本发明公开了一种冰箱压缩机电机铁芯材料,包括Si?10~25份、Al?10~15份、B?8~15份、Fe?5~8份,将上述含有Si、Al、B和Fe的盐以溶剂混合铸造成型后表面覆盖一层绝缘材料。该发明提供的冰箱压缩机电机铁芯材料,产品性能好的同时保证产品质量和提高生产效率。

技术领域
本发明涉及压缩机技术领域,具体涉及一种冰箱压缩机电机铁芯材料。
背景技术
压缩机,将低压气体提升为高压气体的一种从动的流体机械,是制冷系统的心脏。它从吸气管吸入低温低压的制冷剂气体,通过电机运转带动活塞对其进行压缩后,向排气管排出高温高压的制冷剂气体,为制冷循环提供动力,从而实现压缩→冷凝(放热)→膨胀→蒸发的制冷循环。
现使用的电机铁芯材料中,基本上是采用重量百分比为8~12%的硅、4~7%的铝、其余为铁的合金。该合金材料较原使用的纯铁软磁芯粉在磁损耗方面有较大的提高,但是依然不能满足某些方面的需要。
发明内容
本发明克服了上述的缺点,而提供一种冰箱压缩机电机铁芯材料和制备方法。
本发明的第一目的在于提供一种冰箱压缩机电机铁芯材料,包括
Si10~25份
Al10~15份
B8~15份
Fe5~8份。
优选的,包括
Si15~25份
Al12~15份
B10~15份
Fe6~8份。
优选的,所述Si为二氧化硅或硅酸钠中的任意一种。
优选的,所述Al为三氧化二铝或氢氧化铝中的任意一种。
优选的,所述B为硼砂。
优选的,所述Fe为三氧化二铁或四氧化三铁中的任意一种。
本发明的第二个目的在于提供一种冰箱压缩机电机铁芯材料的制备方法,将上述含有Si、Al、B和Fe的盐以溶剂混合铸造成型后表面覆盖一层绝缘材料。
优选的,所述绝缘材料为氧化镁。
本发明的有益效果是:方案完整,工艺简便;产品性能好的同时保证产品质量和提高生产效率。
具体实施方式
实施例1
二氧化硅25kg,三氧化二铝15kg,硼砂15kg,三氧化二铁8kg,将上述含有Si、Al、B和Fe的盐以溶剂混合铸造成型后表面覆盖一层绝缘材料,绝缘材料为氧化镁。
实施例2
二氧化硅20kg,三氧化二铝13kg,硼砂12kg,三氧化二铁7kg,将上述含有Si、Al、B和Fe的盐以溶剂混合铸造成型后表面覆盖一层绝缘材料,绝缘材料为氧化镁。
实施例3
硅酸钠10kg,氢氧化铝12kg,硼砂10kg,四氧化三铁6kg,将上述含有Si、Al、B和Fe的盐以溶剂混合铸造成型后表面覆盖一层绝缘材料,绝缘材料为氧化镁。

7.一种制备如权利要求1或2所述的冰箱压缩机电机铁芯材料的方法,其特征在于,将上述含有Si、Al、B和Fe的盐以溶剂混合铸造成型后表面覆盖一层绝缘材料。
8.一种制备如权利要求7所述的冰箱压缩机电机铁芯材料的方法,其特征在于,所述绝缘材料为氧化镁。
