Abstract

一种运输罐内剩余气体回收装置,所述低温液体泵的出气口连接第一气阀后与第一三通接头其中一个接口连接,气液两用泵的出气口连接第二气阀后与第一三通连接另一个接口连接,气液两用泵的进气口与运输罐相连接,第一三通接头的最后一个接口再与汽化器的进气口相连接,本发明在原有的气体分装设备上增加一些管道线路,连接一个气液两用泵和一台压缩机以及一个储气罐,简单的调节气阀即可将运输罐内5%以上的剩余气体直接灌装到待充气的气瓶中,不仅节省了资源降低了成本,而且直接对气瓶进行充装,没有其他繁琐的步骤,结构简单,操作方便而且实用。

一种运输罐内剩余气体回收装置
技术领域
本发明涉及气体制造领域,尤其是涉及一种运输罐内剩余气体回收装置。
背景技术
纯氮气、氩气、氧气是工业生产中用途十分广泛的气体。自从空气中分离液化以后,在进入分装过程中先是以液态进行运输、储存。而高纯液氮、液氩、液氧运输储罐主要是用于液态氮气、氩气、氧气运输的工具。其运输有如下流程组成:高纯液氮、液氩、液氧运输储罐在空分厂家充装液氮、液氩、液氧前,由于充装工艺的需要,必须将罐箱内的所有余液或者余气全部泻压到接近常压方可充装。在生产厂家充装满以后,运输到气体使用或者气体分充装厂家。高纯液氮、液氩、液氧运输储罐在卸液体氮气、氩气、氧气时,由于卸车对象固定式液氮、液氩、液氧储罐中也有相当高的压力,因此无法使运输储罐中的液体和气体全部卸完,一般会有5%以上的量留在了运输储罐中,在再次去空分厂家去充装高纯液氮前,必须将几乎所有的余气全部泻压到接近常压,造成了很大的浪费。
发明内容
本发明的目的是针对现有技术存在的不足,提供一种气体回收装置,将运输罐内剩余的气体进行回收分装,达到节约资源和增加效益的目的。
本发明的技术方案:
一种运输罐内剩余气体回收装置,包含低温储罐、低温液体泵、汽化器、充装排、管道和运输罐,低温储罐、低温液体泵、汽化器、充装排按顺序通过管道连接组成完整的其他分装装置,所述低温液体泵的出气口连接第一气阀后与第一三通接头其中一个接口连接,气液两用泵的出气口连接第二气阀后与第一三通连接另一个接口连接,气液两用泵的进气口与运输罐相连接,第一三通接头的最后一个接口再与汽化器的进气口相连接,汽化器的出气口连接第二三通接头的其中一个接口,第二三通接头另一个接口连接第三气阀后与第三三通接头的其中一个接口相连接,第二三通接头最后一个接口连接第四气阀后与压缩机的进气口连接,压缩机的出气口与储气罐连接,储气罐在与第五气阀连接之后接入第三三通接头的另一个接口,第三三通接头的最后一个接口连接到充装排,上述所有连接方式都是通过管道连接。
所述气液两用泵与第二气阀之间的管道上设置第四三通接头,接口通过管道连接第六气阀之后连接安装一个抽真空泵。
所述与气液两用泵进气口连接的管道的另一端设置一个接头,此接头与运输罐上对应的接头相匹配。
与现有技术相比,本发明在原有的气体分装设备上增加一些管道线路,连接一个气液两用泵和一台压缩机以及一个储气罐,简单的调节气阀即可将运输罐内5%以上的剩余气体直接灌装到待充气的气瓶中,不仅节省了资源降低了成本,而且直接对气瓶进行充装,没有其他繁琐的步骤,结构简单,操作方便而且实用。

实施例1:
一种运输罐内剩余气体回收装置,如图1所示,包含低温储罐1、低温液体泵2、汽化器3、充装排4、管道5和运输罐6,低温储罐1、低温液体泵2、汽化器3、充装排4按顺序通过管道5连接组成完整的气体分装装置,所述低温液体泵2的出气口连接第一气阀101后与第一三通接头111其中一个接口连接,气液两用泵7的出气口连接第二气阀102后与第一三通接头111连接另一个接口连接,气液两用泵7的进气口与运输罐6相连接,第一三通接头111的最后一个接口再与汽化器3的进气口相连接,汽化器3的出气口连接第二三通接头112的其中一个接口,第二三通接头112另一个接口连接第三气阀103后与第三三通接头113的其中一个接口相连接,第二三通接头112最后一个接口连接第四气阀104后与压缩机8的进气口连接,压缩机8的出气口与储气罐9连接,储气罐9在与第五气阀105连接之后接入第三三通接头113的另一个接口,第三三通接头113的最后一个接口连接到充装排4,上述所有连接方式都是通过管道5连接,气液两用泵7与第二气阀102之间的管道5上设置第四三通114接头,接口通过管道5连接第六气阀106之后连接安装一个抽真空泵12,与气液两用泵7进气口连接的管道5的另一端设置一个接头,此接头与运输罐上对应的接头相匹配。
在运输罐6给低温储罐1进行泄罐之后,将运输罐6的出口通过接头和管道5与气液两用泵7相连接,关闭第一气阀101、第三气阀103,打卡第六气阀106,启动抽真空泵12,对运输罐6和第二气阀102之间的管道5进行真空处理,关闭第六气阀106,打开运输罐6出口的阀门、第二气阀102、第四气阀104和第五气阀105,开启气液两用泵7,运输罐6内的剩余气体经过气液两用泵7进入汽化器3汽化之后,经过开启的压缩机8压缩到储气罐9,储气罐9内气压增大,最后因为压力差,通过充装排4分装到气瓶中。当运输罐6内气体回收完毕后,关闭气液两用泵7、汽化器3、压缩机8,关闭第二气阀102、第四气阀104、第五气阀105,打开第一气阀101和第三气阀103,拆卸接头将运输罐6与气液两用泵7分开,低温储罐1内的气体可以通过正常分装设备进行分装。
本发明在原有的气体分装设备上增加一些管道线路,连接一个气液两用泵和一台压缩机以及一个储气罐,简单的调节气阀即可将运输罐内5%以上的剩余气体直接灌装到待充气的气瓶中,不仅节省了资源降低了成本,而且直接对气瓶进行充装,没有其他繁琐的步骤,结构简单,操作方便而且实用。

Claims (3)

1.一种运输罐内剩余气体回收装置,包含低温储罐(1)、低温液体泵(2)、汽化器(3)、充装排(4)、管道(5)和运输罐(6),低温储罐(1)、低温液体泵(2)、汽化器(3)、充装排(4)按顺序通过管道(5)连接组成完整的气体分装装置,其特征在于:所述低温液体泵(2)的出气口连接第一气阀(101)后与第一三通接头(111)其中一个接口连接,气液两用泵(7)的出气口连接第二气阀(102)后与第一三通接头(111)的另一个接口连接,气液两用泵(7)的进气口与运输罐(6)相连接,第一三通接头(111)的最后一个接口再与汽化器(3)的进气口相连接,汽化器(3)的出气口连接第二三通接头(112)的其中一个接口,第二三通接头(112)另一个接口连接第三气阀(103)后与第三三通接头(113)的其中一个接口相连接,第二三通接头(112)最后一个接口连接第四气阀(104)后与压缩机(8)的进气口连接,压缩机(8)的出气口与储气罐(9)连接,储气罐(9)在与第五气阀(105)连接之后接入第三三通接头(113)的另一个接口,第三三通接头(113)的最后一个接口连接到充装排(4),上述所有连接方式都是通过管道(5)连接。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种运输罐内剩余气体回收装置,其特征在于:所述气液两用泵(7)与第二气阀(102)之间的管道(5)上设置第四三通(114)接头,接口通过管道(5)连接第六气阀(106)之后连接安装一个抽真空泵(12)。
3.如权利要求1所述的一种运输罐内剩余气体回收装置,其特征在于:与气液两用泵(7)进气口连接的管道(5)的另一端设置一个接头,此接头与运输罐上对应的接头相匹配。
