓜蒌皮10份，八月札15份，薏苡仁25份，石上柏20份，白花蛇舌草25份，石见穿20份，山豆根10份，生牡蛎15份，夏枯草10份，赤芍15份，龙葵10份，紫草15份，七叶一枝花15份，前胡10份，仙鹤草8份，蟾蜍8份，人参8份，拳参6份，女贞子8份。
实施例2：
一种治疗肺癌的中药胶囊，由以下重量份数的中药原料配制而成：鱼腥草25份，瓜蒌皮15份，八月札10份，薏苡仁30份，石上柏15份，白花蛇舌草30份，石见穿15份，山豆根15份，生牡蛎10份，夏枯草15份，赤芍10份，龙葵15份，紫草10份，七叶一枝花20份，前胡8份，仙鹤草10份，蟾蜍6份，人参10份，拳参4份，女贞子10份。
实施例3：
一种治疗肺癌的中药胶囊，由以下重量份数的中药原料配制而成：鱼腥草27份，瓜蒌皮13份，八月札12份，薏苡仁28份，石上柏16份，白花蛇舌草27份，石见穿17份，山豆根12份，生牡蛎12份，夏枯草12份，赤芍13份，龙葵13份，紫草12份，七叶一枝花17份，前胡9份，仙鹤草9份，蟾蜍7份，人参9份，拳参5份，女贞子9份。
实施例4：
一种治疗肺癌的中药胶囊的制备方法，步骤如下：按实施例1重量比称取原料药加水煎煮2次，每次加3倍量水，第一次煎煮2小时，第二次煎煮1小时，合并滤液，过滤后，干燥成细粉，将细粉加入无水葡萄糖粉混合均匀后放入胶囊填充机进行充填，从而得到统一规格的胶囊。
胶囊规格为0.4克/个。
服用方法：早晚各一次，每次1个，温水送服。10天为一个疗程。
实施例5：
一种治疗肺癌的中药胶囊的制备方法，步骤如下：按实施例2重量比称取原料药加水煎煮2次，每次加5倍量水，第一次煎煮3小时，第二次煎煮2小时，合并滤液，过滤后，干燥成细粉，将细粉加入无水葡萄糖粉混合均匀后放入胶囊填充机进行充填，从而得到统一规格的胶囊。
胶囊规格为0.6克/个。
服用方法：早晚各一次，每次2个，温水送服。10天为一个疗程。
实施例6：
一种治疗肺癌的中药胶囊的制备方法，步骤如下：按实施例3重量比称取原料药加水煎煮2次，每次加4倍量水，第一次煎煮2.5小时，第二次煎煮1.5小时，合并滤液，过滤后，干燥成细粉，将细粉加入无水葡萄糖粉混合均匀后放入胶囊填充机进行充填，从而得到统一规格的胶囊。
胶囊规格为0.5克/个。
服用方法：早晚各一次，每次2个，温水送服。10天为一个疗程。

1.一种治疗肺癌的中药胶囊，其特征在于，由以下重量份数的中药原料配制而成：鱼腥草25-30份，瓜蒌皮10-15份，八月札10-15份，薏苡仁25-30份，石上柏15-20份，白花蛇舌草25-30份，石见穿15-20份，山豆根10-15份，生牡蛎10-15份，夏枯草10-15份，赤芍10-15份，龙葵10-15份，紫草10-15份，七叶一枝花15-20份，前胡8-10份，仙鹤草8-10份，蟾蜍6-8份，人参8-10份，拳参4-6份，女贞子8-10份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种治疗肺癌的中药胶囊，其特征在于，由以下重量份数的中药原料配制而成：鱼腥草27份，瓜蒌皮13份，八月札12份，薏苡仁28份，石上柏16份，白花蛇舌草27份，石见穿17份，山豆根12份，生牡蛎12份，夏枯草12份，赤芍13份，龙葵13份，紫草12份，七叶一枝花17份，前胡9份，仙鹤草9份，蟾蜍7份，人参9份，拳参5份，女贞子9份。
3.一种权利要求1所述的治疗肺癌的中药胶囊的制备方法，其特征在于步骤如下：按上述重量比称取原料药加水煎煮2次，每次加3-5倍量水，第一次煎煮2-3小时，第二次煎煮1-2小时，合并滤液，过滤后，干燥成细粉，将细粉加入无水葡萄糖粉混合均匀后放入胶囊填充机进行充填，从而得到统一规格的胶囊。
4.根据权利要求3所述的一种治疗肺癌的中药胶囊的制备方法，其特征在于，所述的胶囊规格为0.4-0.6克/个。
5.根据权利要求4所述的一种治疗肺癌的中药胶囊的制备方法，其特征在于，所述的胶囊规格为0.5克/个。
