本发明属于一种锅炉内使用的管材,具体为一种锅炉中温段用复合鳍片管,包括外管层、中管层、内管层、外层鳍片和中层鳍片,外管层和内管层为铝质,中管层为钢质,中管层上制有通孔,外管层和内管层透过通孔相连,外层鳍片和外管层固定连接,中层鳍片和中管层固定连接,本发明能够极大的回收锅炉余热,提高热效率达到原先普通无缝钢管的74%,在达到同样热量的情况下,等同于节约了大量的原料,同时结构简单,材料易得,适合推广使用。

本发明属于一种锅炉内使用的管材,具体为一种锅炉中温段用复合鳍片管。
背景技术:
锅炉属于一种在工业、生活供热以及其他领域中都很常用的换热器,锅炉内的导热介质川流在管道中,介质不变的情况下,想要提高换热效率,就必须从管材入手。
现在锅炉在中温段和低温段的热量损失最大,尤其在低温段,大量的热被浪费,流入到自然中,浪费能源。
发明内容:
因此,有必要提供一种锅炉中温段用复合鳍片管。
一种锅炉中温段用复合鳍片管,包括外管层、中管层、内管层、外层鳍片和中层鳍片,外管层和内管层为铝质,中管层为钢质,中管层上制有通孔,外管层和内管层透过通孔相连,外层鳍片和外管层固定连接,中层鳍片和中管层固定连接。
优选的,外层鳍片为铝质。
优选的,中层鳍片为钢质。
优选的,外层鳍片和中层鳍片的比例为2~5:1。
铝的换热效率在常用金属内是比较高的,铝材料的使用成本也相对低廉,而内衬一层钢质管,则是为了保证使用强度,中管层上制有的通孔使内外两层铝质管的换热没有阻碍,铝质鳍片和外层相连,帮助换热,而钢质鳍片和中管层固定连接,则是为了多根管材之间的固定,可以使用钢质鳍片进行焊接等方式将多管并联。
因为铝的熔点较低,所以只能在锅炉低于1000摄氏度的温段使用,内使用不腐蚀铝的导热介质。

具体实施方式:
请参看如图1所示的一种锅炉中温段用复合鳍片管,包括外管层1、中管层2、内管层3、外层鳍片4和中层鳍片5,外管层1和内管层3为铝质,中管层2为钢质,中管层2上制有通孔6,外管层1和内管3层透过通孔6相连,外层鳍片4和外管层1固定连接,中层鳍片5和中管层2固定连接。
优选的,外层鳍片为铝质。
优选的,中层鳍片为钢质。
优选的,外层鳍片和中层鳍片的比例为2~5:1。
实施例1:将本发明并联,设置在锅炉低于1000摄氏度的位置,根据管程的长度,调整铝鳍片和钢鳍片的比例,将钢鳍片直接固定连接,保证使用强度,内通入不腐蚀铝质的导热介质,回收锅炉中低温段的余热。
实施例2:进一步将本发明中的铝质更换为铝合金,使其耐热性能更好,能够使用在更高的温段内,回收更多的余热。
本发明能够极大的回收锅炉余热,提高热效率达到原先普通无缝钢管的74%,在达到同样热量的情况下,等同于节约了大量的原料,同时结构简单,材料易得,适合推广使用。

1.一种锅炉中温段用复合鳍片管,其特征在于:包括外管层、中管层、内管层、外层鳍片和中层鳍片,外管层和内管层为铝质,中管层为钢质,中管层上制有通孔,外管层和内管层透过通孔相连,外层鳍片和外管层固定连接,中层鳍片和中管层固定连接。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种锅炉中温段用复合鳍片管,其特征在于:所述外层鳍片为铝质。
3.如权利要求1所述的一种锅炉中温段用复合鳍片管,其特征在于:所述中层鳍片为钢质。
4.如权利要求1所述的一种锅炉中温段用复合鳍片管,其特征在于:所述外层鳍片和中层鳍片的比例为2~5:1。
