本实用新型属于液压元件，特别涉及一种直插式齿轮泵。
背景技术
目前，国内外应用的齿轮泵较多，但是这些齿轮泵通常采用传动轴连接及吊架悬挂方式，这些方式存在传动轴不平衡，结构不紧凑，安装不方便，成本增加等不足。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的在于克服上述技术不足，提供一种连接紧凑，消除传动轴不平衡，降低连接成本的直插式齿轮泵。
本实用新型解决技术问题采用的技术方案是：直插式齿轮泵包括泵体、前端盖、后端盖、主动齿轮、从动齿轮、滑动轴承、浮动侧板、骨架油封，内六角螺栓，其特点是直插式齿轮泵的前端盖内设有内花键连接套，内花键连接套右端的内花键花键连接主动齿轮的外花键，主动齿轮左端头用内六角螺栓连接一个密封塞，密封塞与内花键连接套和主动齿轮左端轴端面之间均用密封圈密封。
本实用新型的有益效果是：直插式齿轮泵由于将传统的传动轴连接及吊架悬挂方式改为直接连接方式，提高了齿轮泵及传动零件的使用寿命，消除了传动轴不平衡的安全隐患，该泵连接不需要传动轴及吊架，降低成本，提高取力器与齿轮泵同轴度及齿轮泵高压工装时径向力自动调整，提高齿轮泵工装寿命，并解决齿轮泵在液压系统安装位置及空间问题。

具体实施方式
    实施例，参照附图1，直插式齿轮泵的泵体3与前端盖2和后端盖4之均用螺栓连接，用密封圈12密封，前端盖2和后端盖4内均装有滑动轴承7，滑动轴承7内分别穿装主动齿轮5和从动齿轮6，主动齿轮5和从动齿轮6之间啮合传动连接，主动齿轮5和从动齿轮6两侧套装浮动侧板8，前端盖2和主动齿轮5之间装有骨架油封9密封。前端盖2内设有内花键连接套1，内花键连接套1右端的内花键花键连接主动齿轮5的外花键，主动齿轮5左端头用内六角螺栓11连接一个密封塞10，密封塞10与内花键连接套1和主动齿轮5左端轴端面之间均用密封圈12密封，内花键连接套1的左端内花键花键连接取力器的花键轴。

1.一种直插式齿轮泵，包括泵体（3）、前端盖（2）、后端盖（4）、主动齿轮（5）、从动齿轮（6）、滑动轴承（7）、浮动侧板（8）、骨架油封（9），内六角螺栓（11），其特征在于直插式齿轮泵的前端盖（2）内设有内花键连接套（1），内花键连接套（1）右端的内花键花键连接主动齿轮（5）的外花键，主动齿轮（5）左端头用内六角螺栓（11）连接一个密封塞（10），密封塞（10）与内花键连接套（1）和主动齿轮（5）左端轴端面之间均用密封圈（12）密封。
