技术领域
本发明涉及一种泵传动组件,具体是一种保温式金属磁力泵传动组件。
背景技术
泵送介质在工农业生产中极为普遍,作为泵来讲,为满足特定领域或要求的泵的结构也各有区别,尤其是特殊行业对泵自身的密封要求有时极为严格。有些技术领域需要泵送特殊成分的介质,如大型钢铁企业生产高档冷轧汽车用板材或高端硅钢板的需要泵送酸洗液,其成分为20%浓盐酸或氢氟酸等混合酸,温度为80℃-100℃,普通材料的金属泵无法使用,极少数特殊材料的金属泵勉强可以使用,但也因使用寿命短、成本高而无实际使用价值。
现有技术中,泵体在泵送一些热的流体时,在经过泵时,容易被降温,需要重新加热导致热量损失,导致能源浪费,且长期在液下使用,容易出现泄露,且噪音大。
发明内容
本发明目的是提供了一种使用寿命长,噪音小,解决了电机式直流水泵长期潜水产生的漏水问题,可以水下安装而且完全防水,且密封性好的保温式金属磁力泵传动组件。
本发明解决技术问题提供如下方案:
一种保温式金属磁力泵传动组件,包括轴承箱,其特征在于:所述轴承箱的内壁上设有储油凹槽,所述储油凹槽的侧壁上设有注油孔,所述储油凹槽的两侧内壁上设有轴承组件,所述轴承组件的两端分别设有轴承压盖,所述驱动轴穿过轴承箱通过轴承组件转动安装,所述轴承箱的左端面通过螺栓连接连接架,所述连接架的左端连接泵体,所述泵体与连接架之间设有保温箱,所述连接架内设有外磁组件,所述外磁组件固定连接在驱动轴的端部,外磁组件为空心套筒状,且内部配合安装有转子组件,所述转子组件具有隔离套,所述隔离套内转动安装有传动轴,所述传动轴的尾部固定安装有转子,所述转子的外壁上固定安装有外磁组件互相吸引的内磁组件。
所述传动轴的左端固定安装有泵盖,所述传动轴的端部固定有叶轮螺母。
本发明在轴承箱的内壁上设有储油凹槽,储油凹槽的侧壁上设有注油孔,储油凹槽的两侧内壁上设有轴承组件,轴承组件的两端分别设有轴承压盖,起到很好的密封润滑的效果,且在轴承箱内转动安装有驱动轴,通过驱动轴驱动外磁组件,在外磁组件内腔内转动安装有配合的转子组件,在转子的外壁上设有内磁组件,且内磁组件与外磁组件之间通过隔离套隔离,起到了很好的隔绝效果,使得介质无法渗透到电机端,提高了密封效果,解决了电机式直流水泵长期潜水产生的漏水问题,可以水下安装而且完全防水,且在泵体与连接架之间设有保温箱,同时起到保温隔热的效果,节省能源。

参见附图,一种保温式金属磁力泵传动组件,包括轴承箱1,所述轴承箱1的内壁上设有储油凹槽2,所述储油凹槽2的侧壁上设有注油孔3,所述储油凹槽2的两侧内壁上设有轴承组件4,所述轴承组件4的两端分别设有轴承压盖5,驱动轴6穿过轴承箱1通过轴承组件4转动安装,所述轴承箱1的左端面通过螺栓连接连接架7,所述连接架7的左端连接泵体8,所述泵体8与连接架7之间设有保温箱10,所述连接架7内设有外磁组件11,所述外磁组件11固定连接在驱动轴6的端部,外磁组件11为空心套筒状12,且内部配合安装有转子组件13,所述转子组件13具有隔离套14,所述隔离套14内转动安装有传动轴15,所述传动轴15的尾部固定安装有转子16,所述转子16的外壁上固定安装有外磁组件11互相吸引的内磁组件17。
所述传动轴15的左端固定安装有泵盖18,所述传动轴15的端部固定有叶轮螺母9。

1.一种保温式金属磁力泵传动组件,包括轴承箱,其特征在于:所述轴承箱的内壁上设有储油凹槽,所述储油凹槽的侧壁上设有注油孔,所述储油凹槽的两侧内壁上设有轴承组件,所述轴承组件的两端分别设有轴承压盖,驱动轴穿过轴承箱通过轴承组件转动安装,所述轴承箱的左端面通过螺栓连接连接架,所述连接架的左端连接泵体,所述泵体与连接架之间设有保温箱,所述连接架内设有外磁组件,所述外磁组件固定连接在驱动轴的端部,外磁组件为空心套筒状,且内部配合安装有转子组件,所述转子组件具有隔离套,所述隔离套内转动安装有传动轴,所述传动轴的尾部固定安装有转子,所述转子的外壁上固定安装有外磁组件互相吸引的内磁组件。
2.根据权利要求1所述保温式金属磁力泵传动组件,其特征在于:所述传动轴的左端固定安装有泵盖,所述传动轴的端部固定有叶轮螺母。
